Instructions before use Connection and use on PS4
How to use on different devices
1. The audio and microphone plugs of the G2000 headset are separated. The pink plug
is for the microphone, and the green plug is for the sound of the headset.
2. When using on devices with single audio jack, please use the attached adapter cable.
3. The USB connector is for LED lighting only. It has nothing to do with sound and
microphone of headset.
1. Please use the included adapter cable.
First, please use the included Y-shaped adapter cable to correctly connect the
audio plug (green) and the microphone plug (pink) of the headset.
2. Connect the correctly connected adapter cable to the 3.5mm headphone jack on
PS4 console.
3. Please follow the setting steps below: PS4 host settings → external device
settings → audio settings → output to headset → select “All Audio”.
* Select "Audio Device" in "External Devices" on the setting screen to open
the settings. The "Input Device" at the top is microphone setting, and the
"Output Device" is headset setting.
4.Next, adjust the sound output from the headset. The sound output of the headset
can be adjusted through "Volume Adjustment".
1. It can be used directly on a computer that can be connected through the separate
microphone and earphone jack. As long as the plug is connected correctly to the
corresponding jacks, it can be used immediately
2. The microphone plug is pink and the headset plug is green. If you connect them
according to the color, you can't go wrong.

1. Please use the included adapter cable.
2. Connect the correctly connected adapter cable to the 3.5mm headphone jack on
Switch console.
3. The setting method of Switch is as follows:
Go to the Settings page from the settings icon (gear shape) in the upper right
corner of the homepage, and then scroll down to open and close Chat. After
confirming that the voice chat function is turned on, check whether the voice chat
volume is too low. Please temporarily set it to 1.00.
To increase/decrease the volume, please rotate the volume adjustment knob.
To mute/un-mute the microphone, please slide the microphone mute button up
or down.

Package Contents Trouble-shootings
When you encounter problems with this product, please confirm
whether it belongs to the following situations.

＊When connecting to a device with single audio jack (such as PS4, Xbox One,
Nintendo, PSP, tablet, iPad, iPhone, smartphone, etc.), please use the included
adapter cable.
Q: Microphone cannot be used on PS4.
A: First, follow the steps ①- ④ in "Connection and Use on PS4" above to set up, and then
adjust the microphone volume. If the microphone volume is too low, your partner will
not be able to hear your voice; if the volume is too high, it will cause sound tearing.
Adjust the volume of the microphone while speaking into the microphone to keep the
input audio range displayed on the screen at an "appropriate" value. When the
appropriate volume is reached, please pressing the O button to confirm and complete
the setting.
[Solutions when voice chat cannot be performed]
As there are temporary failures and setting problems, please try the following operations:
・Improve poor contact and clean up interface dirt
Due to poor contact, the connection between the controller and the headphone plug
may not work properly. Try to rotate the plug, pull off the plug from the interface, etc.
to improve the poor contact. If the interface is dirty, please clean it gently with a cotton
swab, and then reconnect it.
・Check the volume setting
Check "Microphone Volume", "Headphone Output" and "Volume Control" from the
Audio Device page. If the other party cannot hear the sound, or the sound is severely
ripped, it is likely that there is a problem with the "microphone volume".Increase or
decrease the volume of the microphone until the microphone input audio remains at
the "appropriate" value. If you cannot hear your own voice, please check the "Volume
Control". When the volume is too low, you may not hear any sound. In some cases,
please try to switch the "headphone output" to set to only chat audio or listen to
all audio.
・Try to restart
Restart PS4 again, many errors can be fixed by restarting.
Q: Microphone cannot be used on switch
A: First, follow the steps ①- ③ in the "Connection and Use on Switch" above to set up.
If the voice chat is still unavailable, please press and hold the "power button" at the top
of the switch for 3 seconds. When the power menu is displayed, select "Power Options".
Then select "Restart".

Q: There is noises from the headset.
A: If there is noises when it is connected to the computer, please try the following solutions.
Solution 1:
Unplug the headset from the computer, and then connect them again.
Noises from headphones is usually caused by incorrect connection to the computer.
Especially when you hear continuous low-volume noises, please make sure that the
headset is properly connected to the computer.
In addition, the following conditions can also cause noises:
* The plug is not fully inserted.
* Wrong plug.
* A part of the speaker cable is pulled out
Please pay attention to the above problems and try connecting again.
Solution 2:
Clean the audio plug
During use, dust and dirt will adhere to the audio plug, which may generate additional
electrical signals and cause noises.
So try to clean the audio plug. Besides when reconnecting, make sure that the cable is
correctly inserted into the interface.
Solution 3:
When using headphones, stay away from home appliances.
If there are other household appliances near the headset itself or the cable connected
to the computer during use, the electrical signals generated by the household appliances
may affect them. To determine the influence of electrical signals in the surrounding
environment, please turn off your home appliances and check whether the headphones
are noisy. If the cause of the noises comes from home appliances, it is recommended to
use the product as far away as possible from other home appliances.
Solution 4:
Lower the volume appropriately
Adjust the volume of the computer and headphones. If the volume is too high, the sound
will be distorted and broken. So please adjust the volume of the computer and headphones.
Q: When connected to the computer, the microphone cannot be used.
A: Please reconfirm whether the plugs of the headset is correctly connected to the audio
output and input jacks of the computer. If the connection is correct, but there is still no
sound, please confirm whether the headset is recognized as the audio device in audio
settings.
A proven solution: the speaker and microphone can be changed from steam streaming
microphone to realtek high definition audio. If it is not recognized, we recommend
uninstalling the driver from the computer and then reinstalling. If there is still no sound,
please do not hesitate to contact us.
Q: The LED light of the headset does not light up.
A: The USB interface of the G2000 gaming headset is only used to supply power for the
LED light. So the LED will light up if using the USB interface to power the headset. In
addition, since the working voltage of the LED is the international standard 5V, please
plug it into the USB port of the PC, USB charger, USB battery, etc... Please note that
the USB interface voltage of PS4 and switch controller is less than 5V, so the headset
will not light up when connected to PS4 and Switch.
Q: There is no sound on one side of the headphones.
A: The product comes with a Y-shaped headphone adapter cable, which may be the
cause of this phenomenon. Therefore, you should first confirm whether the problem
is with the headset itself or the attached adapter cable.
Can you find a device that does not require an adapter cable, and then try to connect it
with the headset? For example, try to connect to a desktop computer with separate
microphone input interface and speaker output interface?

Q: The microphone sound is very small on computer.
A: Is the microphone enhancement function set up when using on a computer?
It can solve this problem.
How to set up the microphone enhancement function:
1. Open the control panel.
2. Double-click the sound and audio settings
3. Click the "Recording" option
4. Click the "Volume" item
5. Adjust the microphone enhancement function.
