regulations outlined below, before installing and using this
appliance for the first time.
Safety instructions
• This appliance is intended for commercial and professional
use only.
• Only use the appliance for the intended purpose it was de-
signed for as described in this manual.
• The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by in-
correct operation and improper use.
• Keep the appliance and electrical plug/connections away
from water and other liquids. In the event the appliance falls
into water, immediately remove theconnections from the
mains. Do not use the appliance until it has been checked by
a certified technician. Failure to follow these instructions will
cause life threatening risks.
• Never attempt to open the housing of the appliance by your-
self.
• Do not insert objects into the housing of the appliance.
• Do not touch the plug/electrical connections with wet or
damp hands.
• DANGER! RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! Do not attempt
to repair the appliance by yourself. Do not immerse
the electrical parts of the appliance in water or other liquids.
Never hold the appliance under running water.
• Never use a damaged appliance! When it’s damaged, discon-
nect the appliance from the socket and contact the retailer.
• Regularly check the electrical connections and cord for any
damage. When damaged it must be replaced by a service
agent or similarly qualified person in order to avoid danger

• Make sure the cord does not come in contact with sharp or
hot objects and keep it away from open fire. Never pull the
power cord to unplug it from the socket, always pull the plug
instead.

cord is not trapped or damaged.

to prevent unintentional pulling, contact with the heating sur-
face or cause a trip hazard.

• WARNING! As long as the plug is in the socket the appliance
is connected to the power source.
• Turn off the appliance before disconnecting from the mains.
• Connect the power plug to an easily accessible electrical
socket so that in case of emergency the appliance can be un-
plugged immediately.

• Do not use any extra devices that are not supplied together
with the appliance.
• Only connect the appliance to an electrical outlet with the
voltage and frequency mentioned on the appliance label.
• Never use accessories other than those recommended by the
manufacturer. Failure to do so could pose a safety risk to the
user and could damage the appliance. Only use original parts
and accessories.
• This appliance should not be operated by persons with re-
duced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or persons
that have a lack of experience and knowledge.
• This appliance should, under any circumstances, not be used
by children.
• Keep the appliance and its electrical connections out of reach
of children.
• WARNING! ALWAYS switch off the appliance before cleaning,
maintenance or storage.
• This appliance should be operated by trained personnel in
kitchen of the restaurant, canteens or bar staff, etc.
• Do not place the appliance on a heating object (gasoline, elec-
tric, charcoal cooker, etc.).
• Do not cover the appliance in operation and keep the appli-
ance away from any hot surfaces and open flames. Always
operate the appliance on a horizontal, stable, clean, heat-re-
sistant and dry surface.
• Allow at least 25 cm spacing around the appliance for ventila-
tion purpose during use.
•Any repairs shall be carried out only by persons trained or
recommended by the manufacturer.
Special safety instructions
• CAUTION! RISK OF FIRE! The refrigerant
used is R290 It is a flammable refrigerant
which is environmentally friendly. Al-
though it is flammable, it does not dam-
age the ozone layer and does not increase
the greenhouse effect. The use of this
coolant has, however, led to a slight increase in the noise lev-
el of the appliance. In addition to the noise of the compressor,
you might be able to hear the coolant flowing around the sys-
tem. This is unavoidable, and does not have any adverse effect
on the performance of the appliance. Care must be taken
during the transportation and setting up of the appliance that
no parts of the cooling system are damaged. Leaking coolant
can damage the eyes.
• CAUTION! RISK OF BURNS! Refrigerant liquid
sprayed on to the skin may cause serious damage to
tissue. Keep eyes and skin protected. If refrigerant
burns should occur, flush immediately with cold water. If
burns are severe, apply ice parks and contact medical treat-
ment immediately.
• CAUTION! RISK OF BURNS! Switch off the machine
before opening machine enclosure/bowl lid cover and
get inside due to drawing-in movement hazard.
• WARNING! Keep all ventilation openings in the appliance en-
closure clear of obstruction. Provide sufficient ventilation in
the surrounding structure when building-in. Never block the
air flow suction and air outlet in order to keep air circulation.
• Do not use hard utensils to hit the glass surface.
• Do not place articles on top of the appliance. Do not place
objects with open sources of fire (e.g. candles) on top or be-
side the appliance. Do not place objects filled with water (e.g.
vases) on or near the appliance.
• Do not make any additional openings on the appliance. Do not
install any gadgets in the appliance.
• Do not attempt to climb up to the top of the appliance.

Intended use
• This appliance is designed for dispensing cold beverages. Any
other use may lead to damage of the appliance or personal

Grounding installation

Preparation before use
• Remove all protective packaging and wrapping.
• Check to make sure the appliance is undamaged and with
all accessories. In case of incomplete delivery and damages.
Please contact supplier immediately. Do not use the appli-
ance.
• This machine should be checked for its function properly by
specialized trained personnel.
• Clean the appliance before use (See == > Cleaning & Main-
tenance).
• Make sure the appliance is completely dry.
• Place the appliance on a horizontal, stable and heat resistant
surface that is safe against water splashes.
• Keep the packaging if you intend to store your appliance in
the future.
NOTE: Due to manufacturing residues, the machine may emit a
slight odor in the first few cycles. This is normal and does
not indicate any defect or hazard. Make sure the machine
is well ventilated.
Operating instructions
a) Preparation of the food ingredient:
(Fig.4 on page 4)
• Dilute and mix the CONCENTRATE with WATER in a suitable
container, following the manufacturer’s recipes. THE MIX-
TURE OBTAINED MUST HAVE A MINIUM SUGAR CONTENT
OF 13°BRIX. A lower concentration may damage the augers
and/or gearmotors.
• WARNING! The temperature of the food ingredient should
never exceed 25°C.
• WARNING! Never use only with water.
b) Putting food ingredient into the machine:
• WARNING! Food ingredient should be poured into the bowl
(2) only when the machine is OFF and unplugged from the
electrical power supply.
• To remove the bowl lid (1) of the bowl (2), follow these instruc-
tions (Fig.5 on page 4):
1) Lift the rear part of the lid;
2) Extract the bowl lid (1) from the retainer placed at the front
side.
• Pour the food ingredient (G) into the bowl (2) with care and not
beyond the “MAXIMUM LEVEL”. (Fig.6 on page 4), (Do not pour
hot liquid to avoid hazard.)
• After pouring/refilling the food ingredient into the bowl (2),
close the bowl lid (1) on top of the bowl (2). (Fig.7 on page 4)
WARNINGS!
1. Never switch on the machine if the bowl lid is missing. Before
removing the bowl lid, switch off the machine and unplug it.
2. There are some moving parts inside the bowl, which
may cause injuries, switch off the machine and un-
plug it before carrying out any operation.

c) Start operating the machine:

Each bowl is controlled independently.
• First, connect the power plug to a suitable electrical power
outlet.
• Next, press
(21) to switch ON the machine. Press and hold
(21) for 3 seconds to switch to STANDBY mode of the machine
when not use.
(Fig.8 on page 5).
• Then, press the corresponding bowl button (12) .
And press consecutively to select the working mode.
There
are 3 working modes: Granita (18) , juice (19) or OFF (20). It
will be displayed in sequence and the corresponding icon will
be lighted.
I). To serve with Granita
(Fig.9 on page 5)
• Press the corresponding bowl button (12) .
• Next, press consecutively to select Granita mode,
(18) will be
lighted.
• Then, press “+” or “-” consecutively to adjust the hardness.
The level in between from 1 (Soft with much water content) to
7 (Hard with less water content).
II). To serve with cold drinks
(Fig.10 on page 5)
• Press the corresponding bowl button (12) until (19) lights up.
• Enter to juice temperature setting mode by long pressing
(22)
until “PR” is blinking on the display.
• Press
(22) again to select bowl 1(F1) or 2(F2) until “F1” or “F2”
is shown on the temperature display.
• Press
left panel (17) to adjust the temperature from 1°C ~ 7°C.
The temperature will be set successfully. After flashing 15
times without any operation, the display will return to normal.
NOTICE:
• Current temperature is showing on display as normal.
• Press
(14) and (16) at the same time for restoring to default
temperature( 2°C ).
• Display shows “PR” / “F1” / “F2” : Juice temperature setting
mode / bowl 1 / bowl 2. The mode will become invalid after
flashing 15 times without any operation and display will switch
back to normal.
• Only
left panel (17) can be operated (for both bowl 1 and 2)
within juice temperature setting model.
III). To stop working
• Press the corresponding bowl button (12).
• Next, press consecutively until OFF mode, (20) will be lighted.
Then, it would stop stirring and refrigerating.
d) To simply clean the corresponding bowl:
• Press and hold the corresponding bowl button (12) for about
6 seconds.
• The corresponding bowl valve will be fully open for cleaning
about 3 minutes. During this mode, the control display will
show “°C”.
ATTENTION! Under this mode, the electronic expansion valve of
the corresponding bowl will open. But the auger still stirring for
cleaning. Please fill with warm and clean water into the bowl
not exceeding the “MAXIMUM LEVEL”. Do not put your hand in-
side.
Switch OFF the machine and unplug it for thorough cleaning or
sanitization to the machine.
e) Dispensing granita
(Fig.11 on page 6)
• To dispense the food product, pull the tap lever.
NOTE : Regularly check the temperature of the beverages in the
bowl (2). Keep on the machine running when there is any
food inside the bowl.
If the machine is not continuously operated, it is necessary to
dispose of the small amount from the tap area first before serv-
ing for the customer.
Cleaning & Maintenance
ATTENTION! Always disconnect the appliance from the elec-
trical mains and cool down before storage, cleaning & main-
tenance.
Do not use water jet or steam cleaner for cleaning and do not
push the appliance under the water as the parts will get wet
and electric shock might be resulted.
Before performing any cleaning and maintenance operation
on the machine, wear the personal protective clothes such as
gloves, protective glasses, etc.
Cleaning
• Clean the cooled exterior surface with a slightly damp cloth or
sponge with some mild soap solution.
• No any components can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
• No any components can be dried in the microwave oven.
• Never use abrasive sponges or detergents, steel wool or
metallic utensils to clean the interior or exterior parts of the
appliance.
• The bowl should be cleaned and sanitized at least once a day.
• Cleaning and sanitization are operations that require care and
on a regular basis to guarantee the quality of the beverages
dispensed and for the hygiene purpose.
•WARNING! Do not plug in or switch ON the machine during
the cleaning and maintenance operation.
• Lift the upper part of the protector and remove it for cleaning
and maintenance operation. Once finished, fit the part in the
machine again. (Fig.12 on page 6).
a) Emptying the bowls
• Before a bowl may be cleaned, it must be emptied all the food
ingredient inside the bowl first.
b) Disassembly the dispensing tap:
• Ensure all the beverage are emptied inside the bowl.
• Disassembly the tap before removing the bowl.
• Remove the pin (F) to release all the other parts. (Fig.13 on
page 6)
• Use clean and warm water to wash the parts. (Fig.14 on page
6)
c) Remove the bowl and the lid:
• To remove the bowl lid (1) of the bowl (2) first, follow these
instructions & see Fig.15 on page 6.
1) Lift the rear part of the lid;
2) Extract the bowl lid (1) from the retainer placed at the
front side.
• Then, raise the front part of the bowl to release it.
• Next, remove the bowl from its position by pushing slightly at

the rear side. The bowl is detached now. (Fig.16 on page 6)
• Finally, take out the auger and remove the seal hat cover (A)
and bowl seal ring (B). Replace if worn or for every 12 months.
(Fig.17 on page 7)
d) Remove the bowl and the lid:
ATTENTION! All of the previously disassembled and removed
components must be thoroughly washed and sanitized. We
strongly recommend daily cleaning and sanitizing this machine
in order to maintain high degree of food quality.
• To carry out this procedure correctly, proceed as follows:
- Fill a container with detergent and hot water with a temper-
ature of 50 ~ 60°C;
- Wash the disassembled components thoroughly with the de-
tergent solution.
- Rinse with hot water.
- Dip the disassembly components into the solution and soaked
for about 30 minutes.
- Then, wash the components again with clean water.
- Place different components on a dry, clean surface and dry
all parts well.
- Assembly the machine as described in below part e).
- Before starting operating the machine again, carry out the
rinsing cycle with clean water. (See below part f).)
WARNING! Do not immerse the bowl lids with lighting bulb in
any type of liquid. Before cleaning, please make sure the light-
ing bulb are removed from the machine as described as below
(Fig.29 on page 8).
To clean the lighted bowl lid as below:
1. Using a clean, damp cloth to wipe clean the bottom part of
the bowl lid & the outer surface.
2. Using a sponge dipped in the washing solution, sanitize the
bottom part (24) of the bowl lid, take care not to touch the
hinge part (X) for about 10 minutes (Fig.18 on page 7).
3. Rinse twice or more, with a clean sponge soaked in warm
fresh water.
4. Dry it with a dry clean cloth.
5. Put back the bowl lid only after the bowl has been cleaned
and sanitised.
e) Reassembly the washed components
ATTENTION! All of the washed components must be carefully
re-assembled. Some components must be adequately lubricat-
ed by the supplied lubricants in order to ensure that they work
efficiently.
• Always check for the integrity of the seal (A), should it be
worn, replace it with a new one (supplied).
• Replace the auger seal hat cover (A) for at least every 12
months.
• Insert the auger seal hat cover (A) as below. (Fig.19 on page
7).
• Lubricate the inside area of the auger seal hat cover (A) as
shown in Fig.20 on page 7 with the lubricant (Supplied).
• Then, insert the bowl seal ring (B) and lubricate with the sup-
plied lubricant around it as below. (Fig.21 on page 7)
• Next, insert the auger with the white washer (D) and black
washer (E) for the shaft. Rotate the auger to engage it. (Fig.22
on page 7)
• After that, set back the bowl in place, slightly raise head of the
auger so that it align wth the position (E) of the bowl. (Fig.23
on page 7)
• Press the bowl slightely downward until it engages with the
correct position and there will be a “click” sound. (Fig.24 on
page 7)
Follow below instructions to re-assembly the tap (7):
• Using the supplied lubricant, lubricate the cap (Y) adequately
and re-assembly the components.
• Fit the pin (F) while keep the tap lever steady. (Fig.25 on page
8)
• Replace the tap seal ring (C) if worn or leakage.
f) Rinsing the machine
ATTENTION! Before starting up the machine after cleaning, you
must carry ou the rinsing cycle.
Procedures as below:
• Pour out the clean water into bowl;
• Let the machine to run for at least 5 minutes in the “agitation“
• Switch off the machine and empty the bowl by opening the
tap.
g) Cleaning the drip tray
ATTENTION! The drip tray should be emptied and cleaned every
time the red float installed in the grid rises into view. It should
be cleaned daily.
• Lift the tray with the grid on top of it and pull it out. (Fig.26
on page 8)
• Wash the tray and the grid separately with the lukewarm wa-
ter.
• Dry both parts well and place back the grid on top of the tray.
• Position the drainage hose in the opening provided.
• Fit back the tray in place and press down to secure it with
the machine.
h) Lighting lid
ATTENTION! During the cleaning process, take care not to
bend, break or damage the „contacts“ (Fig.27 on page 8). Any
damage might cause a bad functioing of the lighting lid.
• Clean the lid contacts using a damp cloth and dry well. Always
switch OFF the machine.
• Do not immersed in water for cleaning.
i) Bulb replacement
• The bulb should be replaced only when the machine is
switched OFF and the power cord is unplugged.
• Next, remove the protection caps. Then, using a proper
screwdriver (not supplied) to loosen the screws in order to
remove the cover (Fig.28 on page 8).
• Remove the bulb (U) from the socket (T) (Fig.29 on page 8).
And replace it with a new bulb (not supplied).
j) Cleaning the condenser
• ATTENTION! The condenser can only be cleaned solely by a
specialized technician, who must organize all of the opera-
tional sequences and with suitable tool/equipment.
• The condenser should be cleaned regularly (at least once per
every 6 months) to keep good machine performance.
• To access the condenser, the safety guards need to be re-
moved.
• WARNING! Removing safety guards will expose some sharp
surfaces of the machine.

• To remove the safety guard panel, proceed as below:
(Fig.30 on page 8)
1) Lift and completely remove the upper part of the side guard;
2) Loosen the 4 screws securing the guard in place.
3) After removing the 4 screws, take off the safety guard. (Fig.31
on page 8)
4) Use a dry brush (not supplied) to remove the dust that has
built up over time with use. (Fig.32 on page 8)
5) After having thoroughly cleaned the condenser, re-assembly
the safety guard.
k) Periodic maintenance
This machine must be periodically checked (for at least every 6
months) by a specialized technician. This periodic check serves
to ensure that all the components installed and the machine
itself are at a high level of safety.
Any worn components must be replaced by an original spare
part. It is forbidden to use this machine when even only one of
its components is faulty or worn. User are prohibited to perform
periodic maintenance.
Troubleshooting
If the appliance does not function properly, please check the
below table for the solution. If you are still unable to solve the
problem, please contact the supplier/service provider.

optimal settings by the factory default. Change the setting only

How to set
Press and hold (22) for about 6 seconds. The “PA” is shown on
the display.
Press “+“ or “-“ to enter the value “15“ (This is the code for
entering into the setting mode).

Any defect affecting the functionality of the appliance which
becomes apparent within one year after purchase will be re-
paired by free repair or replacement provided the appliance has
been used and maintained in accordance with the instructions
and has not been abused or misused in any way. Your statutory

ranty, state where and when it was purchased and include proof
of purchase (e.g. receipt).

Gerät beschädigt ist, trennen Sie es von der Steckdose und
wenden Sie sich an den Händler.
• Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig die elektrischen Anschlüsse und
das Kabel auf Schäden. Wenn sie beschädigt ist, muss sie
durch einen Kundendienstmitarbeiter oder eine ähnlich qua-
lifizierte Person ersetzt werden, um Gefahren oder Verletzun-
gen zu vermeiden.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Kabel nicht mit scharfen oder
heißen Gegenständen in Berührung kommt und halten Sie es
von offenen Bränden fern. Ziehen Sie niemals das Netzkabel,
um es aus der Steckdose zu ziehen, sondern ziehen Sie im-
mer den Stecker.
•WARNUNG! Stellen Sie beim Positionieren des Geräts sicher,
dass das Netzkabel nicht eingeklemmt oder beschädigt ist.
• VORSICHT! Verlegen Sie das Netzkabel bei Bedarf sicher, um
unbeabsichtigtes Ziehen, Kontakt mit der Heizfläche oder
Stolpergefahr zu vermeiden.
• Lassen Sie das Gerät während des Gebrauchs niemals un-
beaufsichtigt.
• WARNUNG! Solange sich der Stecker in der Steckdose befin-
det, ist das Gerät an die Stromquelle angeschlossen.
• Schalten Sie das Gerät aus, bevor Sie es vom Stromnetz tren-
nen.
• Schließen Sie den Netzstecker an eine leicht zugängliche
Steckdose an, damit das Gerät im Notfall sofort ausgesteckt
werden kann.
• Tragen Sie das Gerät niemals am Kabel.
• Verwenden Sie keine zusätzlichen Geräte, die nicht mit dem
Gerät geliefert werden.
• Schließen Sie das Gerät nur mit der auf dem Geräteetikett
angegebenen Spannung und Frequenz an eine Steckdose an.
• Verwenden Sie niemals anderes als das vom Hersteller emp-
fohlene Zubehör. Andernfalls kann ein Sicherheitsrisiko für
den Benutzer bestehen und das Gerät beschädigt werden.
Nur Originalteile und Zubehör verwenden.
• Dieses Gerät darf nicht von Personen mit eingeschränkten
physischen, sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten oder
Personen mit mangelnder Erfahrung und mangelndem Wis-
sen betrieben werden.
• Dieses Gerät darf unter keinen Umständen von Kindern be-
nutzt werden.
• Bewahren Sie das Gerät und seine elektrischen Anschlüsse
für Kinder unzugänglich auf.
• WARNUNG! Schalten Sie das Gerät STETS vor der Reinigung,
Wartung oder Lagerung aus.
• Dieses Gerät sollte von geschultem Personal in der Küche
des Restaurants, Kantinen oder Barpersonal usw. bedient

• Decken Sie das Gerät nicht im Betrieb ab und halten Sie es
von heißen Oberflächen und offenen Flammen fern. Betrei-
ben Sie das Gerät immer auf einer horizontalen, stabilen,
sauberen, hitzebeständigen und trockenen Oberfläche.
• Lassen Sie während des Gebrauchs mindestens 20 cm Ab-
stand um das Gerät herum, um es zu belüften.
•Reparaturen dürfen nur von Personen durchgeführt werden,
die vom Hersteller geschult oder empfohlen wurden.
Spezielle Sicherheitshinweise
• VORSICHT! BRANDGEFAHR! Das verwen-
dete Kältemittel ist R290. Es ist ein um-
weltfreundliches, brennbares Kältemittel.
Obwohl es entzündlich ist, beschädigt es
nicht die Ozonschicht und verstärkt nicht
die Treibhauswirkung. Die Verwendung
dieses Kühlmittels hat jedoch zu einem leichten Anstieg des
Geräuschpegels des Geräts geführt. Zusätzlich zum Ge-
räusch des Kompressors können Sie möglicherweise hören,
wie das Kühlmittel um das System strömt. Dies ist unver-
meidbar und hat keine nachteiligen Auswirkungen auf die
Leistung des Geräts. Beim Transport und beim Aufstellen des
Geräts ist darauf zu achten, dass keine Teile des Kühlsystems
beschädigt werden. Undichtes Kühlmittel kann die Augen
schädigen.
• VORSICHT! VERBRENNUNGSGEFAHR! Auf die Haut
gesprühte Kältemittelflüssigkeit kann zu schweren
Gewebeschäden führen. Augen und Haut schützen.
Wenn Kältemittel verbrennt, sofort mit kaltem Wasser spü-
len. Bei schweren Verbrennungen wenden Sie Eisparks an
und wenden Sie sich sofort an einen Arzt.
• VORSICHT! VERBRENNUNGSGEFAHR! Schalten Sie
die Maschine vor dem Öffnen des Maschinengehäu-
ses/der Deckelabdeckung aus und gehen Sie hinein,
da die Gefahr einer Einzugsbewegung besteht.
• WARNUNG! Halten Sie alle Lüftungsöffnungen im Gerätege-
häuse frei von Hindernissen. Beim Einbau eine ausreichende
Belüftung in der umgebenden Struktur bereitstellen. Blo-
ckieren Sie niemals die Luftansaugung und den Luftauslass,
um die Luftzirkulation aufrechtzuerhalten.
• Verwenden Sie keine harten Utensilien, um auf die Glasober-
fläche zu treffen.
• Stellen Sie keine Gegenstände auf das Gerät. Stellen Sie kei-
ne Gegenstände mit offenen Brandquellen (z. B. Kerzen) auf
oder neben das Gerät. Stellen Sie keine mit Wasser gefüllten
Gegenstände (z. B. Vasen) auf oder in die Nähe des Geräts.
• Nehmen Sie keine zusätzlichen Öffnungen am Gerät vor. Ins-
tallieren Sie keine Geräte im Gerät.
• Versuchen Sie nicht, die Oberseite des Geräts hochzuklettern.
Verwendungszweck
• Dieses Gerät ist für die Ausgabe von kalten Getränken aus-
gelegt. Jede andere Verwendung kann zu Schäden am Gerät
oder Verletzungen führen.
• Der Betrieb des Geräts für andere Zwecke gilt als Missbrauch
des Geräts. Der Benutzer haftet allein für die unsachgemäße
Verwendung des Geräts.
Installation der Erdung
Dieses Gerät ist als Schutzklasse I eingestuft und muss an
eine Schutzerde angeschlossen werden. Die Erdung verringert
das Risiko eines Stromschlags, indem ein Escape-Wire für den
elektrischen Strom bereitgestellt wird.
Dieses Gerät ist mit einem Netzkabel mit Erdungsstecker oder
elektrischen Anschlüssen mit Erdungsdraht ausgestattet. Die
Anschlüsse müssen ordnungsgemäß installiert und geerdet
sein.

Vorbereitung vor Verwendung
• Entfernen Sie alle Schutzverpackungen und -verpackungen.
• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Gerät unbeschädigt ist und
alle Zubehörteile enthält. Bei unvollständiger Lieferung und
Schäden. Bitte wenden Sie sich sofort an den Lieferanten. Ver-
wenden Sie das Gerät nicht.
• Diese Maschine sollte von geschultem Fachpersonal auf ihre
Funktion überprüft werden.
• Reinigen Sie das Gerät vor dem Gebrauch (siehe == > Reini-
gung und Wartung).
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät vollständig trocken ist.
• Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine horizontale, stabile und hitze-
beständige Oberfläche, die vor Wasserspritzern geschützt ist.
• Bewahren Sie die Verpackung auf, wenn Sie Ihr Gerät in Zu-
kunft lagern möchten.
HINWEIS: Aufgrund von Fertigungsrückständen kann die Ma-
schine in den ersten Zyklen einen leichten Geruch
abgeben. Dies ist normal und weist nicht auf einen
Defekt oder eine Gefahr hin. Stellen Sie sicher, dass
die Maschine gut belüftet ist.
Bedienungsanleitung
a) Zubereitung der Lebensmittelzutat:
(Abb.4 auf Seite 4)
• Das KONZENTRAT in einem geeigneten Behälter gemäß den
Rezepten des Herstellers verdünnen und mit WASSER mi-
schen. DIE ERHALTENE MISCHUNG MUSS EINEN MINDEST-
ZUCKERGEHALT VON 13°BRIX AUFWEISEN. Eine geringere
Konzentration kann die Schnecken und/oder Getriebemoto-
ren beschädigen.
• WARNUNG! Die Temperatur der Lebensmittelzutat sollte 25
°C nicht überschreiten.
• WARNUNG! Niemals nur mit Wasser verwenden.
b) Lebensmittelzutaten in die Maschine geben:
• WARNUNG! Lebensmittelzutaten sollten nur dann in die
Schüssel (2) gegossen werden, wenn die Maschine ausge-
schaltet und vom Stromnetz getrennt ist.
• Um den Deckel (1) der Schüssel (2) zu entfernen, befolgen Sie
diese Anweisungen (Abb. 5 auf Seite 4):
1) Heben Sie den hinteren Teil des Deckels an;
2) Den Deckel (1) aus der Halterung an der Vorderseite her-
ausziehen.
• Gießen Sie die Lebensmittelzutat (G) vorsichtig in die Schüs-
sel (2) und nicht über den „MAXIMALEN LEVEL“ hinaus. (Abb.
6 auf Seite 4), (Keine heiße Flüssigkeit einfüllen, um Gefahren
zu vermeiden.)
• Nach dem Gießen/Auffüllen der Lebensmittelzutat in die
Schüssel (2) den Deckel der Schüssel (1) oben auf der Schüs-
sel (2) schließen. (Abb. 7 auf Seite 4)
WARNUNGEN!
1. Schalten Sie die Maschine niemals ein, wenn der Deckel
fehlt. Bevor Sie den Deckel der Schüssel abnehmen, schal-
ten Sie die Maschine aus und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker.
2. Im Inneren der Schüssel befinden sich einige beweg-
liche Teile, die Verletzungen verursachen können.
Schalten Sie die Maschine aus und ziehen Sie den
Netzstecker, bevor Sie eine Operation durchführen.
c) Starten Sie den Betrieb der Maschine:
(Bedienfeld : Abb.2 auf Seite 3)
Jede Schüssel wird unabhängig gesteuert.
• Schließen Sie zuerst den Netzstecker an eine geeignete
Steckdose an.
• Drücken Sie als Nächstes
(21), um die Maschine EINzuschal-
ten. Halten Sie (21) 3 Sekunden lang gedrückt, um in den
STANDBY-Modus der Maschine zu wechseln, wenn sie nicht
verwendet wird.
(Abb. 8 auf Seite 5).
• Drücken Sie dann die entsprechende Schüssel-Taste (12).
Und drücken Sie nacheinander, um den Arbeitsmodus auszu-
wählen. Es gibt 3 Arbeitsmodi: Granita (18), Saft (19) oder AUS
(20). Es wird nacheinander angezeigt und das entsprechende
Symbol leuchtet auf.
I). Zum Servieren mit Granita
(Abb. 9 auf Seite 5)
• Drücken Sie die entsprechende Schüsseltaste (12).
• Drücken Sie dann nacheinander , um den Granita-Modus aus-
zuwählen, (18) leuchtet auf.
• Drücken Sie dann nacheinander „+“ oder „-“, um die Härte
anzupassen. Der Wert zwischen 1 (weich mit hohem Wasser-
gehalt) und 7 (hart mit geringerem Wassergehalt).
II). Zum Servieren mit kalten Getränken
(Abb.10 auf Seite 5)
• Drücken Sie die entsprechende Schüsseltaste (12), bis (19)
auf
leuchtet.
• Durch langes Drücken von
(22) in den Modus zur Einstel-
lung der Safttemperatur wechseln, bis „PR“ auf dem Display
blinkt.
• Drücken Sie
erneut (22), um Schüssel 1(F1) oder 2(F2) aus-
zuwählen, bis „F1“ oder „F2“ auf der Temperaturanzeige an-
gezeigt wird.
• Drücken Sie die
linke Platte (17), um die Temperatur von 1 °C
bis 7 °C einzustellen. Die Temperatur wird erfolgreich einge-
stellt. Nach 15-maligem Blinken ohne Bedienung kehrt das
Display zur Normalanzeige zurück.
HINWEIS:
• Die aktuelle Temperatur wird wie gewohnt auf dem Display
angezeigt.
• Zum Wiederherstellen
der Standardtemperatur (2 °C) gleich-
zeitig (14) und (16) drücken.
• Anzeige zeigt „PR“ / „F1“ / „F2“ an: Safttemperatur-Ein-
stellmodus / Schüssel 1 / Schüssel 2. Der Modus wird nach
15-maligem Blinken ohne Betrieb ungültig und die Anzeige
schaltet wieder auf Normal um.
• Nur die
linke Platte (17) kann (für Schüssel 1 und 2) inner-
halb des Temperatureinstellungsmodells des Safts bedient
werden.
III). Um die Arbeit einzustellen
• Drücken Sie die entsprechende Schüsseltaste (12).
• Drücken Sie anschließend nacheinander, bis der AUS-Mo-
dus (20) aufleuchtet. Dann würde es das Rühren und Kühlen
stoppen.
d) So reinigen Sie einfach die entsprechende Schüssel:
• Halten Sie die entsprechende Schüsseltaste (12) etwa 6 Se-
kunden lang gedrückt.
• Das entsprechende Schüsselventil wird zur Reinigung etwa 3
Minuten lang vollständig geöffnet. In diesem Modus zeigt die
Kontrollanzeige „°C“ an.

AUFMERKSAMKEIT! In diesem Modus öffnet sich das elektro-
nische Expansionsventil der entsprechenden Schüssel. Aber die
Schnecke rührt noch zur Reinigung. Bitte füllen Sie warmes und
sauberes Wasser in die Schüssel, das die „MAXIMALE EBENE“
nicht überschreitet. Legen Sie Ihre Hand nicht hinein.
Schalten Sie die Maschine AUS und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker,
um die Maschine gründlich zu reinigen oder zu desinfizieren.
e) Ausgabe von Granita
(Abb.11 auf Seite 6)
• Um das Lebensmittel abzugeben, ziehen Sie den Hahnhebel.
HINWEIS : Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig die Temperatur der Ge-
tränke in der Schüssel (2). Lassen Sie die Maschi-
ne laufen, wenn sich Lebensmittel in der Schüssel
befinden.
Wenn die Maschine nicht kontinuierlich betrieben wird, muss
die kleine Menge zuerst aus dem Zapfbereich entsorgt werden,
bevor sie für den Kunden serviert wird.
Reinigung und Wartung
AUFMERKSAMKEIT! Trennen Sie das Gerät immer vom Strom-
netz und kühlen Sie es vor Lagerung, Reinigung und Wartung
ab.
Verwenden Sie für die Reinigung keinen Wasserstrahl oder
Dampfreiniger und schieben Sie das Gerät nicht unter das
Wasser, da die Teile nass werden und ein Stromschlag entste-
hen kann.
Tragen Sie vor der Durchführung von Reinigungs- und War-
tungsarbeiten an der Maschine persönliche Schutzkleidung
wie Handschuhe, Schutzbrille usw.
Reinigung
• Reinigen Sie die gekühlte Außenfläche mit einem leicht
feuchten Tuch oder einem Schwamm mit einer milden Sei-
fenlösung.
• Im Geschirrspüler können keine Komponenten gereinigt
werden.
• In der Mikrowelle dürfen keine Bauteile getrocknet werden.
• Verwenden Sie niemals Scheuerschwämme oder -wasch-
mittel, Stahlwolle oder Metallutensilien, um das Innere oder
Äußere des Geräts zu reinigen.
• Die Schüssel sollte mindestens einmal täglich gereinigt und
desinfiziert werden.
• Reinigung und Desinfektion sind pflegebedürftige und re-
gelmäßig durchzuführende Tätigkeiten, um die Qualität der
ausgegebenen Getränke und den Hygienezweck zu gewähr-
leisten.
•WARNUNG! Während des Reinigungs- und Wartungsvor-
gangs darf die Maschine nicht eingesteckt oder eingeschaltet
werden.
• Heben Sie den oberen Teil des Schutzes an und entfernen Sie
ihn zur Reinigung und Wartung. Wenn Sie fertig sind, setzen
Sie das Teil wieder in die Maschine ein. (Abb. 12 auf Seite 6).
a) Entleeren der Schüsseln
• Bevor eine Schüssel gereinigt werden kann, muss sie zuerst
alle Lebensmittelzutaten in der Schüssel entleert werden.
b) Demontage des Dosierhahns:
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass das gesamte Getränk in der Schüssel
entleert ist.
• Vor dem Entfernen der Schüssel den Wasserhahn demon-
tieren.
• Entfernen Sie den Stift (F), um alle anderen Teile freizugeben.

• Verwenden Sie sauberes und warmes Wasser, um die Teile zu
waschen. (Abb.14 auf Seite 6)
c) Entfernen Sie die Schüssel und den Deckel:
• Um zuerst den Deckel (1) der Schüssel (2) zu entfernen, be-
folgen Sie diese Anweisungen und siehe Abb. 15 auf Seite 6.
1) Heben Sie den hinteren Teil des Deckels an;
2) Den Deckel (1) aus der Halterung an der Vorderseite he-
rausziehen.
• Heben Sie dann den vorderen Teil der Schüssel an, um sie
freizugeben.
• Entfernen Sie anschließend die Schüssel aus ihrer Position,
indem Sie sie leicht an der Rückseite drücken. Die Schüssel
ist jetzt abgelöst. (Abb.16 auf Seite 6)
• Nehmen Sie schließlich die Schnecke heraus und entfernen
Sie die Dichtungskappenabdeckung (A) und den Dichtungs-
ring (B). Bei Verschleiß oder alle 12 Monate ersetzen. (Abb.17
auf Seite 7)
d) Entfernen Sie die Schüssel und den Deckel:
AUFMERKSAMKEIT! Alle zuvor demontierten und entfernten
Komponenten müssen gründlich gewaschen und desinfiziert
werden. Wir empfehlen dringend, diese Maschine täglich zu
reinigen und zu desinfizieren, um ein hohes Maß an Lebens-
mittelqualität zu gewährleisten.
• Um dieses Verfahren korrekt durchzuführen, gehen Sie wie
folgt vor:
- Füllen Sie einen Behälter mit Reinigungsmittel und heißem
Wasser mit einer Temperatur von 50 ~ 60 °C;
- Waschen Sie die zerlegten Komponenten gründlich mit der
Reinigungslösung.
- Mit heißem Wasser abspülen.
- Die Demontage-Komponenten in die Lösung tauchen und ca.
30 Minuten einweichen lassen.
- Waschen Sie dann die Komponenten erneut mit sauberem
Wasser.
- Legen Sie verschiedene Komponenten auf eine trockene, sau-
bere Oberfläche und trocknen Sie alle Teile gut.
- Montage der Maschine wie unter Teil e) beschrieben.
- Bevor Sie die Maschine wieder in Betrieb nehmen, führen Sie
den Spülzyklus mit sauberem Wasser durch. (Siehe unten Teil
f).)
WARNUNG! Tauchen Sie die Deckel der Schüssel nicht mit ei-
ner Glühbirne in irgendeine Art von Flüssigkeit. Stellen Sie vor
der Reinigung sicher, dass die Glühbirne wie unten beschrie-
ben von der Maschine entfernt wurde (Abb. 29 auf Seite 8).
Reinigen des beleuchteten Deckels der Schüssel wie folgt:
1. Reinigen Sie den unteren Teil des Deckels der Schüssel und
die Außenfläche mit einem sauberen, feuchten Tuch.
2. Mit einem in die Waschlösung getauchten Schwamm den
unteren Teil (24) des Deckels der Schüssel desinfizieren. Da-
rauf achten, den Scharnierteil (X) nicht etwa 10 Minuten lang
zu berühren (Abb. 18 auf Seite 7).
3. Zweimal oder öfter mit einem sauberen Schwamm spülen,
der mit warmem, frischem Wasser getränkt ist.
4. Mit einem trockenen, sauberen Tuch abtrocknen.
