TÜRK KAHVESİ PİŞİRME
• Arzum Cezveli Türk Kahvesi Makine’niz ile 4 kişilik kahve pişirebilirsiniz.
• Yapacak olduğunuz kahve sayısına göre cihazınıza (max 4 kişilik – 300
ml) soğuk su, Türk kahvesi ve şeker koyunuz.
• Cihazınızı enerji iletim tabanına yerleştirip çalıştırınız.
• Kahve pişirme işlemi sırasında kahvenizi sürekli karıştırarak, eşit kıvamda
dağılmasını sağlayınız.
• Kahve haf kabarmaya başladığında cihazınızı kapatarak ncanlara eşit
miktarda çok az kahve dökünüz (Köpük için).
• Cihazınızı tekrar enerji iletim tabanına yerleştirip, cihazınızı çalıştırınız.
Kahveniz tekrar kabardığında kalan kahveyi fincanlara dökerek
paylaştırınız.
GÜVENLİK SİSTEMİ
• Susuz Çalışma Koruması; eğer makineniz, yanlışlıkla boşken
çalıştırıldıysa, susuz koruma sistemi devreye girerek enerjiyi otomatik
olarak kesecektir.
TEMİZLİK VE BAKIM
• Temizlemeden önce makinenizin açma/kapama düğmesini MUTLAKA
kapatınız “0”, fişini prizden çekiniz ve robotunuzun soğumasını bekleyiniz.
• Cihazınızda bulunan suyu boşalttıktan veya kalan kahve artıklarını
yıkadıktan sonra cihazınızın dışını kuru veya nemli bir bezle siliniz.
• Makinenizin enerji iletim tabanını ve su ısıtıcınızı KESİNLİKLE suya
daldırarak veya bulaşık makinesinde yıkayarak temizlemeyiniz.
• Makinenizin hiçbir aksesuarını bu tip cihazlar için kullanılan temizleyiciler
haricinde sert ve kimyasal temizleyiciler (çamaşır suyu, tuz ruhu vb.)
kullanarak temizlemeyiniz.
Kireçlenmeyi Giderme
• Zamanla kullanılan suyun içerisinde bulunan
kireç, ısıtıcı tabanı üzerinde birikip yanarak
kahverengi bir katman oluşturarak ısıtıcınızın
verimini düşürecektir.
• Yumuşak kireçlenme fırça ile kolayca
temizlenebilir. (Bu işlemi yapmadan önce fişi
prizden çekmeyi unutmayınız.)
• Cihazınızın kablo ve şine zarar verecek hareketlerden kaçınınız.
Kablosundan tutarak taşımayınız, prizden çekmek için fişini tutunuz,
ASLA kablosundan çekmeyiniz.
• Yapacak olduğunuz kahve sayısına göre cihazınıza (max 4 kişilik – 300
ml) soğuk su, Türk kahvesi ve şeker koyunuz.
• Cihazınızı enerji iletim tabanına yerleştirip çalıştırınız.
• Kahve pişirme işlemi sırasında kahvenizi sürekli karıştırarak, eşit kıvamda
dağılmasını sağlayınız.
• Kahve haf kabarmaya başladığında cihazınızı kapatarak ncanlara eşit
miktarda çok az kahve dökünüz (Köpük için).
• Cihazınızı tekrar enerji iletim tabanına yerleştirip, cihazınızı çalıştırınız.

• Cihazınıza MAX işaretinden daha fazla su
doldurmayınız.
• Cihazınızı, banyoda ve nem oranı yüksek benzeri
mekanlarda kullanmayınız.
• Cihazınızın enerji iletim tabanını ve elektrik bağlantı
uçlarını ASLA ıslak
bırakmayınız. Eğer ıslanmışsa kurulamadan
önce mutlaka fişi prizden çıkarınız ve tamamen
kurumadan cihazınızı çalıştırmayınız.
• Cihazınıza su doldururken, cihazınızı enerji iletim
tabanı üzerinden alınız.
KULLANIM ÖNERİLERİ
• İlk kullanımdan önce cihazınızı yıkayınız, MAX
seviyesine kadar su doldurarak kaynatınız ve bu
suyu dökerek cihazınızı soğumaya bırakınız.
DİKKAT:
Arzum Cezveli Türk Kahvesi Makine'niz kullanım esnasında ısınır, bu
nedenle cihazın sıcak yüzeylerine dokunmayınız. Kahve yaparken elinizi
cihazınızın ağzından uzak tutunuz.
• Cihazınızı enerji iletim tabanından almak
istediğinizde, cihazınızın açma/kapama düğmesine
basarak cihazınızı kapatınız.
• Kahve makineniz ile sadece kahve pişirebilirsiniz.
Kaynatma veya ısıtma amacıyla başka bir sıvı ya da
solüsyon kullanmayınız.

• Tortulanmış sert kireçlenmeyi ise piyasadan satın alınabilecek ev aletleri
için satılan kireç çözücüler veya beyaz sirke ile temizleyebilirsiniz.
• Kireç çözücü ile temizlemek için; makinenizde bir miktar suyu
kaynattıktan sonra, kireç çözücüyü kaynamış suyun içine karıştırınız. Bir
süre bekledikten sonra ısıtıcınızı 2-3 dk. daha kaynatarak içini boşaltınız
ve 2-3 kez temiz su ile yıkayınız.
• Beyaz sirke ile temizlemek için; cihazınızı maximum seviyeye kadar
beyaz sirke ile doldurarak 1 saat bekletiniz, daha sonra sirkeyi boşaltıp
cihazınızı 2-3 kez temiz su ile yıkayınız.
UYARI:
Cihazınızın sivri olan ağız kenarlarını silerken kesilmeye karşı dikkat ediniz,
yavaşça bastırmadan temizleyiniz.

Maker. This product as well is one of the Arzum product offered to you
to make life easier for you.
In order to obtain ultimate output from your appliance, please read
carefully this user’s manual and save it for further use.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
• Make sure that the voltage indicated on the Arzum Cezveli Turkish
Coffee Maker corresponds with the mains voltage in your home.
Our company shall not be held liable for any failures owing to any
discrepancy and such failures shall not be covered by the guarantee.
• This appliance is intended to be used
in household and similar applications
such as:
- Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices
and other working environments;
- Farm houses;
- By clients in hotels, motels and other
residential type environments;
- Bed and breakfast type
environments.
• This appliance can be used by
children aged from 8 years and above
and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge if

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must
be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• The appliance must not be immersed.
• Keep the appliance and its cord out
of reach of children aged less than 8
years.
Warning: Avoid spillage on the
connector.
• The heating element surface is
subject to residual heat after use.
• Since hot beverages such as coffee
or milk may be boiled over, do not fill
coffe machine with liquid more than
maximum limit.
• Plug your appliance to a grounded socket. To prevent harming your
appliance do not use extension cords that supply insufficient current.
• Do not place your appliance over or near direct heat sources such as a
stove, heating oven, etc.
• Ensure that the appliance is placed on a rm and at surface. Do not
put it on the edge of a table or bench. The least blow or knock may
overturn it. Do not forget that it may be full of hot coffee.
• Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch any other
appliances.
• Avoid actions that may harm or damage the cord or plug of your
appliance. Do not carry your appliance by holding from the cord. To
unplug the robot, hold the plug and NEVER pull by the cord.

PREPARING TURKISH COFFEE
• By using your Arzum Cezveli Turkish Coffee Maker you can prepare
coffee for up to 4 persons.
• According to the number of cup of coffee (for 4 persons, max-300 ml.),
put sufficient quantity of cold water, Turkish coffee and sugar into your
Turkish Coffee Maker.
• Place the appliance onto the power base unit and switch on.
• At operation time mix your coffee continuously for mixing well.
• When the coffee starts bloating out, turn off the appliance and pour a
little coffee into the cups (for foam).
• Replace your appliance onto the power base unit and restart the
coffee maker; then pour the coffee to the cups.
SAFETY CUT-OFF DEVICE
• Protection against running dry: If your coffee maker ever runs dry
while operating, a protection against running dry will cut off the power
automatically.
CLEANING AND CARE
• Before cleaning turn off the on/off switch “0” located on your coffee
maker, unplug from outlet, and allow it to cool down.
• Discharge the water and remaining coffee from the appliance, and wipe
the outside of it thoroughly with a dry or damp cloth.
• NEVER immerse the power base unit and the body into water, nor
wash them in a dishwasher.
• Avoid using abrasive and chemical cleaning agents (liquid bleach,
hydrochloric acid, etc.) in cleaning any accessories of the appliance
excepting of special cleaners.
Calcification Removal
• It is important to remove the calcication
formed inside your water heater periodically in
terms of both hygiene and energy saving.
• The calcication within the water used in the
course of time accumulates on the heater base
and burns out and forms a brown layer and
then reduces the output of your heater.
• The slight calcication can be cleaned easily with a brush. (Before
doing this process, do not forget to disconnect the plug from the outlet
first.).
• Never interfere with your appliance except for the purposes of cleaning
and maintenance. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord
or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any
manner, such as by dropping down, etc. Do not attempt to repair it by
yourself. Refer immediately to an Arzum Authorized Service. Care that
for using the only original spare parts.
• Always hold your appliance by its handle. Its outer surface may be hot.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow it to cool
down completely before cleaning the appliance.
• Use your appliance with its own power base unit only. Do not place on
it those units belonging to any other appliance.
• When you have prepared your coffee, press on/off switch to turn the
appliance off.
• Avoid contact with steam to be ejected from spout when the coffee is
boiling, and do not let children to use the appliance.
• Do not ll above MAX level.
• Do not use your appliance in bathroom or any
other places with a high rate of moisture.
• NEVER leave the power base unit and electrical
connection ends of your appliance in a damp
state. If they get wet, unplug before drying and no
not operate the appliance before having it dried
completely.
• When lling with water remove your appliance
from its power base unit.
SUGGESTIONS OF USE
• Before using for the rst time, clean the appliance
and then fill water up to the MAX level. Turn off your
appliance when the water starts boiling.
CAUTION:
When in use, the outer surface of your Arzum
Cezveli Turkish Coffee Maker becomes heated; therefore you should
not touch the hot surfaces. When preparing coffee, keep your hands
away from the spout.
• The appliance must be switched off automatically
or manually before attempting to lift the kettle from
the power base unit.
• Do not use your coffee maker for any other
purposes. Do not use any other liquids or solutions
for the purpose of boiling.
• Thanks to double-sided pouring point, you can
easily use your coffee maker with your left hand.

• You can clean the hard calcication with sediments by means of the
calcification removers which are sold for the household appliances that
can be purchased from the market or vinegar.
• To clean with the calcication remover; after boiling some water in
your appliance, mix the calcification remover with the boiled water. After
waiting for a while, boil your heater 2-3 min. more and discharge its
inside and wash with clean water for 2-3 times.
• To clean with white vinegar; ll half liter of white vinegar in your
appliance and wait for 1 hour, and after that, empty the vinegar and wash
your appliance with clean water for 2-3 times.

• Vermeiden Sie die Bewegungen, die das Kabel und den Stecker
Ihres Gerätes beschädigen können. Nicht vom Kabel tragen, NIEMALS
vom Kabel ziehen, sondern Stecker halten, um es aus der Steckdose
herauszuziehen.
• Außer Reinigung und Pege Ihres Gerätes keine andere Eingriffe
machen. Falls das Kabel oder der Stecker Ihres Gerätes defekt ist, oder
beim Fallen oder aus einem anderen Grund ein Schaden entstanden
ist, bitte nicht mehr benutzen. Nicht selber reparieren. Wenden Sie
sich sofort an den Arzum Kundendienst. An ihrem Gerät nur originale
Zubehörteile verwenden.
• Halten Sie das Gerät immer am Griff. Aussenäche kann heiß sein.
• Wenn Sie Ihr Gerät reinigen oder nicht benutzen, so ziehen Sie den
Stecker Ihres Gerätes aus der Steckdose und vor der Reinigung sollten
Sie davon sicher sein, dass das Gerät nicht mehr heiß ist.
• Benutzen Sie Ihr Gerät nur mit seiner eigenen Heizplatte; benutzen Sie
nicht mit den Heizplatten anderer Geräten.
• Schützen Sie Ihre Hände beim Kochen vor Wasserdampf und lassen
Sie die Kinder das Gerät nicht benutzen.
• Füllen Sie nicht viel Wasser als MAX-Zeichen in Ihr Gerät auf.
• Das Gerät niemals in Räumen mit hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit benutzen, z.
B. Bad.
• AUF KEINEM FALL Energieplatte Ihres Gerätes oder
Stromanschlußende feucht lassen. Falls sie feucht sind, vor dem
Trocknen aus der Steckdose ziehen, und das Gerät nie wieder benutzen,
bevor sie ganz getrocknet sind.
• Beim Wasserfüllen das Gerät von der Energieplatte entfernen.
VORSCHLÄGE ZUR
BENUTZUNG
• Vor dem ersten Gebrauch spülen Sie Ihr Gerät
aus, füllen Sie Wasser bis zum MAX-Niveau darin
und kochen Sie es und dann schütteln Sie das
Wasser aus.
VORSICHT:
Die Oberäche Ihres Gerätes Arzum Cezveli Türkische Kaffeemaschine
erwärmt sich während der Benutzung, daher heiße Oberflächen nicht
anfassen. Wenn Sie Kaffee machen, die Hand vom Ausguss fernhalten.
• Bewahren Sie das Gerät und das
zugehörige Kabel für Kinder unter
8 Jahren unerreichbar auf.
Achtung: Achten Sie darauf,
dass mit Strom kontaktierende
Flächen in keinerlei Berührung
mit Flüssigkeiten kommen.
• Nach Erwärmung kann das
Gerät heiß sein.
• Sprudelnder heißer Kaffee
oder andere Flüssigkeiten (wie
z.B. Milch) können während der
Erwärmung überkochen, daher
füllen Sie die Kaffeemaschine
nicht oberhalb seines maximalen
Füllstandes.
• Das Gerät sollte unbedingt an einem Stecker mit Erdung
angeschlossen werden. Um Pannen bzw. Beschädigungen zu
vermeiden, sollten keine unzureichende Verlängerungs-kabel verwendet
werden.
• Halten Sie Ihr Gerät fern von Wärmequellen wie zum Beispiel Herd oder
Ofen. Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht direkt auf Heizquellen auf.
• Stellen Sie Ihr Gerät an einen stabilen und ebenen Platz auf.
Jedoch nicht auf Tisch oder Thekenrand stellen. Es kann nämlich bei
einem kleinen Stoß herunter fallen. Vergessen Sie nicht, dass Ihre
Kaffeemaschine (bzw. Kaffeeroboter) mit heiß Kaffee gefüllt sein kann.
• Bitte, achten Sie darauf, dass das Kabel nicht vom Tisch oder von der
Theke herunter hängt oder keinen Kontakt mit einem anderen Gerät hat.

• Leeren Sie das Wasser aus dem Wasserkessel aus und reinigen Sie
dessen Aussenfläche mit einem trockenen oder leicht befeuchtetem
Tuch.
• Niemals die Energieplatte oder der Wasserkessel Ihres Gerätes ins
Wasser eintauchen oder in die Spülmaschine geben, um zu reinigen.
• Die Zubehörteile ihres Gerätes, ausser hierfür speziellen Reiniger, nicht
mit abrasiven und chemischen Reinigungsmitteln (wie zum Beispiel:
Waschlauge, Salzsäure usw.) reinigen.
KALKENTFERNUNG
• Mit der Zeit lagert sich Kalk auf dem Boden
des Wasserkochers, brennt an und wird zu
einer braunen Schicht und vermindert die
Leistung Ihres Gerätes.
• Mit einer Bürste kann dieser weiche
Kalkshicht entfernt werden (es ist jedoch nicht
zu vergessen, dass der Stecker vorher aus der Steckdose gezogen
werden muss).
• Hartnäckige Ablagerungen können Sie mit Kalkentferner, die für
übliche Haushaltsgeräte im Markt verkauft werden, oder mit Essig
entfernen.
• Wenn Sie Ablagerungen mit Kalkentferner reinigen bzw. entfernen
wollen, dann geben Sie in den Wasserkessel Wasser hinein, bringen es
zum Kochen vermischen den Kalkentferner ins kochende Wasser, nach
einer ausreichenden Zeit lassen Sie es 2-3 Minuten nochmals kochen,
dann entleeren Sie den Wasserkessel und spülen Sie es 2-3 mal mit
frischem Wasser aus.
• Fall Sie mit weißem Essig reinigen wollen, so füllen Sie Ihr Gerät mit
Essig bis zum Maxiumumniveau und lassen Sie es 1 Stunde einwirken,
anschließend Essig ausschütten und das Gerät 2-3 mal mit reinem
Wasser spülen.
• Wenn Sie Ihr Gerät von der Energieplatte
abnehmen wollen, sollen Sie zuerst Ein/Aus
Schalter schalten und das Gerät ausschalten.
• Mit Ihrem Kaffeeroboter können Sie nur Wasser
kochen oder Kaffee kochen. Zum Kochen keine
andere Flüssigkeiten oder Solutionen verwenden.
• Mittels doppelseitigem Ausguss können Sie ihren
Kaffeeroboter auch mit der linken Hand mühelos
benutzen .
ZUBEREITUNG DES TÜRKISCHEN KAFFEES
• Sie können mit Ihrer Arzum Cezveli Türkische Kaffeemaschine Kaffee
für 4 Personen kochen also zubereiten.
• Je nach der Zahl der Personen, füllen Sie Kaltwasser (höchstens 4
Personen - 300 Mililiter), Türkische Kaffee und Würfelzucker in Ihre
Türkische Kaffeemaschine.
• Stellen Sie Ihr Gerät auf die Energieplatte auf und den Hauptschalter
auf “Ein” bringen.
• Kochen Sie Ihren Mokka unter ständigem Rühren,
damit er mit gleichmäßiger Konsistenz verteilt wird.
• Wenn der Kaffee bisschen höher kommt also
geschwollen wird, Ihr Gerät ausschalten und
gießen Sie etwas Kaffee in die Tasse ein (für
Schaumbildung von Kaffee).
• Dann legen Sie Ihr Gerät wieder auf die
Energieplatte und den Schalter wieder einschalten und wenn Ihr Kaffee
wieder ganz oben kommt bzw. ganz geschwollen ist, so gießen Sie den
Kaffee in die Tassen ein.
SICHERHEITS SYSTEM
• Sicherung gegen Betrieb ohne Wasser: Wenn Ihr Gerät aus Versehen
leer in Betrieb gesetzt wird, so kommt das wasserlose Schutzsystem in
Gang und schaltet die Energie automatisch aus.
PFLEGE UND REINIGUNG
• Vor reinigung den hauptschalter (ein/aus schalter) ihres geraetes
unbedingt ausschalten “0”; den stecker unbedingt aus der steckdose
ziehen und dann abwarten bis ihr gerät abgekühlt ist.

GARANTİ ŞARTLARI
1. Garanti süresi, malın teslim tarihinden itibaren başlar ve 3 yıldır.
2. Malın bütün parçaları dahil olmak üzere tamamı garanti kapsamındadır.
3. Malın ayıplı olduğunun anlaşılması durumunda tüketici, 6502 sayılı
Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanunun 11 inci maddesinde yer alan;
a- Sözleşmeden dönme,
b- Satış bedelinden indirim isteme,
c- Ücretsiz onarılmasını isteme,
ç- Satılanın ayıpsız bir misli ile değiştirilmesini isteme,
haklarından birini kullanabilir.
4. Tüketicinin bu haklardan ücretsiz onarım hakkını seçmesi durumunda
satıcı; işçilik masrafı, değiştirilen parça bedeli ya da başka herhangi bir
ad altında hiçbir ücret talep etmeksizin malın onarımını yapmak veya
yaptırmakla yükümlüdür. Tüketici ücretsiz onarım hakkını üretici veya
ithalatçıya karşı kullananilir. Satıcı, üretici ve ithalatçı tüketicinin bu hakkını
kullanmasından müteselsilen sorumludur.
5. Tüketicinin, ücretsiz onarım hakkını kullanması halinde malın;
- Garanti süresi içinde tekrar arızalanması,
- Tamiri için gereken azami sürenin aşılması,
- Tamirinin mümkün olmadığının, yetkili servis istasyonu, satıcı, üretici
veya ithalatçı tarafından bir raporla belirlenmesi durumlarında;
tüketici malin bedel iadesini, ayıp oranında bedel indirimini veya imkan
varsa malın ayıpsız misli ile değiştirilmesini satıcıdan talep edebilir.
Satıcı, tüketicinin talebini reddedemez. Bu talebin yerine getirilmemesi
durumunda satıcı, üretici ve ithalatçı müteselsilen sorumludur.
6. Malın tamir süresi 20 iş gününü, binek otomobil ve kamyonetler için
ise 30 iş gününü geçemez. Bu süre, garanti süresi içerisinde mala ilişkin
arızanın yetkili servis istasyonuna veya satıcıya bildirimi tarihinde, garanti
süresi dışında ise malın yetkili servis istasyonuna teslim tarihinden itibaren
başlar. Malın arızasının 10 iş günü içerisinde giderilememesi halinde üretici
veya ithalatçı; malın tamiri tamamlanıncaya kadar, benzer özelliklere
sahip başka bir malı tüketicinin kullanımına tahsis etmek zorundadır. Malın
garanti süresi içerisinde arızalanması durumunda, tamirde geçen süre
garanti süresine eklenir.
7. Malın kullanma kılavuzunda yer alan hususlara aykırı kullanılmasında
kaynaklanan arızalar garanti kapsamı dışındadır.
8. Tüketici, garantiden doğan haklarının kullanılması ile ilgili olarak
çıkabilecek uyuşmazlıklarda yerleşim yerinin bulunduğu veya tüketici
işleminin yapıldığı yerdeki Tüketici Hakem Heyetine veya Tüketici
Mahkemesine başvurabilir.
9. Satıcı tarafından bu Garanti Belgesinin verilmesi durumunda, tüketici
Gümrük ve Ticaret Bakanlığı Tüketicinin Korunması ve Piyasa Gözetimi
Genel Müdürlüğüne başvurabilir.
