Screw driver
PTC heater assy.
4.2x9.5screw 4pcs
Electrical Warning: Prior to installation, disconnect 115V AC or shut off A/C circuit breaker to
prevent electrical shock. There may be a charge on the Capacitor until discharged.
1. With the AC on a flat surface,
remove outer shroud.
2. Take EPP off as arrow
direction.
3. To install PTC heater to the head
plate of evaportor with 4 screws.
The screw holes are done prior.
4. Connect the 3-pin connector to
the control box.
5. Put EPP cover backand make
sure the buckle well.
6. Reinstall shroud.

When a PTC heater is used with the ACTH12 Digital Thermostat, the dip
switches on the back of the Thermostat will need to be set prior to operation.
*FACTORY RESET REQUIRED AFTER DIP SWITCH CHANGES
Start with Thermostat in Off mode. Press and hold both at the same time in the Off mode.
Continue to press both buttons and press the and then release all 3 buttons. LCD will flash On/Off
while pressing all 3 buttons. One the buttons are released the LCD will turn off and the system has
been reset to factory settings.
