1. We guarantee quality only for use under normal conditions during the warranty period. If your product has a malfunction or
defect, we will repair it at no charge using our prescribed methods.Bring the product along with the warranty to the store
where you purchased the product.

(1) If no warranty is shown. (2) If the required information is not filled in or is rewritten. (3) If the malfunction was caused by misuse.

3. If it is determined that the customer independently altered or repaired the product, it will not be accepted for repair during the warranty period.

5. The company will not be liable for direct or indirect damage caused by malfunction or use of the product.
6. Expenses for sending or bringing a product for repair are the responsibility of the customer.

また、殺虫剤、整髪用・掃除用等のスプレーをかけないでください。
樹脂や塗装部が変質したり、破損する恐れがあります。

使用後は必ず電源を切る。
本製品はニッケル水素電池を使用している為
過放電状態で保管すると故障に繋がります。
長期間使用しない場合は、必ず３ヵ月に１度は充電する。
本体の電源を切り､充電ACアダプターを抜いた後に取り外して
ください。なお、バッテリーパック接続端子には触れないでください。
感電やけがの原因になります。
廃棄処分の際、バッテリーは取り外して廃棄してください。
故障や事故の原因になります。
充電には、付属のACアダプター以外を使用しないでください。

握りをゆるめてハンドピースの口を
開いてから溶着してください。
ランプが消えたら溶着完了。
握りをゆるめてください。
4.充電方法と残量確認
充電ACアダプターを接続した後、電源スイッチをONにして
約4〜6時間で満充電になります。
※電源スイッチを必ずONにしてください。OFFの状態では充電されません。
※バッテリー残量により充電時間は異なります。

6.正しい使い方
溶着する際に、カールコードを2倍以上
の長さに引っ張って使用すると、カール
コードの断線や、本体の落下を引き起
こす恐れがあります。
ハンドピースが落下すると衝撃により
外部または内部部品が破損する恐れが
あ り ま す 。
7.空打ち防止機能
キュッパには空打ち防止機能が搭載されています。
溶着するプラスチック容器などを挟まない状態で、ホーンと溶着金具が
直接接触(空打ち)すると、溶着の動作が止まります。
空打ちを防止することにより、溶着金具の寿命を伸ばします。
※キュッパ仕様のみ
8.溶着金具(チップ)の交換方法※別売
電源が切れていることを確認します。
交換する溶着金具を、ネジ穴が重なるようにハンドピースに合わせ、
プラスドライバーで締め付けます。
ハンドピースの溶着金具取付部の裏面にあるネジをプラスドライバーで
はずし、溶着金具を取り外します。
溶着金具は、まっすぐ取り付けてください。
また、取り付け後にハンドピースを握ってホーンと溶着金具の噛み合わせが
正常にできているか確認してください。

取り付けたネジがしっかり締まっていることを確認してください。
ネジがゆるんでいると溶着金具がずれて、ホーンと溶着金具の噛み合わせ
が悪くなり、正常に溶着できなくなる恐れがあります。
ハンドピースを軽く握って
そのまま横方向にスライドさ
せます。
・ 力いっぱい握る必要はありません。
・握る時はハンドピースの上から真っ直
ぐ力を加えるようにしてください。
・ パッケージの種類、厚みや材質に
よって溶着強度に差があります。
握りを緩めるとSEALINGランプ
が消えて超音波の発振が停止
します。作業途中でランプが消
えてしまった場合は、タイマー
を長くするか、再度握りなおし
てください。

This unit uses friction heat from the ultrasonic oscillator to seal plastic containers.Since heat sealing
is not used, sealing can be performed by squeezing the handpiece gently.

Never operate the handpiece while it is empty (with no plastic container, etc.

Turn on the main unit power switch.
Check that the power LED next to the switch
lights up.

Pick up the handpiece.
Place the material into the opening of
the handpiece between the horn and
the lower metal chip.

Squeeze the handpiece gently.
It is not necessary to squeeze the handpiece
with strong force.
When squeezing the handpiece, always apply
force from straight above the handpiece.

Place the machine main unit close to you
and do not extend the coiled cord too much.

while sealing may cause it to disconnect or cause
the main unit to fall.

Squeeze the handpiece gently from the center
of the top part using your thumb for approxi-
mately 2 seconds. It is not necessary to
squeeze with strong force. Using strong force
while sealing will cause excessive force to be
applied to the horn and may damage the unit.
Also, if you seal too quickly, like using a stapler,
the unit will not seal the material properly.
用拇指轻轻从上方垂直握持手把，持续握持

QPB-01 has a device that prevents it from being operated when empty. This device stops the operation
of the unit when the horn and the lower metal chip come in direct contact with each other
(i.e. prevents the unit from being operated with nothing to seal).
Preventing the empty operation of the unit helps extend the service life of the lower metal chip.
QPB-01上搭载了防空封功能。在要封口的塑胶盒尚未夹入的状态下，
如果焊头与齿坐直接接触（空封），封口操作将会停止。通过防止空封延长齿坐的使用寿命。
If you drop the handpiece, the impact may cause
damage to the external or internal parts.

Squeeze the handpiece by pressing it
directly from the top. If you do not squeeze
the handpiece straight and apply force at
an angle, the horn and chip will become
misaligned, and sealing will fail. Please

Check that the power is off. 确认电源已切断。
Remove the screws on the back of the lower metal chip mounting part on the
handpiece with a Phillips screwdriver and remove the lower metal chip.
使用十字螺丝刀将手把的接合配件安装部背面的螺钉拆下，拆下齿坐。
Align the replacement lower metal chip with the handpiece so that the screw holes
are aligned, and tighten the screw with a Phillips screwdriver.

Mount the lower metal chip straight. Also, after mounting, squeeze the handpiece to check that the horn
and the lower metal chip engage properly.

Clean the tip of the horn and the lower metal chip frequently. 请经常清洁焊头前端和齿坐。
Use towels, cotton swabs, or brushes soaked with ethanol to clean the horn

Always make sure that the power is off before cleaning.If foreign objects are adhered to the tip of the handpiece,
it may cause poor oscillation, which may lead to poor sealing. Never wash the main unit and handpiece as they
are. Never use an air gun to clean the unit. Failure to follow this precaution could cause powder and dirt to enter
the device and cause malfunction.
进行清洁前，请务必确认关闭电源开关。如果手把前端附着异物，可能导致振动不良，
从而造成封口不良。请绝对不要将本体和手把整个浸入水中清洗。请勿使用气枪进行清洁。
