DURAdispatch enables tasks to be allocated to
staff (e.g. orderlies, porters, tradesmen and main-
tenance personnel) from a simple web interface.
Featuring Ascom’s unique Accept/Reject
feature and zone location concept the task is
dispatched as a text message to the staff mem-
ber that is both the best skilled and in the right
area to perform the task in the quickest and
most efficient way.
