1. ALGEMEEN
Hartelijk dank voor uw keuze voor ATAG zone, het systeem dat door ATAG is ontworpen en
gemaakt om u een nieuwe gebruikservaring te bieden met het verwarmingssysteem voor uw
woning. Met ATAG zone kunt u de temperatuur van de verwarming overal en altijd inscha-
kelen, uitschakelen en beheren via uw smartphone of pc. Verder kunt u via dit systeem ook
permanent uw energieverbruik volgen, wat u een besparing oplevert op uw energierekening
en waardoor u in realtime op de hoogte wordt gesteld zodra er zich een storing voordoet
in het verwarmingstoestel. Ga voor meer informatie naar de ATAG zone-website: www.atag.

Deze handleiding maakt integraal en fundamenteel deel uit van het product. Ze moet dan
ook zorgvuldig worden bewaard en altijd bij het product blijven, of bij overdracht aan een
andere eigenaar of gebruiker overhandigd worden.

2. VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN

Voer geen onnodige handelingen uit waarbij u het apparaat van zijn plaats moet
halen.
Beschadiging van het apparaat.
Klim niet op stoelen, krukken, trappen of andere instabiele voorwerpen om het
apparaat te reinigen.
Persoonlijk letsel door het naar beneden vallen of door beklemming (bij een vouwtrap).
Gebruik geen insecticiden, oplosmiddelen of agressieve schoonmaakmiddelen
om het apparaat te reinigen.
Beschadiging van de plastic of gelakte onderdelen.
Gebruik het apparaat niet voor andere doeleinden dan voor normaal huishoudelijk
gebruik.
Beschadiging van het apparaat door overbelasting.
Beschadiging van verkeerd gebruikte voorwerpen.
Laat het apparaat niet gebruiken door kinderen of onervaren personen.
Beschadiging van het apparaat door onjuist gebruik.
Bij reiniging, onderhoud en aansluiting van het apparaat moet de stroomtoevoer
steeds onderbroken worden door de stekker uit het stopcontact te halen.
Persoonlijk letsel door elektrische schokken.
LET OP!
Het apparaat mag worden gebruikt door kinderen ouder dan 8 jaar en door personen met
fysieke, sensorische of geestelijke beperkingen of personen die niet over de nodige ervaring
en kennis daartoe beschikken, op voorwaarde dat ze onder toezicht staan of dat ze de no-
dige instructies hebben gekregen om het apparaat veilig te gebruiken en dat ze de gevaren
die ermee gepaard gaan begrijpen.
Kinderen mogen niet met het apparaat spelen. De reiniging en het onderhoud die ten laste
zijn van de gebruiker, mogen niet worden uitgevoerd door kinderen waarop geen toezicht
gehouden wordt.
LET OP!
Ontplongsrisico indien de batterijen niet door het juiste type worden vervangen. De batte-
rijen moeten via gescheiden inzameling worden afgevoerd om op speciale wijze te kunnen
worden behandeld.

4. INSTALLATIE ATAG One zone
Het apparaat detecteert de omgevingstemperatuur, dus bij het kiezen van de juiste installa-
tieplaats dient u met het volgende rekening te houden. Plaats het ver van warmtebronnen
vandaan (verwarmingselementen, zonnestralen, open haard enz.) en uit de tocht of ver van
openingen naar buiten toe, aangezien deze de waarneming zouden kunnen beïnvloeden. Het
moet op ca. 1,50 m hoogte boven de vloer worden geïnstalleerd.
LET OP!
De installatie moet door gekwalificeerd technisch personeel
worden uitgevoerd.
Voordat u een aansluiting uitvoert, moet u de elektrische voe-
ding naar het verwarmingstoestel uitschakelen door middel
van de externe dubbelpolige schakelaar.
- Bevestig de basisplaat (A) van de ATAG One zone aan de
wand en sluit de twee draden op de klem aan om het verwar-
mingstoestel via BUS aan te sluiten.
- Plaats de batterij op de daartoe bedoelde plaats (B).
- Herplaats de ATAG One zone op de basisplaat (C) en druk
deze voorzichtig naar beneden.
De ATAG One zone installeren en de ATAG zone-diensten activeren gaat makkelijk en snel:
u hoeft slechts 3 stappen uit te voeren!
INSTALLATIE
ATAG ONE ZONE REGISTRATIE ACCOUNT ONLINEAANSLUITING EN PRODUCTREGISTRATIE
Met het begrip “Telediagnose” (TD) bedoelen we hierna de dienst bestemd voor de technische
dienst, zodat zij kunnen instaan voor alle assistentiefuncties voor het product op afstand. Met
“Telecontrol” (TC) bedoelen we de dienst voor de eindklant, zodat deze zijn ATAG-product via een
app op de smartphone of via het portal my.atag.zone kan opvolgen en instellen.

5. REGISTRATIE ACCOUNT
1. Zodra het product geïnstalleerd is, schakelt u
de stroom in. De ATAG One zone wordt opge-
start en op het scherm verschijnt “Taalkeuze”.
Volg stap voor stap de aanwijzingen voor de
basisinstellingen die telkens op het scherm
verschijnen, totdat u de vraag krijgt om het
wifi-netwerk te configureren.
2. Indien het wifi-netwerk niet bij de eerste in-
schakeling werd geconfigureerd, gaat u naar
het menu “Connectiviteit” en vervolgens naar
“Wifi-netwerk AAN/UIT”; daar selecteert u
“AAN”. Het connectiviteitsmenu geeft een
nieuw menupunt “Netwerkconfiguratie” weer;
selecteer het en volg opnieuw stap voor stap
de instructies.
• Voordat u start met de procedure voor de wifi-
configuratie, moet u nagaan of ATAG zone
beschikbaar is in uw land. Verder moet u de
correcte werking van uw onlineverbinding
controleren.
• Download de ATAG zone-app uit de Google
Play Store of Apple App Store.
Open de app en registreer uw account door
de gevraagde gegevens in te vullen.
• Open uw mailbox en klik op de link in de ver-
welkomingsmail om het gebruikersaccount te
activeren.
LET OP! ATAG zone ondersteunt de volgende WiFi-
encrypties: WEP, WPA/WPA2 Personal

6.1 Wizard in geval van TELECONTROLE (TC)
1. Open de app, meld u aan met het eerder gecreëerde account en volg de instructies van
de wizard. De iOS app zal de Apple HomeKit procedure volgen, waarna weer automatisch
teruggekeerd wordt naar de app.
2. Het product is correct online aangesloten en geregistreerd wanneer:
- de verbinding met router en internet succesvol wordt getoond op de ATAG One zone;
- op de app het bericht verschijnt dat het product met succes is geregistreerd;
- op het scherm van de ATAG One zone blijvend het “ ”-icoon verschijnt.
3. Vanaf dat ogenblik kunt u uw ATAG-product op afstand beheren via de app op uw smartpho-
ne of via het portal my.atag.zone.
BELANGRIJK:
Het is mogelijk om ATAG zone via meerdere apparaten tegelijkertijd te gebruiken; werk
daartoe steeds met dezelfde toegangsgegevens. Om meer dan één ATAG One zone aan een
unieke gebruikersaccount te koppelen, gebruikt u de daartoe bestemde functie in de app.
• VIA APP: open de ATAG zone-app, maar meld u niet aan; volg de stappen
in de wizard.
• VIA BROWSER: open de browser, voer 192.168.1.1 in de adresbalk in,
selecteer het wifi-netwerk en voer het wachtwoord in.
We raden aan om de vooraf ingestelde instellingen niet te wijzigen.
• Het iOS-besturingssysteem zal
automatisch de opeenvolgende
stappen aangeven die nodig zijn om
het product online aan te sluiten.

BELANGRIJK!
Voor de-procedures die in dit boekje worden beschreven, raden we aan om de vooraf inge-
stelde keuze DHCP = ON actief te laten.
De optie DHCP = OFF kan noodzakelijk zijn bij een statisch IP-adres.
OPGELET:
Na bevestiging van de procedure zal uw toestel (smartphone, pc, tablet ...) automatisch los-
koppelen van het Remote Gw Thermo-netwerk; de browser geeft eventueel een foutpagina
weer, deze kunt u negeren.

8. ATAG TECHNISCHE DIENSTEN
De ATAG Select Dealers & installateurs hebben toegang tot het teleassistentieplatform via hun
eigen toegangsgegevens tot het ATAG zone-portal www.atag.zone & my.atag.zone Voor meer
informatie over deze dienst belt u het nummer van de ATAG service helpdesk.
6.2 Configuratie mislukt
Als de configuratie mislukt is, verschijnt op het scherm van de ATAG One zone het symbool “
”. Herhaal de eerder beschreven procedures.
De netwerkconfiguratie moet worden herhaald na iedere wijziging aan het mobiele netwerk
van de woning (wijziging wachtwoord, wijziging gebruiker, wijziging router).
6.3 Klokprogramma
Het instellen van een klokprogramma kan wordt niet gedaan op de bediening van de thermos-
taat, maar kan via de app of my.atag.zone ingesteld worden. Activeren van het klokprogramma
kan wel op de thermostaat.

7. SERIENUMMER EN WIFI-GEGEVENS
U vindt al deze informatie in het menu “Connectiviteit”.
Om het menu te openen, drukt u op de toets “ ” op de ATAG One zone en bladert u totdat u de
optie “Connectiviteit” ziet verschijnen. Selecteer vervolgens “Informatiegegevens”.

PRODUCT IN OVEREENSTEMMING MET EU-RICHTLIJN 2012/19/EU
Het symbool van de doorgekruiste vuilnisbak op de apparatuur of op de verpakking geeft aan
dat het product op het einde van zijn nuttige levensduur gescheiden van het andere afval moet
worden ingezameld. De gebruiker moet de apparatuur op het einde van zijn levensduur dan ook
toevertrouwen aan de specifieke gemeentelijke centra waar afgedankte elektrische en elektro-
nische apparatuur gescheiden wordt ingezameld. Als alternatief op het autonoom beheer kunt u
de af te danken apparatuur op het moment van aankoop van een nieuw equivalent apparaat ook
bij de verkoper achterlaten. Bij verkopers van elektronische producten met een oppervlakte van
minstens 400 m2is het bovendien mogelijk elektronische apparatuur met afmetingen kleiner dan
25 cm gratis te overhandigen zonder verplichting tot aankoop van een nieuw product.
De gepaste gescheiden inzameling met het oog op recyclage, verwerking en milieuvriendelijke
verwijdering van de afgedankte apparatuur draagt bij tot het vermijden van een mogelijke negatie-
ve impact op het milieu en de gezondheid en bevordert het hergebruik en/of de recyclage van de
materialen waaruit de apparatuur bestaat.
Installeer het product in een omgeving met een normaal vervuilingsniveau.
9. Garantie
Dit product valt onder de Verkoop- en Garantievoorwaarden van alle ATAG producten van
ATAG Verwarming. Dit product valt in de categorie Accessoires. Op dit product wordt twee jaar
garantie op het onderdeel gegeven vanaf de oorspronkelijke aanschafdatum/installatiedatum.

1. OVERVIEW
Thank you for choosing ATAG zone, the system designed and manufactured by ATAG to
provide a whole new experience in using a domestic heating and water system. ATAG zone
allows you to start, stop and check the temperature of domestic heating and water anytime,
anywhere from a smartphone or PC.
It constantly monitors energy consumption to cut your gas bills and notifies you in real time
of boiler malfunctions.
Also, when the teleassistance service is activated, the service centre will be able to solve
most problems remotely. For further information, go to the ATAG zone website:

The following manual is an integral and essential part of the product and must always be kept

4. ATAG One zone INSTALLATION
The device detects the room temperature, therefore several factors should be taken into ac-
count when choosing an installation site. Position the device far from heat sources (radiators,
sunlight, fireplaces, etc.) and from draughts, doorways and windows which could aect the
temperature readings. It should be installed approximately 1.5 metres above the floor level.
WARNING!
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician.
Before making any connections, shut o electrical power to
the boiler with its external two-position switch.
- Secure the ATAG One zone base plate (A) to the wall and
connect the pair of wires to the terminal clamp to hook the
boiler up via the BUS.
- Fit the battery in its compartment (B).
- Reattach the ATAG One zone to its base plate (C) by pushing
it carefully downwards.
Installing ATAG One zone and activating the ATAG zone services is quick and easy:
it takes just 3 steps!

The term “Telediagnosis” (TD) means the Technical Assistance Centre service, which can pro-
vide remote support functions. The term “Telecontrol” (TC) means the end user service con-
trolling, monitoring and configuring the ATAG appliance with a smartphone app or web portal.

5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
1. After you have installed the product, switch
on the heating system. ATAG One zone turns
on and the display reads “Select language”;
follow the guided basic configuration proce-
dure until you are prompted to configure the
Wi-Fi network.
2. If you have not configured the Wi-Fi connec-
tion during the first startup, go to the “Connec-
tivity” menu, select “Wi-Fi ON/OFF” and then
select “ON”. The connectivity menu will dis-
play the new menu option “network configu-
ration”; select this and follow the instructions.
• Before starting the Wi-Fi configuration proce-
dure, check that ATAG zone service is avail-
able in your country and that your internet
connection is on-line.
• Download the ATAG zone app from the Store.
Open the app and register your account by
entering the requested information.
• Click on the link in the welcome email to acti-
vate the new account.

WARNING:
After confirming the procedure, your device (smartphone, PC, tablet ...) will automatically
disconnect from the Remote GW Thermo network; an error page may appear in the browser
window that can be ignored.
6.1 Guided procedure for TELECONTROL (TC)
1. Open the app, login to your account and follow the guided procedure. The app for iOS will
proceed with the HomeKit connection procedure and afterwards return to the app automati-
cally.
2. The product is properly connected to internet and registered if:
- the display indicates a successful connection to the router and internet
- the app displays a message confirming that the product has been registered.
- the display shows the home screen with the “ ” icon steady
3. You can now control your ATAG zone system remotely using the smartphone app or on the
web portal my.atag.zone.
IMPORTANT:
You can use ATAG zone with several smart devices at once: simply use the same credentials
to log in. The app includes an option for registering more than one ATAG One zone with a
single user account.
IMPORTANT!
When running the procedures described in this booklet, it is best to
leave the default setting DHCP = ON unchanged.
The setting DHCP=OFF must be selected for networks configured in static IP mode.
• VIA APP: open the ATAG zone app, without logging in, and follow the
guided procedure.
• VIA BROWSER: open the web browser, enter 192.168.1.1 in the address bar,
select the wifi network and enter the password.

6.2 Configuration unsuccessful or requiring update
If the configuration is not successful, ATAG One zone will display the “ ” icon. Repeat the
procedures described previously.
The network configuration must be repeated every time you make a change to the internet
network in your home (change of password, operator, router).
6.3 Time scheduling
Setting a schedule or clock program cannot be done from the ATAG One zone, but is done from
either the ATAG zone app or the my.atag.zone portal.

7. SERIAL NUMBER AND WI-FI INFORMATION
This information can be found in the “Connectivity” menu.
To access the menu, press the “ ” button on the ATAG One zone and scroll down to the
