• Chamferoutsideoftubingwitheitheraleorgrindingwheel.
• Inserttubingthroughtwosidesofclampingbaseusingincludedadapterasguidefor
properlength.
• Alternatetighteningthetwocapscrewsoftheclampingbasetogripthetubing.Too
looseagripwillallowthetubingtopushthrough.
• Insertstemofadapterintoendoftubing.(SeeDiagram1)Placehexyokeoveraring
adapterandhandtightenontoclampingbase.(Donotusewrenchtotighten)(See
Diagram2)
• ThreadaringscrewintoHexyoke.Screwuntiltightandrmwhichwillproducethe
rstare.Thiswillformabellshapeintubing.(SeeDiagram3)
• Unthreadscrewuntilloose.
• UnthreadHexyokecompletelyandremoveadapter.Checkforproperbellshape.
• ReplaceHexyokeandtightentobase.
• Threadscrewintohexyokeagainuntilcompletelytight.Thisshouldcompletethe
doubleare.
• Asegúresedequeeltuboestéperfectamentecortadoyquesehayaeliminadocual-
quierexcedente.
• Biseleelexteriordeltubo,yaseaconunalimaoconunaaladora.
• Inserteeltuboporambosladosdelabasedesujeciónutilizandoeladaptadorincluido
comoguíaparaobtenerellargoindicado.
• Ajustelosdostornillosconcabezaalabasedesujeciónparamantenerrmeeltubo.
Siquedademasiadosuelto,eltubonosemantendráensulugarysecaerá.
• Inserteelvástagodeladaptadorporunextremodeltubo.(VeaEsquema1)Coloque
lallavehexagonalsobreeladaptadordeabocinamientoyajustermementealabase
desujeción.(VeaEsquema2)
• Inserteeltornillodeabocinamientoenlallavehexagonal.Atornillehastaquequede
bienajustado,loqueproduciráelprimerabocinamiento.Eltuboquedaráconuna
formaacampanada.(VeaEsquema3)
• Aojeeltornillo.
• Retirelallavehexagonalporcompletoyremuevaeladaptador.Asegúresedeque
hayaquedadounaformaacampanadacorrecta.
• Vuelvaacolocarlallavehexagonalyajustealabase.
• Inserteeltornilloenlallavehexagonalhastaquequedebienajustado.Conestepaso
completaráeldobleabocinamiento.

• Serrezlesdeuxvisdeserragedelaplaqued'appuipourimmobiliserletube.Siletube
n'estpassufsammentmaintenudansl'oricedelaplaque,ilpourraitsedéplacer.
• Insérezlatigedel'adaptateurdansl'extrémitédutube.(VoirDiagramme1)Placezle
mandrinconiquesurl'adaptateuràévaser,puisserrez-lesolidementcontrelaplaque
d'appui.(VoirDiagramme2)
• Serrezlavisàévasercontrelemandrinconique.Serrezfermementjusqu'àl'arrêtpour
créerlepremierévasement.Cetteopérationformeuneclocheàl'extrémitédutube.

• Desserrezlavis.
• Dévissezcomplètementlemandrinconique,puisretirezl'adaptateur.Assurez-vousque
laformedelaclocheesthomogène.
• Remettezlemandrinconiqueenplace,puisserrez-lecontrelaplaqued'appui.
• Serrezlavisàfonddanslemandrinhexagonaljusqu'àl'arrêt.Cetteopérationformele
deuxièmeévasement.
