SAFETY INSTRUCTION AND PRECAUTIONS
WARNING:
Read this material before using this product. Failure to do so can result in serious
injury.
Assembly precautions
1.Assemble only according to these instructions. Improper assembly can create
hazards.
2. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during
assembly.
3.Keep assembly area clean and well lit.
4.Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.
5.Do not assemble when tired or when under the influence of alcohol, drugs or
medication.
6.Product capabilities apply to properly and completely assembled product only.
7.Assemble on a flat, level, hard and smooth surface capable of safely supporting
a fully loaded Pressure Paint Pot.
WARNING:
1. This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with or near this item.
Children or persons with physical disabilities are prohibited from using this
product, and people who do not know how to use it safely are prohibited from
operating this product
2. This product 2L allows the paint to be pressurized to 45PSI, and the maximum
operating pressure must not exceed 50PSI, otherwise it will cause the risk of
injury to personal safety。
3. The safety valve on the pressure barrel is used to protect the normal pressure
in the pressure barrel, avoid overpressure of a safety device, before the product
leaves the factory has been set within the allowable pressure range, in the
normal state of use, do not remove at will, do not adjust at will.
4. Do not do any form of modification of the product, do not do any dangerous

operations such as drilling, welding, etc., which may produce a tempering effect,
resulting in damage to the pressure barrel, affecting the service life of the
product。
5. Use as intended only.
6. Inspect before every use; do not use if parts are loose or damaged.
7. Is strictly forbidden to pour strong acidic and alkaline liquid into this product to
avoid corrosive tank and cause personal injury.

3. preface：
This 2L paint pot is composed of air pressure regulating valve, kettle body, cap,
safety valve and sprayer. All parts are made of good materials, and after strict
quality control, the appearance of the pot body is polished, and the lid is painted
by spray paint, so it can achieve the purpose of durability.
Notes
After spraying with this product, it must be thoroughly cleaned to extend the
service life of the product.
Warnings
1. Children or persons with physical disabilities are prohibited from using this
product, and persons who do not know how to use it safely are prohibited from
operating this product.
2. This product 2L paint pot allows the paint to be pressurized to 45 PSI, and the
maximum operating pressure must not exceed 50 PSI, otherwise it will cause the
risk of personal safety.
3. The safety valve on the paint pot is used to protect the normal pressure in the

How to use：
Before use, please confirm that there can be no residual pressure in the pot, if
there is residual pressure, the operator can pull the red safety valve bleed ring on
the lid until the gas in the pot is completely released to ensure safety。
1. Rotate the 2L lid (2) counterclockwise until completely released, while removing
the lid.
2. Pour in the paint.

3. Cover the 2L lid (2), tighten the lid clockwise, there must be no loose
phenomenon, to ensure safety.
4. The handle (9) is attached to the top of the hex paint outlet on the lid (6) while
locking the nut on the handle.
5. Close all valves, connect the air supply pipe (17) to the sprayer (16) and
connect the other end to the inlet three-way joint (12) on the top of the regulator.

6. The sprayer (16) is connected to the transparent feeding pipe (18), and the
other end of the transparent feeding pipe is connected to the discharge valve (15).
7. Adjust the intake regulator (11), rotate clockwise to adjust to the required
working pressure, if you need to reduce the pressure in the pot, rotate in a
counterclockwise direction.
8. Open the outlet valve(8)Open the discharge valve(15).
9. Test adjustment: You can add an appropriate amount of water to the 2L pot to

adjust the feeding copper ball valve, close the air volume adjustment knob under
the handle of the sprayer, close the spray amplitude adjustment knob above the
sprayer, and pull the sprayer switch to observe the discharge of the sprayer head.
10. The supply pressure of the nozzle middle hole paint can be uniform,
continuous injection 10~20 cm distance, and then slowly unscrew the air volume
adjustment knob under the sprayer handle without releasing the sprayer switch
while rotating while watching the sprayer head water or paint spray point, in the
use of the sprayer spraying can adjust the air volume adjustment knob under the
sprayer handle to achieve the perfect spray point effect.
Cleaning, maintenance：
After use or need to stop spraying for more than 30 minutes, the 2L pot and
sprayer, as well as the transparent tube for coating, should be cleaned.
Here's how：
1. Close all valve switches on the 2L pot lid, remove the quick coupling of the air
supply, and pull the red safety valve bleed pull ring on the lid until the gas in the
pot is completely released.
2. Unscrew the lid counterclockwise, pour out the remaining paint in the pot, fill an
appropriate amount of diluent (water-based paint with water), and then screw the
lid and connect the air source.
3. Open all valves on the lid of the 2L pot and spray the sewer or waste space
according to the normal spraying method until the clean diluent or water is
sprayed for cleaning.
Safety Instructions：
1. Do not spray paint on people or animals.
2. To add paint or replace paint, be sure to close all valves before opening the pot,
then pull the Red Hat safety valve bleed pull ring on the lid to completely release
the gas in the pot before opening the lid.
Note: If you find air leakage during use, please apply the glue evenly along here,
and then close the lid of the barrel; tighten the screws while the pressure reaches
15PSI; The time is about 10 seconds, so that the glue completely penetrates the
leakage, close the intake valve, pull the Red Hat safety valve bleed ring on the lid,

and stand still for 6-8 hours until the glue is completely solidified before continuing
to use.
