WHAT IS AUTO KISAN?
Auto Kisan, a new, advanced technologyproduct developed by our organization, isa mobile based remote
technology which allows farmers to control the motor using their mobile phone from anywhere.

FEATURES OF AUTO KISAN:-
1. Your motor can be operated from anywhere using a single call
2. Motor will can be saved from high and low voltages
3. Protection from dry bore
4. Owner will receive SMS alerts about the status of the motor
5. Add up to 2 additional numbers
6. Password protected, in case of any theft, other than owner no one can operate and owner will
get message approximate location of the devise
7. Phase protection
8. Inbuilt time technology can make you to operate motor on a specific period of time
9. Message alert to owner when power is restored
CONNECTING AUTO KISAN:
Remove all the fuses before connecting the AUTO KISAN
Insert any network SIM except JIO, into AUTO KISAN devise as shown below. Please make sure to test
the SIM using mobile if it is working properly.

Open the starter front panel box and find the starter start and stop buttons
Below mentioned is the Start button inside view of the Meeco starter
connect the Green wire of Auto Kisan as shown:

STOP SWITCH VIEW AFTER CONNECTING AUTO KISAN RED WIRES:
Note: As shown above please remove the wire shown from the stop button screw
and give connection with the AUTO KISAN red wire with a electric tape, and fix the
other red wire into the screw as shown above.

HOW TO USE AUTO KISAN:
1. Buy a SIM having good signals in your area. Insert the SIM in auto kisan device.
2. Register a number for which you want to receive motor updates from auto kisan.
Ex: RNXXXXXXXXXX (Your Phone Number)
Note: You need to have message office for SIM placed in auto kisan device to receive motor updates.
3. Can add maximum other two mobile numbers to operate the motor. To register those numbers send
a message to auto Kisan SIM from registered mobile number in the format ADXXXXXXXXXX (Phone
Number).
4. To delete the added mobile numbers, send a message “RESET” to auto Kisan SIM from registered
mobile number. After this you can repeat step 3 if you need additional numbers to be added.
5. To delete registered mobile number (OWNER), send a message “RESETXXXXXXX (password given in
warranty card) to auto kisan SIM. After this you have to repeat step 2, 3. This step is used only if
owner SIM is lost or if you want to change the owner number.
6. Send a message “LOAD” from registered mobile number when the motor is running with full water
to enable dry bore protection. Dry bore protection will not be enabled until you send this message.
Motor ON/OFF by a Call:
1. To ON the motor, call to auto kisan SIM from any mobile. After call lift press 1 to switch ON the
motor. And then call will disconnect automatically and a confirmation message Motor ON will come
to your registered mobile.
2. To OFF the motor, call to auto kisan SIM from any mobile. After call lift press 2 to switch OFF the
motor. And then call will disconnect automatically and a confirmation message Motor OFF will
come to your registered mobile.
Motor ON/OFF by Messages:
There is a Timer Technology in auto kisan so that you can set a time frame to run the motor. You will
receive the confirmation messages.
1. To turn ON the motor, you must send a message MON to SIM in Auto Kisan. Then motor will be
switched ON and you will get confirmation message as MOTOR ON.
2. To turn OFF the motor, you must send a message MOFF to SIM in Auto Kisan. Then motor will be
switched OFF and you will get confirmation message as MOTOR OFF.

3. To run the motor for a particular time, send a message M&TIME to auto kisan sim.
Ex: M30 –Here motor will automatically ON, run for 30 minutes and switch OFF
automatically after 30 minutes.
Motor Protection:
Insert the given three current transformer coils to three phase wires which are located at starter.
This will save from dry bore, phase failure protection.
Auto Kisan has high voltage protection
AUTO KISAN TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS:
1. AutoKisan is not switching ON (No LED):
a) Remove fuses and disconnect AutoKisan
and check whether 3 phases are available
using Multi-meter or Tester near the
fuses.
b) If 3 phases are live then check AutoKisan
wiring (Blue and Black should be
connected to any 2 fuse inputs).
c) Now connect fuses and wait for few
seconds for the LED light.
d) If the LED does not turn ON, open the
AutoKisan cap and take a photo of its
internals then report to service center
with the photos.
2. Number switched OFF tone when calling:
a) Check for AutoKisan LED indicator.
b) If the LED is not turned ON, go to
troubleshooting step 1.
c) If the LED is ON, remove fuses then
remove and reinsert SIM card according
to the instruction manual.
d) Reconnect fuses and call to the AutoKisan
device after getting blue LED.
e) If the issue still exists, remove fuses and
remove the SIM card and insert it into
any other mobile phone, then call to that
SIM and check for dial tone.
f) If the number is not ringing, replace the
SIM.
g) If the number is ringing, open the
AutoKisan cap and take a photo of its
internals then report to service center
with the photos.

3. Call rejected/SMS blocked by AutoKisan:
a) Check whether the number you are
calling from is the registered Owner or
User.
b) If the number is registered Owner or
User. Try to reset the AutoKisan using
RESETxxxxxxx (replace ‘xxxxxxx’) with
your 7 digit pass code.
c) Then re-register your AutoKisan using
RNxxxxxxxxxx as mentioned in instruction
manual.
d) Check whether the issue is resolved. If
not resolved, contact service center.
4. Manual OFF/Fuse OFF SMS:
a) Try to switch ON the motor using your
phone.
b) If you are getting Manual OFF/Fuse OFF
SMS go to the starter location and check
the fuses.
c) If fuses are good, check the current
sensing coils and its wires for any physical
damage. If there is any damage, consult
service center with the photos of it.
d) If the coils and wires are good, open the
AutoKisan cap and take a photo of its
internals then report to service center
with the photos.
5. Phase imbalance SMS:
a) Try to switch ON the motor using your
phone.
b) If you are getting Phase Imbalance SMS
go to the starter location and check the
voltage between fuses.
c) The voltage between fuses should be
nearly equal. If the voltages are not equal
then wait until voltages are stabilized.
d) If the multi meter is not available for
checking voltages, then wait for few
hours then try to switch on the pump
again.
e) If the issue is not resolved, consult an
electrician and ask him to check voltages
between the phases.
f) If the voltages are good, open the
AutoKisan cap and take a photo of its
internals then report to service center
with the photos.

6. Unable to RESET with pass code:
a) If you are unable to reset the device
using RESETxxxxxxx (replace x with 7 digit
pass code), remove all fuses and re-insert
them. Then re-send the RESETxxxxxxx
SMS after showing Blue LED.
b) After few seconds the Blue LED should
start blinking. This indicates RESET
success.
c) If the blue LED stayed on and not
blinking, contact service center.
7. If Auto Kisan is not sending messages:
a) Please verify if message offer has been
completed in your AUTO KISAN SIM.
b) AUTO KISAN is unable to read the SIM,
please test with another SIM to conform
if messages part is working fine.
If you are facing any other problems other than these, consult service center.
Note: While consulting service center, you need to produce the following details:
1. AutoKisan Serial Number.
2. Purchase date.
3. Clear description of the problem you are facing.
4. Clear picture of the AutoKisan with wires connected to starter. Take the picture only
when the Power is available.
Caution:
DO NOT TOUCH ANY WIRES OR METAL PARTS WITHOUT REMOVIG THE FUSES.
DO NOT TRY TO TROUBLESHOOT DURING RAINS.
DO NOT TRY TO TROUBLESHOOT WITHOUT PROPER LIGHTING.
