Refuelling
•

The compressor is delivered with an empty tank.
Fill the tank with unleaded 95 type fuel.
The fuel tank can hold up to 6.6 liters of fuel.

Opening the fuel valve
•
Open the fuel valve located at the top right of the compressor
(motor facing you).
The valve is in the open position when the lever is parallel to
the hoses.

Opening the air outlet
•
•
Open the compressed air outlet valve.
The compressor must always be started with an open air outlet
valve. This ensures depressurised startup of the engine.
The valve is open when the lever is parallel to the valve.

Starting the compressor
•

Pull the choke lever as far as possible.
This step is not necessary if the engine has warmed up
already.

Gas adjustment
•
Position the throttle lever halfway.

Starting the engine

Start the engine by pressing the electric starter.
You can also start manually using the launcher rope.
Wait while the engine starts (2 to 5 sec.).
Push back the choke and position the throttle to maximum.
Wait while the engine warms up (about 1 min.).

Connection of the external aftercooler
•

Close the air outlet.
Connect the air hose (2 meters) between the
compressor and the aftercooler.
Connect the 12 volt electric plug.

Connection of your tool / machine
•You can now connect your tool / machine to the aftercooler and open the
compressed air outlet valve.
When the system is shut down, it is imperative to disconnect the power supply of the
external aftercooler before stopping the engine in order to preserve the battery.
MAINTENANCE REMINDER
A first change of engine oil and the engine oil filter must be carried out after 5 hours of operation.
Engine oil needs to be changed every 50 hrs. The engine oil filter needs to be changed every 100 hrs.
