Make sure your Atomi Sma device is plugged in and the
WiFi light is blinking quickly. If not, unplug your Atomi
Sma device and plug it back in to reboot.
My WiFi network doesn’t appear in the Atomi
Sma app.
Use your smaphone to confirm that you have at least
two WiFi bars in the vicinity of your Atomi Sma device. If
not, move your Atomi Sma device closer to your router.
(The list will refresh every10 seconds).
Cannot connect to my WiFi network.
Make sure that you have entered the correct WiFi
password during the WiFi setup. Check if there are
problems with your internet connection. If the WiFi signal
is too weak, reset your WiFi router and try again.
My Atomi Sma device appears as
“Unavailable” in the app.
Refresh the device list.
My Atomi Sma app is frozen.
Force quit and re-launch the Atomi Sma app.
I just replaced my router.
To reset the WiFi without losing your Atomi Sma devices
seings, hold down the power buon and wait for the LED
to change from amber to blinking white, then release.
When the LED begins to alternate white and amber, follow
steps 3-5 to associate your Atomi Sma device with your
new network.
I’m still having trouble!
WiFi networks come in a lot of shapes and sizes with many
quirks of their own. It doesn’t mean your Atomi Sma

Make sure your Atomi Sma device is plugged in and the
WiFi light is blinking quickly. If not, unplug your Atomi
Sma device and plug it back in to reboot.
My WiFi network doesn’t appear in the Atomi
Sma app.
Use your smaphone to confirm that you have at least
two WiFi bars in the vicinity of your Atomi Sma device. If
not, move your Atomi Sma device closer to your router.
(The list will refresh every10 seconds).
Cannot connect to my WiFi network.
Make sure that you have entered the correct WiFi
password during the WiFi setup. Check if there are
problems with your internet connection. If the WiFi signal

I can’t find the atomi.sma.XXXX network in
my WiFi list.
Make sure your Atomi Sma device is plugged in and the
WiFi light is blinking quickly. If not, unplug your Atomi
Sma device and plug it back in to reboot.
My WiFi network doesn’t appear in the Atomi
Sma app.
Use your smaphone to confirm that you have at least
two WiFi bars in the vicinity of your Atomi Sma device. If
not, move your Atomi Sma device closer to your router.
(The list will refresh every10 seconds).
Cannot connect to my WiFi network.
Make sure that you have entered the correct WiFi
password during the WiFi setup. Check if there are
problems with your internet connection. If the WiFi signal
is too weak, reset your WiFi router and try again.
My Atomi Sma device appears as
“Unavailable” in the app.
Refresh the device list.
My Atomi Sma app is frozen.
Force quit and re-launch the Atomi Sma app.
I just replaced my router.
To reset the WiFi without losing your Atomi Sma devices
seings, hold down the power buon and wait for the LED
to change from amber to blinking white, then release.
When the LED begins to alternate white and amber, follow
steps 3-5 to associate your Atomi Sma device with your
new network.
I’m still having trouble!
WiFi networks come in a lot of shapes and sizes with many
quirks of their own. It doesn’t mean your Atomi Sma
device is malfunctioning. If problems persist, please try
these steps, in this order:
1. Force quit and re-launch the Atomi Sma app. Check to
see if this fixes the issue.
2. Unplug yourAtomi Sma device and plug it back in.
Check to see if this fixes the issue.
3. Unplug your router and plug it back in. Check to see if
this fixes the issue.
4. Delete and reinstall the Atomi Sma app. Check to see
if this fixes the issue.

Turning O the Sma Heater
Use the ON/OFF buon or the power switch on the Atomi Sma
app to turn o your heater.
NOTE: The LED display will stay illuminated and count down from
6 seconds before turning o.
Cleaning and Maintaining Your Sma Heater
CAUTION: Always be sure the Sma Heater is switched OFF,
unplugged and completely cooled before cleaning or aempting
to store the item. DO NOT immerse Sma Heater in water or allow
water to drip into the interior of the Sma Heater, as this could
create an electric shock hazard. DO NOT use any detergents or
abrasives.
Care and Cleaning
1. Always turn o the Sma Heater and disconnect the cord from
the electrical outlet before cleaning your heater.
2. Accumulated dust may be removed from the Sma Heater
with a so cloth or vacuum cleaner.
3. Ensure the air intake vent on the back of Sma Heater is free
and clear of dust or lint.
4. The removable paicle filtershould be cleaned and dried out at
least1-2 times per season. Remove the air intake vent cover and
hand wash the paicle filter with soap and water.
5. Clean the outside of the heater by wiping it with a damp cloth
and bu with a drycloth.
Storing
Allow the Sma Heater to cool completely before storing. Store in a
dry location. Do not place heavy items on top of the Sma Heater
as this may result in possible damage.
