Geng Started with Your PTX-600 Bluetooth Transmier
In the Kit
●PTX-600 transmier
●Tablet
●Antenna
●Charger (usable by both tablet and transmier)
TRANSMITTER SETUP
1. Establish a Bluetooth connecon between the transmier and tablet.
a. On the transmier, connect the antenna to the co-axial port.
b. Flip the switch to the ON posion. The green light on top of the transmier will begin
blinking rapidly.

c. On the tablet, make sure Bluetooth is turned on. Navigate to Sengs >> Connecons >>
Bluetooth. A scan for devices should begin automacally. Select “ATS_PTX” from the list
of available devices.
d. Enter the PIN code “1234” when prompted, then tap “OK.”
TIP: It may take more than one scan for “ATS_PTX” to appear in the list of available devices. If “ATS_PTX”
does not appear in the list aer the rst scan, tap “Scan” on the top right unl the device is recognized.
e. You have successfully paired the two devices once the green light on top of the
transmier blinks slowly.
2. Install the PTX-BT app.
a. Ensure you are signed in using your Google account.
b. Open the “Drive” applicaon.
c. Swipe from the le of the screen to open the Drive menu.
d. Tap “Shared with me,” then “PTX600BT135_release.apk”.
TIP: On aempng to open the le in step 1e, you may receive this error:

This is a permissions issue common on new tablets. Tap “Sengs” and turn the switch “Allow from this
source” to the posion. Exit “Sengs,” open “Drive,” and proceed with app installaon from step 2e.
e. Tap “Install,” then “Open.”
f. Tap “Allow” if prompted.
TIP: The app’s icon will not be added to the tablet’s home screen by default. For faster access, add the
icon to your home screen by tapping and holding on the icon from your app drawer.
3. Set the app to control your PTX-600 transmier.
a. In the PTX-BT app, tap “CONNECT.”
b. Tap the name of the desired PTX-600 transmier.

4. Control your connected targets as desired.
5. When nished, tap “DISCONNECT” in the app and ip the transmier switch to the OFF posion.
