INTRODUCTION
•The names and functions of the VCP-015-01-x front panel are as follows:
1. Stop Button - To stop the tape.
2. Reverse Button - To rewind the tape or to start a reverse visual
search.
3. Play Button - To start tape viewing
4. Fast Forward - To fast-forward the tape or to start a forward
visual search.
5. Pause/Still Button - To temporarily stop the tape during
playback.
6. Eject Button - To eject a cassette from the unit.

VIEWING A TAPE
NOTE: If VCP is powered down while a cassette tape is left loaded in
the unit, the tape must be ejected and reinserted before normal
operations of the unit.
1. Insert a cassette into the tape slot. The unit will start playback
automatically upon insertion of the tape.
2. Press the button to stop playback.
3. To fast forward the tape, press the button.
4. To rewind the tape, press the button..
5. To eject the tape, press the button.
6. To pause the screen during playback, press the button. (To return to
normal viewing, press the button.)

7. While the tape is playing, press the or button for less than one
second and the tape will reverse search or fast-forward search until the
or button is pressed. Pressing the or button for greater
than one second and the tape will continue to “search”until the button is
released.

CONVENIENT FUNCTIONS
•Automatic Playback –When a cassette without erasure prevention tabs is
inserted, playback begins automatically.
•When the VCP reaches the end of the cassette, the video player will
automatically rewind the cassette. Once the VCP has rewound the
cassette, the VCP will stop. The EJECT button on the front panel must be
pressed to unload the cassette.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
