The DCM500 feolures two
porollelled tronsformer
bolonced XLR inputs, one of
which con be used qs on output
to feed oddilionol power
omplifiers.
OUTPUTS
The DCM500 provides 100v, 70v
ond 4 ohm speokers oulpuis vio
o reor ponel bonier slrip. A feed
io drive odditionol power
omplifiers con be loken from
one of ihe XLR inputs.

METERING
The fronl ponel of the DCM500
provides o bock-lit LED disploy
indicoiing power, high
tempero'lure, LED VU meter ond

connacied lo o 24vdc power
suPply.
PROTECTION
The DCM500 feolures overlood
ond overdrive prolection.
Should the omplifier be
overdriven, o cunenl limiter will
proieci the unil, ond in o worsl
cose scenorio lhe omplifier will
shul down uniil the problem is
resolved. Once lhe problem is
fixed {shorted speoker line, or
overdriven inpul), lhe omplifier
will outomoiicolly resel ond
conlinue operoiion. The
omplifier olso feolures q buill-in
com pressor/limiler designed to
smoolh out ony peoks in inpul
signol.
The DCM500 feolures generous
heotsinking ond fon cooling.
The fons will only switch on if
lhe operoiing temperolure
exceeds o foctory preset level.
