1Accessories and Interface Description
1.1 Check the accessories
The function of the CRI205 high pressure common rail injector tester is to drive common rail
injectors and injector AHE function tests. It also provides control signals for common rail injectors such

as Bosch, Denso, SIEMENS, CUMMINSand Delphi to drive high pressure common rail injectors. When
the oiler is working, the drive signal parameters can be set by the user according to their actual
conditions, and can be saved in groups, which is convenient for maintenance personnel to judge and
repair the working status of the high-pressure common rail injector under different working
conditions.
1.2 About safety
To ensure safe operation, please follow the following rules:
1. In the process of operating the tester, the operator should wear safety glasses;
2. Use independent dedicated sockets and perform reliable grounding. The power cord of this
tester is a three-wire plug, which is connected to a standard three-wire socket, please ensure reliable
grounding;
3. If the power supply voltage is unstable, please connect the tester to the power supply regulator
for use;
4. Regularly check whether the AC power cord is damaged, and whether there is dust accumulation
on the power plug or power socket;
5. If the tester is abnormal, or emits an abnormal sound or smell, or the tester becomes too hot to
touch, please stop using it immediately and unplug the AC power cord and all other connecting wires
from the power socket;
6. If the tester fails, please contact the after-sales service personnel to get the necessary help;
1.3 Use and maintenance
1. Do not throw, drop or step on the tester to avoid strong external impact;
2. Do not insert foreign objects into the connector part of the tester;
3. Do not allow water or other liquids to flow into or on the tester;
4. Do not touch the terminals of the AC power cord with wet hands;

5. Do not allow dust or foreign objects to accumulate around the terminals of the AC power supply.
Dust and foreign objects accumulated on the AC power terminals may cause fire or electric shock;
6. Please avoid stepping on or squeezing the AC power cord;
7. Please unplug the power cord when cleaning the tester.
2 Accessories and interface description
2.1 Check accessories
After receiving the goods, please immediately open the packing box and check whether the
contents in the packing box are consistent with the packing list. If any parts are missing, please contact
the after-sales service personnel.

3、the injector count method:
T: according to the number of counts;
4、injector counting time:
T :0-6000 times
5、injection signs: icon display indicates the beginning of the injector fuel injection;
6、pulse width: 0 ~ 6000uS;
7、injection frequency: 1 ~ 30Hz
AHE function introduction
1. Current Mode;

4. Lift and hold time of the injector solenoid valve;
3.2.2、Key Features
3.2.2.1 ON/OFF button：
On / Off Injector;

3.2.2.2 COUNTE button:
Start / stop counting.
When the number is 0, the injector has been working, do not stop;
3.2.2.3 MODE button:
A, short press MODE button to switch to a different injector conditions;
(BOSCH、DENSO、DELPHI、CAT-L、CAT-H、AHE，PIZEO)
B., long press the MODE button to switch between test patterns and resistance injector test mode;
(Valid only in the injection stopped)
C，After entering the resistance test mode, connect the injector first, and press the ON/OFF button
once. After 2 seconds, the resistance of the injector will be displayed on the screen. The unit is
milliohm.
If it is found that the measured resistance deviates greatly from the actual resistance, it should be
calibrated.
Calibration method: In the resistance measurement interface, directly short-circuit the two clips of
the injector, and then short-press the “Counte” key. A “#” symbol will appear at the upper right of
the screen. After this symbol disappears, calibration is completed.
Screen listing shows 0 mohm.
3.2.2.4 ADJ knob:
Consists of two parts function

Short press down to select the item to be set, the corresponding position is displayed with a cursor
The fuel injector drive interface is divided into: fuel injector brand selection/counting value/pulse
width/frequency, the four setting items are cyclically switched, and the current cursor position is the
selected item;
AHE function interface: current/pulse width options.
The second step,
Rotate left or right to modify the value of the current item.
4About maintenance responsibility
1、Under normal use, due to product quality issues, free repair within one year;
2、Due to the non-normal use, causing damage to the product, the user bear the maintenance
costs;
3、The product life-long maintenance, a year later, users bear the maintenance costs.
