
OPERATION
WARING: ONLY USE REFRIGERANT MARKED ON THE GAUGE WITH
THIS A/C MANIFOLD GAUGE SET.
AWT-1105A: (R134A, R22, R12, R404A)
AWT-1105B: (R134A, R22, R410A, R404A)
AWT-1105C: (R134A, R22, R410A, R404A)
1. Check the integrity of the product and the accuracy of the gauge needle
(calibrate by adjusting the calibration screw)before using.
2. Connect one end of the Blue Hose to the LP Hose Connector (6) and the
other end to the Blue Coupler (3).
3. Connect one end of the Red Hose to the HP Hose Connector (8) and the
other end to the Red Coupler (4).
4. Connect Yellow Hose:
A. DIAGNOSTIC CHECK: Connect one end of the Yellow Hose to the
Charging Hose Connector (7) and the other end to the Charge Valve (9)
on that Connector (7).
B. EVACUATION: Connect one end of the Yellow Hose to the Charging
Hose Connector (7) and the other end to the refrigerant recovery system
/ vacuum pump.
C. CHARGING: Connect one end of the Yellow Hose to the Charging
Hose Connector (7) and the other end to the refrigerant supply with Can
Tap.
5. Close LP Manifold Valve (1), HP Manifold Valve (2), both Coupler (3, 4),
Can Tap.
6. Attach the Blue Coupler (3) to the suction LP port and the Red Coupler (4)
to the discharge HP port on the A/C system.
1. Turn on the vehicle and allow it to reach normal operating temperature.
Then, turn on the A/C system.
2. Open both Coupler (3, 4).
3. Read the pressure on both of the Gauges and compare to the
manufacturer’s recommended readings.
4. Close both Coupler (3, 4).
5. Turn off the vehicle and the A/C system if dynamic check was done.
