1UNPACKING
Unpacking of the Easy presenter is easy.
Just follow the steps:
1. Make sure the trolley is placed with two
meter free space at the back of the trolley.
2. Cut all the ribbons that hold the Easy
Presenter on its place
3. Open the lowest box.
4. Cut the sides of the back of the box and
fold it backwards to the ground.
5. Remove the protection from the wheels
6. Release the breaks from the wheels
7. Stand behind the trolley and slowly slide
the trolley backwards from the pallet. Do
this with two persons to ensure the safety!
8. Unpack the remaining packing material
and recycle the waste.

2HOW TO USE THE EASY PRESENTER
1. Drive the Easy Presenter to the right place.
2. Lock the brakes on the wheels.
3. Put the power plug into a 230V power socket
4. Connect the image source and audio to the matching connector
5. Push the POWER ON button on the control panel
6. Select the right input source
The VGA connection is selected by the PC button
The HDMI connection is selected by the HDMI button
The Displayport adapter cable is selected by the HDMI button
7. Adjust the volume if necessary
8. When ready, press the POWER OFF button.

3. FAQ
Volume is to low
Check if the output volume of the source device is put on maximum.
The audio cable is connected, but there is no sound output
Check if the playback devices on your device are selected to the right output. In case you use
HDMI the playback device on your laptop should also be on HDMI. If there is still no audio check
if all the cables on the back of the screen are connected and if the audio volume of the source is
set to a maximum.
The POWER OFF button blinks and the system does not respond
This means that there is no connection between the control panel and the monitor. Check if all
the cables at the back of the screen are plugged in and check if the power switch on the TV is
turned on.
The cable is connected, but there is no image on the screen
Open the valve at the back off the trolley and check if all the cables are connected to connection
module.
