1. CONNECTION AND OPERATION
The Easy Presenter is operated using the
control panel on the front. To turn the system
on, simply press ‘POWER ON’. Next, connect
the cable to the laptop and select the
appropriate source.
The diagram opposite shows which source is
connected where. The connections and cables
are situated at the rear of the column.
2. TOUCH FUNCTIONALITY
In order to adopt the touch functionality of
your own laptop, you also need to connect
both the USB cable and either the VGA or
HDMI cable to your laptop.
3. WHITEBOARD
Click on the Whiteboard button to start it up.
1. This menu contains the various
drawing functions.
2. This allows you to either browse the
various pages or select other display
layouts.
3. The bottom toolbar allows you to
change various settings.

4. DRAWING
1. Pressing this button enables you to start drawing. Clicking on the pen
once more offers access to the various pen options.
2. This is the eraser, which can be used to conveniently edit notes.

4. These buttons allow you to reverse and repeat actions.

5. TOOLBAR
1. This button can be used to create another page. A limit of ten pages is applicable.
2. This button can be used to delete a page. Please use it with care, as deleted pages
cannot be restored.
3. These buttons can be used to navigate the various pages.
4. This button allows you to add an external source, such as HDMI or VGA, to the
interactive screen.
5. This is the Picture-in-Picture mode, which enables you to display the whiteboard and
an external source simultaneously.
6. This button can be used to access the screen menu. You need not use it, however, as
this function is also available on the control panel.
6. MENU
1. The list displayed shows content recently used.
2. Locally stored content can be found here.
3. This button can be used to save the content. Place a USB stick on the screen to
save the content.
4. This menu offers you the option of making screenshots of the whiteboard.
5. This menu contains the Whiteboard settings.
