Please use the recommended adapter to recharge it, otherwise it will damage the battery
pack.
BATTERY PACK
After battery packis fully charged, the green indicatoris always on ,which mean that
the battery packhas been fully charged, so pleaseunplug the power cord.
If the indicatorhas other displays after power-on ofthe system, it means the battery
pack has troubles. Please unplug power cord and contactthe appointed servicing
personnel.
If the rechargeablebattery hasn't been used for a long time, the quantity of electricity
will be toolow and the LCD TV cannot power on,so please chargethe battery first.
Danger of explosionif battery is incorrectly replaced.
Replace only withthe same or equivalent type.
CAUTION:
5
New battery orbattery stored for a long timemay take more time to charge.
5. Cautions on battery pack
This LCD TV's battery pack is rechargeable. It should be fully recharged before use.
Do not dispose it in fire or water. Do not heat the battery pack.
Do not use it in high ambient temperature or near a heat source.
Do not connect the positive and negative polarities with a metal object.
The operating temperature of the battery pack is 0~35
Over-charge: the batteryis over-charged or over-saturated, so that the voltage of the
battery exceed theupper limit voltages,(For lithium batteries, the upper limit voltage
for a singlebattery is 4.25V).
Non-saturated charge: the indicator indicates that charging has been always onbut
the battery doesnot turn to the saturated status after regular duration of charging .
Please remove the battery pack if you do not intend to use this LCD TV for an extended
period of time. (Power is still consumed although this LCD TV is turned off. Therefore,
the battery pack may be damaged due to excessive discharging.)
Self-discharge: discharge of batterydue to the static power consumptionof the
peripheral circuit, dampair and self-structure.
Over-discharge self-discharge of thebattery too long time results inthat the voltage
of the batteryare lower than the lower limitvoltage.(For lithium batteries, the lower limit
voltage for asingle battery is 4.25V ) Notethat to avoid over-discharge of thebattery in
the case of long disuse ofthe battery, regularly chargethe battery, so thatthe voltage
of the batteryis maintained between 3.6V and 3.9V.Trickle charge: when the voltages
at both polesof the battery are lower than3.0V(for lithium battery ),low current will be
employed to chargethe battery at 0.01C(C indicates thebattery capacity)for about
15~30 minutes.
