1. Use the Appropriate Power Supply.
The input power forAV830PDIR is DC12V/AC24V. Be sure to connect itto the appropriate power,
2. Do not attemptto disassemble the camera.
To preventelectric shock, do not remove screws or covers. There are no user serviceable
parts inside. Any questions please aska qualifiedservice person for servicing.
3. Handle the camera with care.
Do not abuse the camera. Avoid striking, shaking, etc. The camera could be damaged
by improper handlingor storage.
4. Do not place the camera in the followinglocations:
Locationswhere temperature islower than -20 C or higher than 55 C;
Locationswhere humidity ishigher than 90%;
5. Clean the CMOS faceplate with care.
When cleaning the CMOS panel, do not use strong orabrasive detergents, use a piece of lens
tissue or cottontipped applicator andethanol.
6. Do not attemptto aim the camera at the sun.
Do not attempt toaim the camera atthe sun or otherextremely bright objects, thatcause smear
to appear irrespective ofwhether the camera isoperating or not. Thiscan damage the CMOS
(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor).
7. Do not putthe camera in a place with interference.
When this camera is installednear the equipment like wireless communicationdevice that
emits strong electromagneticfield, some irregularity such as noise on monitor screenmay
happen.

Adjust ment for camera direction
1 When the camera fixed on the ceiling,you can ajust the angle by adjustment of the 3 axis bracket
Maximmum 355 vertical rotation,35 horizontal rotation 355 dipping rotation
2 Adjust ZOOM to the position you need,then adjust FOCUS to get clearer image.
3 Fix the glass cover on the camera body.
