1 Recognize the type of DCO60
The DCO60 is used on several trolley, so before starting, you have to check that the type
of assembly corresponds with your indicator.
The trolleys with serial number starting with Z or AA or AB, there was two types of
assembly for the DCO60. The display and speaker position is different.
One for PICKEUR and FANGO 336:
And one for FANGO448:
The trolleys with serial number start with AC or more recent, there is just one type
assembly for all the trolley like the first one, PICKEUR FANGO336.

2 Necessary tool
You will need these tools:
Allen key of 4
Straight screwdriver
Wrench of 7
3 First step – Unmount of the indicator from the trolley
To avoid any risk of damage on your indicator, you must work on a desk.
So you have to unmount the indicator from the trolley.
Disconnect the power supply and the scale from the indicator and unscrew the four screw
so that you can pull the indicator.

4 Second step – Open and unmount the indicator
Unscrew to open the indicator: (4 screw for PICKEUR and FANGO 448, 6 for FANGO 336)
In this example we going to use a PICKEUR.
Take care to not snatch cable when opening.

Remove the antenna cover by unscrewing the screw.
Unscrew the two Wi-Fi antenna cables.
Unscrew the 4 nuts with the wrench.

Before remove the plate, disconnect all the cables.
Those are screwed.

Now you can remove the plate.
5 Third step – Reassembly
Now you can put the replacement kit.
!! Take care not to pinch any cable!!
!! Take care, there must be no space between spacer and plate before screwing!!

Reconnect all the cables before screwing the plate.
Screw the nuts

Route the antenna cables through the holes provided for this purpose.
Connect the cable to the antenna and screw the hood.
You can now close the indicator.
