- Before using the burner for the rst time please carefully read the chapter “WARNINGS NOTES FOR THE USER : HOW
TO USE THE BURNER SAFELY” in this instruction manual, which is an integral and essential part of the product. The
works on the burner and on the esystem have to be carried out only by competent people.
- Read carefully the instructions before starting the burner and service it.
- The system electric feeding must be disconnected before starting working on it.
- If the works are not carried out correctly it is possible to cause dangerous accidents.

FOREWORD
These warning notes are aimed at ensuring the safe use of the compo-
nents of heating systems for civil use and the production of hot water.
They indicate how to act to avoid the essential safety of the components
being compromised by incorrect or erroneous installation and by improper
or unreasonable use. The warning notes provided in this guide also seek
to make the consumer more aware of safety problems in general, using
necessarily technical but easily understood language. The manufacturer
is not liable contractually or extra contractually for any damage caused
by errors in installation and in use, or where there has been any failure to
follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
GENERAL WARNING NOTES
• The instruction booklet is an integral and essential part of the product
and must be given to the user. Carefully read the warnings in the bo-
oklet as they contain important information regarding safe installation,
use and maintenance. Keep the booklet to hand for consultation when
needed.
• Equipment must be installed in accordance with current regulations,
with the manufacturer’s instructions and by qualied technicians. By
the term ‘qualied technicians’ is meant persons that are competent in
the eld of heating components for civil use and for the production of
hot water and, in particular, assistance centres authorised by the manu-
facturer. Incorrect installation may cause damage or injury to persons,
animals or things. The manufacturer will not in such cases be liable.
• After removing all the packaging make sure the contents are complete
and intact. If in doubt do not use the equipment and return it to the
supplier. The packaging materials (wooden crates, nails, staples, plastic
bags, expanded polystyrene, etc.) must not be left within reach of chil-
dren as they may be dangerous to them. They should also be collected
and disposed on in suitably prepared places so that they do no pollute
the environment.
• Before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance, switch off the equi-
pment at the mains supply, using the system’s switch or shut-off sy-
stems.
• If there is any fault or if the equipment is not working properly, de-ac-
tivate the equipment and do not attempt to repair it or tamper with it
directly. In such case get in touch with only qualied technicians. Any
product repairs must only be carried out by BALTUR authorised assi-
stance centres using only original spare parts. Failure to act as above
may jeopardise the safety of the equipment. To ensure the efciency
and correct working of the equipment, it is essential to have periodic
maintenance carried out by qualied technicians following the manufac-
turer’s instructions.
• If the equipment is sold or transferred to another owner or if the owner
moves and leaves the equipment, make sure that the booklet always
goes with the equipment so it can be consulted by the new owner and/
or installer.
• For all equipment with optionals or kits (including electrical), only origi-
nal accessories must be used.
BURNERS
• This equipment must be used only for its expressly stated use: applied
to boilers, hot air boilers, ovens or other similar equipment and not
exposed to atmospheric agents. Any other use must be regarded as
improper use and hence dangerous.
• The burner must be installed in a suitable room that has ventilation in
accordance with current regulations and in any case sufcient to ensure
correct combustion
WARNING NOTES FOR THE USER HOW TO USE THE BURNER SAFELY
• Do not obstruct or reduce the size of the burner’ air intake grills or the
ventilation openings for the room where a burner or a boiler is installed
or dangerous mixtures of toxic and explosive gases may form.
• Before connecting the burner check that the details on the plate corre-
spond to those of the utility supplies (electricity, gas, light oil or other
fuel).
• Do not touch hot parts of the burner. These, normally in the areas near
to the ame and any fuel pre-heating system, become hot when the
equipment is working and stay hot for some time after the burner has
stopped.
• If it is decided not to use the burner any more, the following actions must
be performed by qualied technicians:
a) Switch off the electrical supply by disconnecting the power cable from
the master switch.
b) Cut off the fuel supply using the shut-off valve and remove the control
wheels from their position.
c) Render harmless any potentially dangerous parts.
Special warning notes
• Check that the person who carried out the installation of the burner xed
it securely to the heat generator so that the ame is generated inside
the combustion chamber of the generator itself.
• Before starting up the burner, and at least once a year, have qualied
technicians perform the following operations:
a) Set the burner fuel capacity to the power required by the heat ge-
nerator.
b) Adjust the combustion air ow to obtain combustion yield of at least
the minimum set by current regulations.
c) Carry out a check on combustion to ensure the production of no-
xious or polluting unburnt gases does not exceed limits permitted
by current regulations.
d) Check the adjustment and safety devices are working properly.
e) Check the efciency of the combustion products exhaust duct.
f) Check at the end of the adjustments that all the adjustment devices
mechanical securing systems are properly tightened.
g) Make sure that the use and maintenance manual for the burner is
in the boiler room.
• If the burner repeatedly stops in lock-out, do not keep trying to manually
reset but call a qualied technicians to sort out the problem.
• The running and maintenance of the equipment must only be carried
out by qualied technicians, in compliance with current regulations.

ELECTRICAL SUPPLY
• The equipment is electrically safe only when it is correctly connected to an
efcient ground connection carried out in accordance with current safety
regulations. It is necessary to check this essential safety requirement.
If in doubt, call for a careful electrical check by a qualied technicians,
since the manufacturer will not be liable for any damage caused by a
poor ground connection.
• Have qualied technicians check that the wiring is suitable for the
maximum power absorption of the equipment, as indicated in the technical
plate, making sure in particular that the diameter of cables is sufcient
for the equipment’s power absorption.
• Adapters, multiple plugs and extension cables may not be used for the
equipment’s power supply.
• An ominpolar switch in accordance with current safety regulations is
required for the mains supply connection.
• The electrical supply to the burner must have neutral to ground
connection. If the ionisation current has control with neutral not to ground
it is essential to make a connection between terminal 2 (neutral) and the
ground for the RC circuit.
• The use of any components that use electricity means that certain
fundamental rules have to followed, including the following:
- do not touch the equipment with parts of the body that are wet or damp
or with damp feet
- do not pull on electrical cables
- do not leave the equipment exposed to atmospheric agents (such as
rain or sun etc.) unless there is express provision for this.
- do not allow the equipment to be used by children or inexpert
persons.
• The power supply cable for the equipment not must be replaced by the
user. If the cable gets damaged, switch off the equipment, and call only
on qualied technicians for its replacement.
• If you decide not to use the equipment for a while it is advisable to switch
off the electrical power supply to all components in the system that use
electricity (pumps, burner, etc.).
GAS, LIGHT OIL, OR OTHER FUEL SUPPLIES
General warning notes
• Installation of the burner must be carried out by qualied technicians
and in compliance with current law and regulations, since incorrect
installation may cause damage to person, animals or things, for which
damage the manufacturer shall not can be held responsible.
• Before installation it is advisable to carry out careful internal cleaning
of all tubing for the fuel feed system to remove any residues that could
jeopardise the proper working of the burner.
• For rst start up of the equipment have qualied technicians carry out
the following checks:
• If you decide not to use the burner for a while, close the tap or taps that
supply the fuel.
Special warning notes when using gas
• Have qualied technicians check the following:
a) that the feed line and the train comply with current law and
regulations.
b) that all the gas connections are properly sealed.
• Do not use the gas pipes to ground electrical equipment.
• Do not leave the equipment on when it is not in use and always close
the gas tap.
• If the user of is away for some time, close the main gas feed tap to the
burner.
• If you smell gas:
a) do not use any electrical switches, the telephone or any other object
that could produce a spark;
b) immediately open doors and windows to create a current of air that
will purify the room;
c) close the gas taps;
d) ask for the help of qualied technicians.
• Do not block ventilation openings in the room where there is gas
equipment or dangerous situations may arise with the build up of toxic
and explosive mixtures.
FLUES FOR HIGH EFFICIENCY BOILERS AND SIMILAR
It should be pointed out that high efciency boilers and similar discharge
combustion products (fumes) at relatively low temperatures into the ue.
In the above situation, traditional ues (in terms of their diameter and heat
insulation) may be suitable because the signicant cooling of the combustion
products in these permits temperatures to fall even below the condensation
point. In a ue that works with condensation there is soot at the point the
exhaust reaches the atmosphere when burning light oil or heavy oil or the
presence of condensate water along the ue itself when gas is being burnt
(methane, LPG, etc.). Flues connected to high efciency boilers and similar
must therefore be of a size (section and heat insulation) for the specic use
to avoid such problems as those described above.

The gas supply scheme is shown in the diagram below. The gas train is certied in accordance with regulations EN 676 and
is supplied separately from the burner. A manual shut off valve and anti-vibration joint must be installed upstream of
the gas valve, as shown in the diagram.

APPLICATION OF BURNER TO BOILER
HEAD UNIT ASSEMNLY
A) Adjust the position of connector ange 5 by loosening the
screws 6 so that the combustion head penetrates the advised
amount into the combustion chamber as recommended by the
generator’s manufacturer.
B) Position the seal insulation 3 on the tube unit inserting cord 2
between ange and seal.
C) Fasten the Combustion Head unit 4 to the boiler 1 by means
of the stud bolts, washers and the nuts provided 7.
Note:Competely seal the space between the tube unit of the bur-
ner and the hole in the refractory panel using suitable materials to
do so.
GAS TRAIN ASSEMBLY
There are different assembly possibilities 8, 8a, 9 of the valves
train as shown in the diagram alongside.
Select the best position according to the particular arrangement of
the boiler room and the gas piping’s entry position.
N.B. In the case of very large vales e.g. DN65 or DN80, make
sure there is sufcient support to prevent excessive stresses on
the gas train connector.
ASSEMBLYOFVENTILATION SYSTEM
A) Position the half-hinge on the burner scroll in line with those
on the combustion head assembly.
B) Put the hinge pin 10 in the position considered most suitable.
C) Connect the cables (switch on and ionisation) to the
corresponding electrodes, close the hinge, locking the burner
by means of screws 11.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
The three-phase power supply line must have a switch with
fuses. The regulations further require a switch on the burner’s po-
wer supply line, outside the boiler room and in an easily accessed
position. For the electrical connections (line and thermostats),
follow the wiring diagram enclosed. To carry out the connection of
the burner to the power supply line proceed as follows:
1) Remove the lid by unscrewing the 4 screws (1) in gure 1,
without removing the transparent door. In this way the burner’s
electrical panel can be accessed.
2) Slacken le screws (2) and, after removing the cable oat (3),
pass the two 7 and 4 pole plugs through the hole (see gure 2).
Connect the power supply cables (4) to the contactor, connect
the cable to ground (5) and close the cable holder.
3) Reposition the cable oat as in gure 3. Turn the cam (6) so
that the oat exerts sufcient pressure on the two cables, then
tighten the screws that fasten the cable oat. Finally, connect
the two 7 and 4-pole plugs.
IMPORTANT: the housings for the cables for the 7 and 4-pole
plugs are provide respectively for cable Ö 9.5÷10 mm and
Ö 8.5÷9 mm, this to make sure the protection rating is IP 54
(standard IEC EN60529) for the electrical panel.
4) To reclose the electrical panel lid, tighten the 4 screws (1) with
a torque of about 5 Nm to ensure the correct seal. At this point ,
to be able to access the control panel (8), unfasten the transpa-
rent door (7), using slight touch pressure in the direction of the
arrows in gure 4, move it the short distance to separate it from
the lid.
5) to properly resecure the transparent door on the panel proceed
as indicated in 5:position the hooks at their hooking points and
(9) slide the door in the direction indicated by the arrow until it
clicks. It is now well sealed.

DESCRIPTION OF OPERATIONS AT TWO STAGE
PROGRESSIVE
These burners are of the blown air type which have a mixture of
gas/air at the combustion head. They are suitable for use with
combustion chambers which are either raising high pressure or
reducing pressure, according to the relative work curves. Together
with excellent ame stability, these burners are safe and highly
efcient. It is equipped with a steel ange which slips on the burner
head. When fastening the burner to the boiler it is necessary to
correctly position the ange so that the burner head
enters the combustion chamber to the extent specied by the boi-
ler manufacturer.The burner has an electronic
cam mod. MPA 22. The microprocessor-controlled MPA 22 provi-
des intermittent operation, controls and monitors
the electronically-modulated fan-equipped gas burners and featu-
res two (air/gas) adjuster motors. When working
as an automatic burner valve seal control is activated; (for a better
understanding of the MPA 22 read the instructions in the attached
manual, code 0006080905).
Operation of is of the progressive two-stage type, so called becau-
se the switch from primary ame to secondary ame (from mini-
mum to the set maximum) occurs gradually as regards the delivery
of both combustion air and fuel; this gives considerable advanta-
ges in terms of the pressure stability in the gas feed line. Delive-
ry rate ranges, approximately, from 1 to 1/3. Ignition is preceded
by pre-ventilation of the combustion chamber as per standards,
with the air open: this lasts about 36 seconds. If, at the end of the
ventilation stage, the air pressure switch detects that pressure is
sufcient, the ignition transformer comes on and, after 3 seconds,
the safety and main valves open in sequence. The gas reaches the
combustion head, is mixed with the air being delivered by the fan,
and is ignited. Delivery is regulated by the gas throttle valve. Three
seconds after the (main and safety) valves are opened the ignition
transformer is switched off. The burner is now on at the ignition
point (P0). The ame is detected by the relative control device (an
ionisation sensor positioned inside the ame).The programming
relay goes beyond the shutdown position and powers the air/gas
delivery regulation servomotors, which go to minimum (P1). If the
2nd stage boiler thermostat (or pressure switch) – adjusted by a
temperature or
pressure greater than that in the boiler) allow, the air/gas delive-
ry servomotors start running and cause a gradual increase is the
delivery of gas and combustion air until the maximum ow rates to
which the burner has been set have been reached (point P9).
N.B. Electronic cam MPA 22 controls the burner by adjusting
the combustion air and gas servomotors according to a pre-
set curve.
The burner remains in the maximum delivery position until the tem-
perature or pressure reaches the limit set for the intervention of the
boiler thermostat (or pressure switch) of the 2nd stage and makes
the servomotors regulating gas/air delivery rotate in the opposite
sense of direction. Thus gas delivery and the relative combustion
air are gradually reduced until they reach minimum value.
Even with delivery at a minimum, if the limit (temperature or pres-
sure at the shut down device (thermostat or pressure switch) has
been regulated is reached, the burner will be brought to a stan-
dstill. When the temperature or pressure drops below the inter-
vention limit set on the shut down device, the burner will star up
again, according to the programme previously described. During
normal operations, the boiler thermostat (or pressure switch) of
the 2nd stage tted to the boiler detects the variations requested
and automatically proceeds with adapting the fuel and combustion
air delivery by inserting the servomotors which regulates delivery
(gas/air). This will rotate in such a way as to obtain an increase or
a decrease. With this manoeuvre, the gas/air delivery regulating
system try’s to equilibrate the quantity of heat supplied to the boiler
with that which the boiler gives to be utilised.
If the ame does not appear within THREE seconds of the opening
of the gas valve, the control box goes to “shut down” (the burner
stops completely and (3) error message 25H) on display.).
To “unblock” the equipment press the interference elimination but-
ton for about half a second (4).

STARTING UP AND REGULATION WITH METHANE
1) If not already done at the moment of connecting the burner
tothegaspipeline,itisindispensabletocarryoutapurge
oftheaircontainedinthepipeline.Asaprecaution,spe-
cial care should be taken and doors and windows should
be opened. Open the pipe union on the pipeline situated
near the burner and then open a little the gas cut-off cock
(or cocks). When the characteristic odour of gas can be
smelled,closethecut-offcock.Waituntilthegaspresentin
roomhasdispersed,andthenreconnecttheburnertothe
gaspipeline.Subsequently,re-openthegascut-offcock.
2) Check that there is water in the boiler and that the sy-
stem’s gate valves are open.
3)Check,withabsolutecertaintythatthedischargeofcom-
bustion products can take place freely (boiler and chimney
lock-gates should be open).
4) Make sure that the voltage of the electric line to which the
burneristobeconnected,correspondstothatrequiredby
the burner and that the electrical connections (motor and
principle line) have been prepared to match the voltage ra-
ting available.Also check that all the electrical connections
carried out on the spot are in accordance with our electric
wiring diagram.
5) Make sure that the combustion head is long enough to
enterthefurnacetotheextentspeciedbytheboilerma-
nufacturer. Check that the device which regulates the air
on the combustion head is in the position considered ne-
cessary for the fuel delivery required (air passage betwe-
en the disk and the head should be considerably reduced
whenthefueldeliveryisreduced;ontheotherhand,when
thefueldeliveryisfairlyhigh,theairpassagebetweenthe
disk and the head should be relatively open). See Chapter
“AirRegulationontheCombustionHead”.
6)Applyamanometerwithanadequatescale(iftheentityof
pressure forecast allows it is preferable to use a column
ofwater instrument, donotuse a pointerinstrument for
moderate pressure) to the pressure plug on the gas pres-
sure switch.
7) With the switch (1) (see page 33) on the burner’s con-
trolpanelinthe“o”positionandthemainswitchinserted
check,bymanuallyclosingtherelay,thatthemotorrotates
intherightdirection.Ifitdoesnot,exchangetheplacesof
two cables of the motor’s supply line in order to invert its
sense of rotation.
8) Now insert the switch on the command panel. The con-
trolboxreceivesvoltageinthiswayandtheprogrammer
turns on the burner as described in Chapter “Description
of Operations”. To adjust the burner see the “MPA 22”
electronic cam instructions in the attached manual code
0006080905.
9)After adjustingthe “minimum”, (P1) bringthe burner to-
wardsmaximumviathecontrolsontheMPA22keypad.
(see MPA 22 electronic cam instructions in the attached
manualcode0006080905).
10) We recommend that you carry the out combustion tests
with the appropriate instrument at all intermediate
points in the modulation range (from P1 to P9); also check
thegasowdeliveryrateviathemeter.
 Itisessentialtocheck,withasuitableinstrument,thatthe
percentage ofcarbonmonoxide (CO)presentinthe
fumesdoesnotexceedthelimitsetbyregulationsatthe
timeofinstallation.”
11) Now check automatic mode working of the modulation
(see “MPA 22” electronic cam instructions in enclosed
manual code 0006080905). In this mode the equipment
receives the signal from the electronic modulation adjuster
RWF40,iftheburnerismodulatingversion,orfromthe
thermostat or the pressure switch second stage if the bur-
ner is progressive two stage.
12) The air pressure switch has the job of bringing the con-
trolboxtoasafetyshutdowniftheairpressureisnotat
thecorrectvalue.Therefore,theairpressureswitchmust
be regulated in such a way as to intervene by closing the
contact (foreseen to by closed while working) when the
airpressureintheburnerhasreachedasufcientlevel.
The pressure switch is self-controlled and therefore it must
close the contact (fan stops and consequently there is an
absenceofairpressure intheburner)ifitdoesnot,the
controlboxwillbeinserted(theburnerremainsatastad-
still).Itmustbespecied thatifthecontactisnotclosed
duringworking(insufcientairpressure),thecontrolbox
willcarryoutitscycle,buttheignitiontransformerwillnot
be inserted and the gas pilot valves will not open. Conse-
quently,theburnerwillgoto“shutdown”.Checkthatthe
air pressure switch functions properly with burner at mini-
mumdelivery,increasetheregulatingvalueuntilitreaches
intervention point and the burner should go to shut down.
Tounblocktheburner,pressthespecialpush-buttonand
returnthepressureswitchregulatortoasufcientvaluein
ordertomeasuretheairpressureexistingduringthepre-
ventilation phase.
13) The pressure switches which control the gas pressure
(minimumandmaximum)havethejobofstoppingthebur-
ner functioning when the gas pressure is not within the va-
luesspecied.Fromthespecicfunctionsofthepressure
switches,itisevidentthatthepressureswitchcontrolsthe

minimumpressuremustmakeuseofthecontact,whichis
closed,whenitmeasuresapressurewhichexceedsthat
atwhichithasbeenset.Themaximumpressureswitch
mustmakeuseofthecontact,whichisclosed,whenitme-
asures a pressure below that at which it has been set. The
minimumandmaximumgaspressureswitchesshouldbe
regulatedduringtheburner’sgeneralinspectionand should
be in function with the pressure found each time. Theinterven-
tion (by this we mean the opening of the circuit) of any one of
the gas pressure switches, will prevent the control box and thus
the burner from starting up. When the burner is operating (ame
lit), the intervention of the gas pressure switches (opening of the
circuit) determines the immediate arrest of the burner. During
the burner’s general inspection, check the correct functioning
of the pressure switches. By operating the respective regulating
device, it is possible to control the pressure switch’s intervention
(opening of circuit) which causes the burner’s arrest.
14) Check the efciency of the ame detector (ionisation electrode)
by detaching the wire coming from the electrode and by turning
on the burner. The control box should carry out completely its
cycle and two seconds after the ignition ame (pilot) is formed,
it should go to “shut down”. This control should also be carried
out when the burner is already operating. By detaching the wire
that comes from the ionisation electrode, the control box should
go immediately to “shut down”.
15) Check the efciency of the boiler thermostats and pressure
switches (this should result in the burner coming to a stan-
dstill).
N.B. Check that that ignition takes place correctly because if the
mixer is forward it may happen that the speed of the delivery
air is so high that ignition becomes difcult. If this happens the
mixer must be moved back by degrees until it is in a position at
which ignition takes place normally, at which point this can be
taken as the nal position.
We remind you that it is advisable, as regards the ignition ame,
to restrict the quantity of air to the minimum necessary for safe
ignition, even in the most difcult cases.
MANUAL MODE BURNER INSTRUCTIONS
Combustion control can be carried out over the whole modulation
range while manually controlling the MPA 22 equipment. For this
use modulation connector (B) in the diagram, which is provided
with the burner as standard. After disconnecting the 4-pole plug
(A) which takes the signals from the thermostat or the RWF 40
adjustor, insert the connector in position (B). Use the + button to
increase the gas and air supply or - to reduce it.
After the check, put the 4-pole plug (A) back in so as to reset auto-
matic mode modulation.
IONISATION CURRENT MEASUREMENT
The current minimum for the working equipment is 1.4 µA. The
burner gives a clearly greater current which will not normally re-
quire any controls. If, however, you wish to measure the ionisation
current, you have to connect a milliammeter in series with the ioni-
sation electrode cable as shown in the diagram

COMBUSTION HEAD AIR ADJUSTMENT
The combustion head has an adjustment device so that the air
passage between the disk and the combustion head is opened
or closed. You are thus able to obtain, closing the passage, high
pressure upstream of the disk even at low capacity. The high
speed and turbulence of the air provides for its greater penetration
into the fuel and therefore an excellent mixture and ame stability.
It may be necessary to have high air pressure before the disk to
prevent ame uctuations, particularly essential when the burner
works on the combustion chamber that is pressurized and/or at a
high thermal load.
It is clear from the above that the device that closes the air to the
blast-pipe must be set at a position such as to always obtain very
high air pressure behind the disk. It is advisable to adjust in such
a way as to obtain a closure of the air at the combustion head that
will require a signicant opening of the air damper that regulates
the aspiration ow from the burner fan. This must of course be the
case when the burner is working at maximum desired supply.
In practice you have to start the adjustment with the device that
closes the air at the combustion head in an intermediate position,
switching on the burner for approximate adjustment as explained
previously.
When the maximum desired supply has been reached, the
position of the device that closes the air at the combustion head is
corrected, moving it forward and backwards, until the right amount
of air is owing to the supply, with the air damper in signicantly
open.
N.B. The above adjustments are indicative only; position the
combustion head according to the characteristics of
the combustion chamber

MAINTENANCE
Carry out periodic analysis of the exhaust combustion gas,
checking the emissions.
Periodically replace the gas lter when dirty.
Check that all the components of the combustion head are in
a good state, not deformed by the temperature and free from
impurities or deposits from the installation environment or by
poor combustion and check also the electrodes are working
efciently.
If the combustion head needs to be cleaned, remove the com-
ponents following the procedure indicated below:
Unscrew the two screws (2) and turn the burner around the
pin (1) in the hinge (gure 1).
After pulling out the ignition and ionisation cables (3) from the
terminals of the respective electrodes, unscrew completely
the nut (4) and tighten the screw (5), causing it to move for-
ward inside gas outlet connector (8) in gure 3 to a sufcient
amount to ensure successful disassembly of the mixing unit.
With the same wrench turn the ball joint (6) in the direction
indicated with the arrow, unhooking the lever that moves the
combustion head forward (gure 2).
Slightly raise the gas outlet connector (8) (gure 3). and pull
out the whole mixing assembly in the direction indicated by
the arrow (9) in gure 4. Complete maintenance operations,
proceed with re-assembly of the combustion head, following
the above instructions in reverse order, after having checked
the correct position of the ignition and ionisation electrodes
(see diagram 0002934690).
Note: important
On closing the burner, gently pull towards the electrical panel,
putting them slightly in tension, the two ignition and ionisation
cables, and then arrange them in their places (7) as in gure
2. This will ensure that the two cables do not get damaged by
the fan during the working of the burner.
