WHEN USING ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, BASIC SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
SHOULD ALWAYS BE FOLLOWED, INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING:
Please read this entire manual before using this device, paying extra attention to
these safety warnings and guidelines. Please keep this manual in a safe place for
future reference.
IMPORTANT
This appliance is not intended for use by person (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capability, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by
a person responsible for their safety.
Warning
The product is applicable to family use, and it is inapplicable to commercial use,
otherwise its service life may be shortened. Don't use the unit if the filter
damaged.
Safety notes
Please carefully read the manual before use the juicer, and please use the machine
according to the instruction manual. Be sure not to use the product for other
purposes.
1. To prevent electric leakage and other hazards, please use the machine according
to the instruction book.
2. It is forbidden to make the machine power line and plug immersed into water
or other liquids.
3. Please be careful to watch it during operation of the machine.
4. If the parts or product structure is found to be damaged (particularly, the safety
protection device and power line are damaged), please do not use the machine.
Do not attempt to repair it by yourself, and it shall be repaired by professionals.
5. Do not let children or the disabled operate the machine under the condition that
they have not received any guidance or supervision.

6. Please do not make the product used on or beside high-temperature gas or
electric stove.
7. It is forbidden to use finger, spoon or chopstick to push fruits/vegetables into
the feed inlet of the machine.
8. Please do not touch or move any moving part during operation of the machine.
9. Please do not make metal sheet or other conducting material inserted into the
juicer, so as to prevent fire or short circuit.
10. Before the machine is cleaned, moved or it is not used, please pull out the
plug.
11. Please be sure not to put the machine near inflammable goods.
12. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid accident.
13. Please sure to hold the plug with hands when the plug is pulled out, and it is
forbidden to pull the power line or touch the wire with wet hands.
14. Please be sure that the juicer is put on a firm plane before it is used.
15. Please be sure to pull out the power plug after the use.
16. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories
or approaching parts that move in use.
17. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and
before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
18. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord
out of reach of children.
19. This appliances can be used by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance
in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
20. Children shall not play with the appliance.
21. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without
supervision.
Unit Safety Protection and Performance Tips
• Make sure the unit is correctly assembled and the safety locks engaged
• Do not run the juicer empty
• When juicing take regular breaks to avoid motor overheating, do not run for more
than 30 minutes continuously
• Fruit and vegetables must be sliced to prevent overloading the motor. Root

vegetables such as carrots must be cut in strips less than 2cm in diameters
• Always clean the juicer immediately after use

INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing this Balzano product! This slow juicer juices fruits,
vegetables, grasses, leafy greens or creates delicious nut milks with minimal effect.
Product Features
1. Non-grinding juicing method featured by slow squeezing is adopted for the
product, so the natural flavour and nutrient elements of fruits and vegetables are
well retained. The product has multiple functions, including making vegetable juice
and fruit juice, etc.
2. The squeezing cup may be separated with the mainframe, and it is convenient
to clean.
3. Dual-switch design makes the product safer (make the squeezing cup installed
onto the mainframe; apply the front cover of squeezing body, and then turn on
the switch to make the juicer run).

Note: Never run the product without food or before adding the food into the
feeder.
Important: To ensure the product can work properly, make sure the lid to the
container are fully tightened.

Assembling Guide:
Important: Confirm the seal squeezing sheet in the bottom of container before
assembling. If the seal squeezing sheet isn’t fixed well, the juice and pulp cannot
separate and come out from the
outlets correctly.
1. Assemble the filter into the filter supporter. (See Fig 1)
2. Assemble the filter supporter with filter into the container. (See Fig 2)
3. Assemble the container on the main engine. (See Fig 3).
4. Insert the screw into the central of filter support and fix it well. (See Fig 4)
5. Assemble the lid of container to the machine, and clockwise turn to tighten the
locking symbols. (See Fig5)

Instructions during the usage:
Important:
• To prevent short circuit, please do not use wet hands to operate the machine.
• Never run the product without food loaded.
• Do not run the motor more than 15 minutes continuously in one time.
1. Insert the plug after fully assembled, Press ON button to start the machine.
2. Clean the food and chop the suitable size to the feeding tube for later use
• When juicing spinach, please cut the spinach into segments first, and control the
speed of feeding properly.
• When juicing like melon & beet which have thick pericarp, get rid of the pericarp
and fruit grain firstly.
3. Put the food into feeding chute, push the food slowly with pusher. The bigger
feeding whole is suitable for feeding round fruits and vegetables, like apple, pear,
etc. The smaller feeding whole is suitable for feeding ingredients in bar-shape.
4. After squeezing and there is no juice from the juice mouth, push the "REV"
button slightly and release, then take away the cup after the screw stop working.
5. Standby Status：
After assembling, close the power switch SW1, control panel get powered.
The LED digital display is indicated ”00”, the machine in standby status.
6. Working program of three buttons.
A. ON button program:
Gently forward click this button, product begins to work. The LED lamp in this
button is lasting bright in green color. Other green indicating lamps are not bright.
Then, the 2 LED digital display starts counting. It counts in seconds for the first
minute. After being indicated “60”, the digital display resets and counts in minutes.
The maximum timer interval is 15mins. It will exit the program after counting 15mins
continuously, and revert to standby status.( After continuous use 15mins, please
wait for 20mins around, then, restart. This method will extend product lifespan.

B. OFF button program：（Same with standby status of get powered.)
Press “OFF” button when the machine is in working status, no lamps inside this
button, the machine will get back to standby status. 2 LED digital display indicates
“00”.
C. REV button program：
When squeezing not smoothly or block up, press REV button back gently and do
not release. The screw begin to reverse, loosen button and it will stop reverse. The
LED lamp in this button is lasting bright in green color. Other green indicating
lamps are not bright. Then, the 2 LED digital display starts counting. It counts in
seconds for the first minute. After being indicated “60”, the digital display resets
and counts in minutes. The maximum timer interval is 5mins. It will exit the program
after counting 5mins continuously, and revert to standby status. Loose the button,
the machine revert to standby status, 2 LED digital display indicates “00”.The green
lamp inside will be turned off.
D. LED digital display：
In ON and REV program, the LED digital display counts in seconds for the first
minute. After being indicated “60”, the digital display resets and counts in minutes.
The maximum timer interval is 15mins.
E. Operations in case of blocked up:
1. When squeezing not smoothly or block up, press reverse button back gently and
do not release for seconds. The screw begin to reverse, loosen button and it will
stop reverse. Press "ON" button and it will get right to work continuously again.
NOTE: REV button is the inching button.
2. If by pressing REV button doesn’t work, power off and take out the food which
causes block, reinsert the power and try again followed with instructions.
F. Disassemble and Clean
1. Please turn off the power, and then take off the plug before disassemble.
2. Please follow the assembling guide from the opposite direction when disassemble
the machine. (See Fig5，Fig4, Fig3, Fig2, Fig1). When having difficulties to
disassemble the squeezing screw, you can get it out together with the juice
container or press REV button for 2-5 second, then, take it off.
3. Clean all the parts except the main engine in warm water with detergent. Use
the brush to clean and dry them with cloth. If the filter is difficult to get clean,
use the brush, and softly get it clean.

4. Take off the plug before wiping the motor base, always use the wet cloth to
clean, never flush or dip in water.
Tips for choosing suitable fruits for juicing
1. Choosing the fresh fruits & Vegetables; apple, pear, grape, watermelon, Hami
Melon, musk melon, carrot, spinach would be a good option
2. Like Hami melon & beet which have thick pericarp, get rid of the pericarp and
fruit grain Firstly.
3. The juice & taste depend on the kind of apple you choose.
4. The fresh cider will turn brown after oxidation, you can add a few drops of
Lemonade to slow down the juice oxidation
5. Celery & Lettuce are also suitable for juicing.
6. For strawberry, tomato, pineapple, kiwi and orange should be mix the hard fruit
but have heavy juice.
7. Like sugarcane which contain rich fiber fruit is unsuited for juicing
8. For starchy fruit like: banana, pawpaw, avocado, fig, and mango are unsuited for
juicing, you can choose shredder or grater them.
Maintenance and Clean
1. Close the "Switch" and power off before cleaning
2. Cleaning the machine timely and thoroughly after use to prevent dyeing.
3. Do not put the product into water or other liquid. Or washed by water or other
liquid.
4. You can clean the accessories in water except the motor base.
5. You should always take off the plug when not in use
6. Make sure the machine is clean and dry before using
7. If the machine is not use for long time, please keep the machine in dry and
airiness.
8. Take off the plug before wipe the motor base, always use the dry cloth to clean,
never flush or dip in water.
9. Do not put any of the components into the washing machine.

10. Make sure the rubber plug at the bottom of juice container is in correct
position, and clean it timely in case of leakage.
