Thank you for using our slow juicer. In order to correctly use and keep good maintenance of the
product, we have specially prepared this manual. Please carefully read the instructions before using the
product, and properly preserve for future reference.
This specification applies only to our company "JE230-36M01" series of food processing machine.
Our company reserves the right of final interpretation. All content for users to use and maintain reference,
matters, welcome the customers to the company's customer service consulting. Book deficiencies, users

Chapter One – Safety Precautions 18．The product should be stored in places out of children’s reach. Do not let physically-handicapped,
mentally-handicapped, or inexperienced individuals (including children) to use or play with the product. 1．The input voltage is 220-240V~ 50Hz. Please confirm before use.
2．This product belongs to the Y connection. If the power cord is damaged, to avoid danger, it will be
replaced by the manufacturer or its repair department or similar full-time staff.
19．Do not put any component of this product in the dishwasher.
20．This product is only suitable for home use.
3．If this product needs to be repaired, please contact our customer service department, or directly to
the company designated repair place. Do not disassemble by yourself, to avoid danger.
21．Do not heat any component of this product.
22．This product is a Class I appliance. Socket ground must be kept in good grounding.
4．Before any parts removed or installed or adjusted, please be sure to unplug the power cord.
5．Before using, please check the power cord, plug, juice cup, filter, screw and other parts are
damaged or not. Please stop using the product and contact our customer service department for
replacement if there is any damage.

6．Please ensure that the detachable parts installed in place, and the container must be fully tightened
with the container cover before the power supply is switched on, to avoid product work juice leakage, the
container cover of and other abnormal phenomenon.
7．Product is with intelligent protection components. It will stop working if the power is too much.
Please continue to use after waiting for 1 minute, which can extend the service life of the product.
8．Products in the process of work, if there is overload or blockage, it will stop automatically. If it is
still stuck when restarting, it is recommended to clean the feeding mouth ingredients and then rework
again.
9．Food should be cut into small pieces, to be placed in the feeding mouth is appropriate. Please
remove fruit pit, hard seed, thick skin or shell ingredients before processing.
10．This product is not suitable for squeezing very hard, high-fiber ingredients such as ice, coconut
and sugar cane, because these kinds of food is easy to get stuck inside the product. The slag may cause
damage to the components and affect the service life of the product.
11．When adding ingredients, use the pusher with appropriate force. Cut the ingredients into
appropriate size.
12．When working, it is prohibited to put your hand in the feeding mouth to prevent from harm. It is
prohibited to use any object instead of the pusher to push the ingredients contacting the screw, so that the
product will not be damaged.

13．While working, it is strictly prohibited to put your eye close to the feeding mouth.
14．All the parts of the products are not allowed to put into microwave oven to avoid thermal
deformation damage. Materials contacting food comply with food grade certification requirements.

15．After squeezing some ingredients, stain may leave on the filter components, screw, container
cover and other accessories. This is normal and does not affect health.
16．Do not put the main body into water or other liquid, nor rinse in water or other liquid. Each
component is strictly prohibited from cleaning under high temperature above 60 ℃.

Chapter Three – How to Use
Before using the product, please thoroughly wash the parts that will contact the ingredients (see Chapter
Four – Maintenance)
Note: The product is provided with a protective switch. It will not work if the lid is not covered.
How to Use
Please install and use the product according to the following procedures：
3. Place the screw in the center of the filter, then insert it while rotating.

If filter and screw are not installed correctly, the lid will not be covered.
Underneath the cup, there is a silicone pad which allows all the juice to only discharge from the fresh
juice outlet mouth. Be sure that this silicone pad is always at its place before starting to make juice.
The silicone pad is removable, simply grab onto one side of the silicone pad and pull out. You can easily
loose this little silicone pad when cleaning. Therefore take caution when cleaning. Place back the silicone
pad immediately after cleaning the juice cup, so that it will not get lost.
4. Align the triangle on the lid with the unlock mark on the juice container, then rotate it in the clockwise
direction until the triangle aims at the lock mark.

5. Put the juice collect cup and pulp collect cup under the two mouths, and then place the pusher on.

Juice mouth can adjust the quantity of juice with pull-out and easy to clean
Do not put spoon, chopsticks or others into the feeding mouth.

It is recommended to drink the juice as soon as possible.
Chapter Four – Maintenance
1. Turn the product “off” and unplug the power cord before cleaning.
2. Clean the machine timely after use.
3. Do not rinse the main body. Clean it with a wet towel.
6．Connect the power supply.
The product is provided with a protective switch. It will not work if the lid is not covered.
The following parts can be washed under the water or put them into water for cleanin.
Button “ON”：Press it, the product will begin to work. If you want to
stop, press Button “REV” to make the switch back to the "OFF" position. Please DRY the parts after cleaning and do not forget to place back the yellow silicone pad
at the bottom of the cup. Button “REV”： When something is stuck and you need to unclog, press it
and hold. The screw begins to reverse. Release the button and press Button
“ON”, it go back to normal working.
4. It should be kept in a dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
7. Wash the i ngredients and cut them in small pieces, and then put the prepared ingredients into the
feeding mouth.
5. Make sure the machine is clean and dry before storing.
6. Please disassemble according to the reverse order of the assemble method before cleaning.
1) If the ingredients are cut into small pieces, they will fall down and there is no need to use the pusher.
Sometimes you can use the pusher to help it down.
2) Cutting hard vegetables and fruits in smaller pieces will put less strain on the machine and make
juicing easier.
8. Press Button “ON/OFF” when juice is finished and no more juice flowing out. After the motor and
screw stop completely, take the cups away from juice mouth and slag outlet.
