Normal Functions:
Capacity: fingerprint 40pcs, password 40groups, card 40pcs.
Waking up the lock by touching the keypad for 2s.
Press “1#” to enter network connecting (the lock must be haven’t connected any smartphone), 60s is
to timeout.
Press “2#” to set users on the fingerprint lock(it must be before connecting tuya app), the timeout is
10s.
Press “3#” to open normal open mode. (Note: if there is a administrator, need to verifying the
administrator.) The normal open mode will be closed when you open the lock with any valid user
information.
Press “4#” to change language: Chinese/English. (Note: if there is a administrator, need to verifying the
administrator.)
Press “5#” to adjust the volume. There are four levels of volume: 1# to 4#, and the voice is from low to
loud. (Note: if there is a administrator, need to verifying the administrator.)
Press “6#” to restore factory setting( have to close all Phone Bluetooth), the timeout is 10s. If all users
were setting by tuya app.
Click the resetting button which is on the bottom right corner of battery box for 5s to restore factory
setting. If you set up the users information on the fingerprint.
The initial password is 666666.
”*” key is a exit key.
There are two ways to set up users information:
One is setting on the fingerprint lock.
One is setting by tuya smart App. (we recommend you to choose this way to set up users information.)
How to set up users information on the fingerprint lock:
1. waking up the lock by touching keypad for 2s;
2. Press “2#” to enter setting users interface. (if there is a administrator, please verifying the
administrator.)
3. Setting fingerprint user: put your fingerprint to the fingerprint reader for 5 times, until it sounds
entering success.( Note: please make sure the inputting location of the fingerprint is different each time to
insure the integrity of fingerprints)
4. Setting password user: enter 6 bits password for twice,then you will hear entering success.
5. Setting card user: put IC Card on the card area, then you will hear entering success.
6. Setting remote controller(optional):press any button of the remote controller.
7. Connecting the lock with tuya smart app: please refer to the following steps.
How to set up users information by tuya smart app:
1. App Installation
1)Download and install the "Tuya Smart" APP from the application market.
2)After installation, follow the prompts to register and log in.

2. Connect the lock with tuya smart app:
1) Open the Bluetooth and Location of your smartphone
2) Waking up the lock and press “1#”
3) Open tuya smart app, the device will automatically pop up, the device name is "smart-lock", please add
the device.
3. Member Management
1) Add Family Member:
Click "Member Management" on the unlock interface and select "+" in the upper right corner of the
interface. Please select “Family Member” and click “Add” to add a family member. Please enter your family
name and his account of tuya smart app, then click “save”, and he will receive your invitation.
When your family member receive your invitation, and click the invitation message, and click “accept”, (or
go to "Me"→"Home Management”→Find the family where they are located, and accept the invitation),
then they have been shared the lock. Then they can click the lock name to enter the lock’s operation
interface to open the lock.

2) Add other member (for limited time users)
Click "Member Management" on the unlock interface and select "+" in the upper right corner of the
interface. Please select “other Member” and click “Add” to add an other member. The time limit and
effective date must be set.
These other members can’t open the lock when the lock is out off power. The administrator have to update
data by tuya app, then these other member can open the lock.

4. Setting up user information
Click “settings” on the unlock interface
1) Setting up fingerprint users:
Select “fingerprint management” on the settings page, then click “add fingerprint” to select user( if you
haven’t set up a administrator on the fingerprint lock, you must select the administrator user.) Please
follow the prompts to put your fingerprint to the fingerprint reader for 5 times, then will hear entering
success.( Note: please make sure the inputting location of the fingerprint is different each time to insure
the integrity of fingerprints)

2) Setting up password users:
Select “password management” on the settings page, then click “add password” to select user, then
following the prompts to enter 6 bits password and user’s name (password can be randomly generated or
entered by the user),and click save, then will hear entering success.
Phantom passwords Length is 20 bits.
3) Setting up card users:
Select “card management” on the settings page, then click “add card” to select user, then following the
prompts to put IC card on the card area of the fingerprint lock. You will hear entering success, then enter
card use’s name and click “Done”.

4) Generate dynamic passwords:
On the unlock interface, swipe your finger left to enter the next interface and click "Obtain dynamic
password" to generate a dynamic password.
Enter the password on the lock to open the lock.

Restore factory settings and unbind
There are two methods to operate.
1.Operate in the lock:
1)Click the resetting button which is on the bottom right corner of battery box for 5s to restore factory
setting. (if you set up users information on the fingerprint lock, you can restore factory setting on lock by
this way).
2)Press “6#” to restore factory setting( have to close all Phone Bluetooth), the timeout is 10s. (if y ou set up
users information by tuya app).
2.Operate in the app:
The lock is connected to the Tuya APP.
On the unlock page, click the “edit”on the top right corner,then click” remove device”--”Disconnect and
wipe data”--”confirm”.The lock will be completely restored to factory settings.
