Assembly Instructions
Swing-Out Round Picnic Table

Before assembly, be sure that all components are included.
AA –1 table top
AB –3 bench seats
AC –3 table legs
AD –center table leg brace
AE –3 bench legs

AK –3 support braces #1
AL –3 support braces #2
BA –24 - 5mm x12.5mm carriage bolts
BB –24 - M5 center lock nuts
BD - 3 cotter keys
RA –24 - 1/4”x 1/2”screws
RC -12 - 5mm cap nuts
RD –3 flat washers
RE - 33 - #8 x 1/2” screws
Tools needed:
1- Phillips screwdriver, 1 - adjustable wrench, 1 - 5/16” wrench

Step 1:
Turn a table leg (AC) upside down. Place a foot cap (AH) on the bottom of each leg.
Secure each foot cap with two #8 x 1/2” screws (RE). Repeat for the other two legs.
Step 2:
Turn table legs right side up. Attach a center leg brace (AD) to each table leg as
shown. Ensure the end of the brace angles upwards. Secure with two #8 x 1/2”(RE)
screws. Repeat for remaining legs.
Note: Completely tighten both screws, and then loosen them one full turn.

Step 3:
Stand table leg assemblies in a circle with the braces pointing in towards the center.
Step 4:
While standing between the two legs, line up the end hole on the right brace with the
middle hole on the left brace as shown. Secure with one #8 x 1/2”screw (RE).
Note: The center leg braces are joined together always in a right over left format. Do
not completely tighten the screws. This will be done in a later step.

Step 5:
Move clockwise and stand between the next pair of legs. Line up the end hole on the
right brace with the middle hole on the left brace as shown. Secure with one #8 x 1/2”
screw (RE).
Note: Do not completely tighten the screws.This will be done in a later step.
Step 6:
Move clockwise and stand between the last pair of legs. Line up the end hole on the
right brace with the middle hole on the left brace as shown. Secure with one #8 x 1/2”
screw (RE). Set aside assembly.
Note: Do not completely tighten the screws. This will be done in a later step.

Step 7:
Two sets of 3 support braces (AK and AL) come with your picnic table. Set (AK)
comes with 2 bolts next to each other (one of the bolts is gold colored). Set (AL)
comes with 2 bolts about 12” from each other.
Step 8:
Place a support brace (AK) onto the underside of the table top (AA) and lightly secure
the brace with one 1/4"x 1/2” screw (RA).
Note: Do not completely tighten the screw. This will be done in a later step.

Step 9:
Place a support brace (AL) over the support brace (AK) and lightly secure the brace to
the table top (AA) with one 1/4” x 1/2” screw (RA).
Note: Do not completely tighten the screws. This will be done in a later step.
Step 10:
Continue on to the next support braces, repeating Step 9 instructions.
Note: Do not completely tighten the screws. This will be done in a later step.

Step 11:
Continue on to the next support braces, repeating Step 9 instructions.

Step 13:
Remove the first 1/4”x 1/2”(RA) screw and gently tilt the support brace (AK) and slide
the last support brace (AL) into place. Replace the first 1/4” x 1/2”screw (RA) into the
first support brace (AK). Finally, secure the last support brace (AL) to the table top.
Note: Completely tighten all screws.
Step 14:
Secure support braces (AL) to (AK) using three flat washers (RD) and three 5mm cap
nuts (RC).
Note: Completely tighten all cap nuts (RE).
