TT FSM Card Reader
TT FSM is a device equipped with a micro database, which can handle two-
wire online/offline communication. The Access PDKS utilities allow event
recording the pass movements, including date, time, direction and card ID
information, through a dedicated RTC (Real Time Clock) and Flash Memory. In
Offline mode, the authorized user details are defined through PC/Server/Host.
In Online mode, the identification is completely performed by PC or the
server. If no response is received from PC/Server/Host, it allows offline pass
control.
It is possible to connect 8 units of TT FSM to a single line. The maximum
distance should be 100m. The line termination impedance is 120Ω.

SAFETY MEASURES
The following safety measures will extend the usable life of your device. Please follow
all the measures and instructions. Consult to a qualified person for all the service needs other
than those described herein.
Before the cleaning works, be sure to disconnect the power cables. Use
a clean cellulose sponge or wash leather cloth and a few drops of lukewarm water to wipe
clean the instrument, and dehumidify it by a dry cloth.
 DO NOT PLACE the unit on any working surface that is not flat or stable. Call
the service station if the casing is damaged.
 DO NOT STOP any object onto the unit, and do not scratch the unit with a
foreign substance.
 DO NOT EXPOSE the unit to dirty or dusty spaces. Do not operate the unit if
there is a gas leak.
 Keep the unit away from the strong magnetic or electrical fields.
 Do not press or TOUCH the display panel.
 DO NOT USE the unit in the vicinity of fuels, rainy or humid zones.
 SAFE TEMPERATURE: -10C to %70 C operating temperature range.

DO NOT DISPOSE the unit in the public garbage fields. This unit has been designed with
the recyclable parts and components. The crossed garbage box symbol means that the product
(electrical and electronic equipment, and mercury containing cells and batteries) should not be
disposed with the household wastes.
DO NOT DISPOSE the batteries together with the urban wastes. The crossed wheel
garbage box symbol means that the batteries should not be disposed with the municipal wastes.

 Offline Mode
When the card is read, if it is authorized, the green light flashes up to draw
the relay for the specified time out. If no pass is authorized, then the red
light flashes. The card ID, date, time, pass direction are recorded in the unit
database.
 Online Authorization
The card is queused through the PC/server/host, and the blue light is up. If
no response is received within the specified timeout period, the offline pass
check is enabled. The after-pass authorization light codes are the same with
the offline mode. No log data is stored by the unit.
 Online Info
It decides in offline mode. The pass information is also transmitted to
PC/server/host. (Monitoring mode) Log is stored onboard.
 Service Mode
The unit is set in this mode when an update is in progress in the unit, and in
this case, no card is read, nor no pass is allowed.
