FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:
The device MiniControllerDMX is planned to control lamps using the DMX512 communication protocol.
MiniControllerDMX has three different operating mode: MANUAL, AUTOMATIC, PROGRAMMING, all selectable by the
MODE button.
MANUAL MODE:
In the manual mode you can select (by pressing the button SEL/RUN, DEV on the display) the device you want to use,
from 1 to 10, or use all of them at the same time. With the buttons + and -/LOOP (COL+ and COL- on the display) you
can select one of the 35 pre-setted colour or switch off the selected lamp. The selected colour for every device will stay in
memory and doesn’t change the colour of the other devices.

AUTOMATIC:
In the automatic mode you can select one of the 20 chase in the memory (5 pre-setted and 15 programmable in the
progreamming mode) by using the CHASE button and run it or stop by pressing the SEL/RUN button.
Every selected chase will run one time for every pression of the button or can run continuously by using the loop function
with the -/LOOP button. The single arrow shown on the display under the A letter means the chase will run a single time,
the double arrow means loop function activated. To stop the loop function or the single chase use the button SEL/RUN.

PROGRAMMING:
In the programming mode you can create the desired chase, you can recall them by the automatic funzion..
The screen displayed it looks a little bit complicated of the previous two, and allow to set all the parameters of the colour
changing.
The button CHASE (PARA on the display) allow to select the three main parameters of the first line, which are: Tsxx (time
of fade in/out, up to 30 seconds), Tfxx (time of permanence of the colour, up to 30 seconds), COLxx (one of the 35 pre-
setted colours).
The button SEL/RUN (SEL on the display) allow to select and change the three parametes of the second line, which are:
Cxx (one of the 20 chases), Sxx (one of the 10 scenes), Dxx (one of the devices or all of them).

HOW TO PROGRAM A CHASE:
1 - push the MODE button until a “P” appears in the middle of the display
2 - push the SEL/RUN button to select the “Cxx” (CHASE number xx)
3 - push the bitton + or -/LOOP to select the CHASE you want to program (from C06 to C20)
4 - push the SEL/RUN button to select the “Sxx” (SCENE number xx)
5 - push the + or -/LOOP button to select the desired SCENE (from S01 to S10)
6 - push the SEL/RUN button to select the “Dxx” or “Dall” (DEVICE number xx or all the devices together)
7 - push the + or -/LOOP button to select the desired DEVICE (from D01 to D10 or Dall for all of them together)
8 - push the CHASE button to select the “TSxx” (fade in/out time of the colour)
9 - push the + o -/LOOP button to select the time of the fade in/out (from 0 to 30 seconds)
10 -push the CHASE button to select the “TFxx” (permanence time of the colour)
11 -push the + o -/LOOP button to select the time of permanence of the colour (from 0 to 30 seconds)
12 -push the CHASE button to select the “COLxx” (colour from COL00 to COL35)
13 -push the + o -/LOOP button to select the desired colour (one of the 35 pre-setted colour, or COL00 which is off)
Now the first step of the chase is setted, please repeat the step from number 4 for the desired step (up to 10).
To close a CHASE is enough to let the last scene with all the parameters COLxx, TFxx and TSxx setted on “0”.
To modify a scene or a chase you can go through the parameters, select the one you want to change with the SEL/RUN
button and change the value with the + or -/LOPP button.
