•Make sure bowl or jars are locked firmly in place before turning on the appliance.
•Keep appliance away from direct sunlight and other sources of heat (stove, heater, etc.).
•Do not cover appliance while it is in use as it is a fire risk.
•Do not run power cord over sharp edges/corners or a hot surface.
•Do not pull or carry appliance by the power cord.
•Do not immerse the appliance or power cord in water or any other liquid.
•Do not spill water on the electrical components or connectors.
•Do not unplug the appliance by pulling on the power cord. Always grasp the plug firmly and pull straight
out from the outlet.
•Take extreme care when handling blades or discs as they are very sharp.
•Do not operate this appliance with no load or overloaded.
•Maximum volume of ingredients should not exceed the max level indicated on the bowl and jars.
•Do not open the lid while the appliance is in operation.
•Do not insert your hand or an object into the appliance while it is in operation.
•Do not move this appliance or touch any of its components while it is plugged in or in motion.
•Always unplug appliance and wait until moving parts stop before reaching into unit with hands or an object.
•Do not use if the plug or any components are damaged.
•Do not use any accessory or fitting other than original accessories and fittings.
•Do not use this appliance with an external switching device or timer.
•If the unit overheats, stop use for about 20 minutes. Do not operate the appliance until it has cooled.

MODE: Enable preset modes (pulse, crush ice, or smoothie)
•PULSE: Press and hold to mix a short interval at a time.
•CRUSH ICE: Use with blender jar only. Press to start/stop crushing ice function.
•SMOOTHIE: Use with blender jar only. Press to start/stop smoothie function.
1. Remove all packaging and accessories. Inspect appliance to make sure it is in good condition.
2. Wash accessories and attachments with warm water and mild detergent. Allow parts to dry.
3. Wipe exterior of unit with a damp cloth and allow to dry.
4. Place appliance on a stable and level surface.
5. Arrange appliance so it is at least 12 inches away from other kitchen appliances.
NOTE: Unit may give o a slight odor during first use. This is normal and should fade over time.

NOTE: Bowl and jars must be firmly locked in order to operate appliance.
1. Position the bowl or jar on the unit at the 2-o’clock position, then rotate it 45° clockwise to the 3-o’clock
position until it locks in place.
2. If applicable, position the lid on the bowl at the 2-o’clock position, then rotate it 45° clockwise to the
3-o’clock position until it locks in place. The lid and feeding chute will line up with the handle.
SAFETY LOCK
• Make sure that your workspace is clean and free of grease and dirt.
•Do not wear a tie or loose clothing when operating appliance. Tie long hair back to avoid contact
with appliance.
•After processing two batches, let appliance cool to room temperature before continuing use.
•Make sure hot ingredients are cooled before processing or mixing. Do not pour hot liquid into appliance
as it could eject due to sudden steaming.
•Cut large ingredients into smaller pieces (approximately 1” x 1”) to ensure they fit through the feeding chute.
•Run appliance at short intervals (pulse) when chopping hard ingredients.
•If using blade hook or dough hook and spindle attachment, make sure to install accessories before
adding ingredients to the bowl.
•Do not use the blade hook to chop hard ingredients such as coee beans, nutmeg, turmeric, or ice
cubes as this will dull the blade.
•If chopping onions, use the pulse function to make sure the onions are not too finely chopped.
•Only crush ice with the blender jar. Do not crush ice with food processor bowl or grinder jar.
•If food sticks to the blade or inside of the food processor, switch o the unit, remove the lid, and
dislodge the food with the spatula.
•If material jams the motor during operation, immediately turn unit o, pull the plug, remove the
container, and carefully remove the jammed material. Continue use after the motor has cooled.
•Never switch o appliance by detaching blender jar or food processor bowl. Always turn o by turning
speed knob to o and unplugging.
•Turn appliance o, unplug, and clean appliance after every use.

1. Insert the part N spindle. Place the part C food
processor bowl and turn it clockwise to lock it
in place.
2. Place the part O spindle attachment and part P
blade hook or part Q dough hook.
3. Place ingredients into food processor bowl.
Place the part B lid and turn it clockwise to
lock it in place.
4. Place part A food pusher in the feeding chute.
Turn speed dial or use pulse mode.
a. If needed, add ingredients through the
feeding chute and use the food pusher to
push ingredients down.
b. Use low setting for kneading dough.
5. Once finished, switch o and unplug.
Remove the lid and carefully take out the
spindle attachment and blade/dough hook.
Unlock the food processor bowl and remove
ingredients with the spatula.

1. Insert the part N spindle. Place the part C
food processor bowl and turn it clockwise
to lock it in place.
2. Slide the back tab of your desired disc
attachment into the part G disc, then snap
the attachment into place. Place the disc
onto the spindle.
3. Place the part B lid and turn it clockwise
to lock it in place.
4. Turn speed dial to low or medium.
Add ingredients through the feeding chute
and use the part A food pusher to carefully
push ingredients through the spinning disc.
a. When shredding hard cheese, run
appliance at short intervals.
b. Do not use disc to shred chocolate.
5. Once finished, switch o and unplug.
Carefully remove the lid and disc. Unlock the
food processor bowl and remove ingredients
with the spatula.

BLADE HOOK & DOUGH HOOK CUTTING DISCS

Use the emulsifying disc to whisk/whip thin liquids
such as cream or egg whites.
1. Insert the part N spindle. Place the part C food
processor bowl and turn it clockwise to lock it
in place.
2. Place the part O spindle attachment and part F
emulsifying disc.
3. Place ingredients into food processor bowl.
Place the part B lid and turn it clockwise to lock
it in place.
4. Place part A food pusher in the feeding chute.
Turn speed dial to high.
a. If needed, add ingredients through the feeding
chute and use the food pusher to push
ingredients down.
5. Once finished, switch o and unplug. Remove the
lid and carefully take out the spindle attachment
and emulsifying disc. Unlock the food processor
bowl and remove ingredients with the spatula.
1. Insert the part N spindle. Place the part C
food processor bowl and turn it clockwise
to lock it in place.
2. Place the part M juicer bowl and turn it
clockwise to lock it in place. It will line up
with the handle. Place the part L citrus
cone onto the spindle.
3. Turn speed dial to low.
4. Cut the fruit in half and press the flesh of
the fruit into the citrus cone.
5. Once finished, switch o and unplug.
Remove the citrus cone and juicer bowl.
Unlock the food processor bowl and pour
out juice.

EMULSIFYING DISC CITRUS JUICER

Use the twin beater to whisk or mix light
mixtures such as cream, egg whites, or milk.
1. Insert the part N spindle. Place the part C food
processor bowl and turn it clockwise to lock it
in place.
2. Place ingredients into food processor bowl.
Place the part K twin beater onto the spindle.
3. Place the part B lid and turn it clockwise to
lock it in place.
4. Place part A food pusher in the feeding chute.
Turn speed dial.
a. If needed, add ingredients through the
feeding chute and use the food pusher to
push ingredients down.
5. Once finished, switch o and unplug. Remove
the lid and twin beater. Unlock the food
processor bowl and remove ingredients with
the spatula.
1. Place ingredients into the part E blender jar.
2. Place part D blender lid and turn it clockwise
to lock it in place.
a. A measuring cup is included with the
blender lid. Twist the measuring cup
clockwise to attach it to the lid.
3. Place the blender jar on the unit and turn it
clockwise to lock it in place.
4. Turn speed dial or use modes.
a. If needed, add ingredients through the
hole in the lid.
b. Use blender a maximum of 2 minutes at
a time.
5. Once finished, switch o and unplug.
Remove the lid, unlock the blender jar, and
remove ingredients with the spatula.

GRINDER MILL
1. Hold the part R grinder jar upside down and place ingredients into the grinder jar. Place the part S
grinder blades and turn it counterclockwise to lock it in place.
2. Place the assembled grinder mill onto the unit and turn it clockwise to lock it in place.
3. Turn speed dial to high or use pulse mode.
a. Use grinder mill a maximum of 30 seconds at a time.
4. Once finished, switch o and unplug. Remove the grinder mill, turn the grinder blades clockwise to
unlock it, and remove ingredients.

NOTE: Do not immerse or soak the unit in water or any other liquid.
•Unplug the appliance before cleaning or storage.
•Add clean water and mild detergent to the bowl or jar and hold the pulse button to clean the interior.
Repeat if necessary.
•Wipe the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth.
•Clean bowl, jars, and attachments with warm water, mild detergent, and a soft cloth or sponge.
•Be careful not to cut yourself when cleaning blades.
•Do not clean with steel wool, abrasive detergents, or corrosive liquids like gasoline or acetone.
•Place unit and attachments in a cool, well-ventilated place to dry.
•Store appliance in a clean, dry place away from the reach of children.

All items can be returned for any reason within 60 days of the receipt and will receive a full refund as long
as the item is returned in its original product packaging and all accessories from its original shipment are
included. All returned items will receive a full refund back to the original payment method. All returned
items will not be charged a re-stocking fee.
All returned items require an RA (Return Authorization) number, which can only be provided by a Best
Choice Products Customer Service Representative when the return request is submitted. Items received
without an RA may not be accepted or may increase your return processing time. Once an item has been
received by Best Choice Products, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5 business days.
All returns must be shipped back to the Best Choice Products Return Center at the customer’s expense. If
the reason for return is a result of an error by Best Choice Products then Best Choice Products will provide
a pre-paid shipping label via email. Boxes for return shipping will not be provided by Best Choice Products,
and is the customer’s responsibility to either use the original shipping boxes or purchase new boxes.
Pictures may be required for some returns to ensure an item is not damaged prior to its return. Items
returned are not considered undamaged until they are received by Best Choice Products and verified as
such. All damages to items are the customer’s responsibility until the item has been received by and
acknowledge by Best Choice Products as undamaged.
