This product consist of oil gun, digital meter, inlet oil hose, cam measure (low, medium and high viscosity),
liquid and non flammable fuel accurately. These include lubrication oil, antifreeze liquid and other liquids.
The electronic system of microprocessor have function with display control and calibration. This kind of oil
meter gun is an integration of oval gear flow meter with high precision.

b) The power consumption is extremely low, it will become power down mode if it does not work.
c) It has fixed memory to save total oil amount data, it can preserve the total amount and primary parameters
even if the power interrupts completely long time.
d) Set parameter by user, more convenient operation.

The measurement system is based on the bore of the oil meter which contains two elliptical gears. The gear will
rotate when the oil flows through the bore of gun. The flow of oil is the same at each rotation. When gears
rotate, the generated pulse signal will be recorded to processes by a microprocessor. The magnetic coupling
function between gear with magnet and magnetic switch out of the bore of gun not only guarantees the bore
of gun leak-proof quality, but also ensures the pulse which produced by gear rotation will transmit to the
microprocessor on circuit board. The microprocessor has been converted the pulse into the volume of fuel by
adjusting parameters properly and displayed on the screen.
The measurement grease gun is adjusted with 10W-40 oil before leaving the factory. Each one has primary
parameter. It can be adjusted on spot and would maintain the best function that can be used to measure the
volume of oil if needs.
Please adjust on spot if operators want to measure precisely as the oil viscosity of factory may be dierent.
For dierent customers, due to the use of oil specifications are not the same, usually before use, for the oil flow
corrections in order to achieve the actual amount of oil and the meter display value of the same or close to
(reduce error).
Usually, when the oil meter was equipped with battery (automatically reads the parameters), it will show some
data on the screen, if the shown data is Error (Err), Please reset the data according to the below instructions.
Operation Methods:
1. First enter into the operation status, then press button “Total”.
2. Still into the operation status, press the button “Reset” for 2 seconds, then the flow meter will get into the
Setting Status.
3. Press the “Reset” button for another 2 seconds, now the flow meter will show new data on the screen.
4. The current display is clear and the cumulative is clear, for example: the initial image is above 0.75 and 2.5
as cumulative data. As the pictures below:
Picture A: 0.75 means current filling volume, while the number 2.5 means till now the total filling volume is 2.5L.
Picture B: means the current filling data is 0.00

IMPORTANT - If you want to clear the total filling data, please operate as below:
a) Press and hold the Reset button until you see Picture C, and then click the Reset button, until you see
Picture D.
b) Then click the Reset button, it will show Picture E, press the left button (Total) and then long hold down
the Reset key, the screen will show Picture F and Picture G, which means the cumulative is clear,
complete and save.
5. If the instrument does not operate for 10 seconds, it will automatically enter the sleep state
(power saving mode), when any button is pressed, automatically enter the running state,
now you can start to work.
6. When the battery is getting low, the flow meter will show L1-L0 flashing, this means the you need to
replace the battery.
7. After 30 seconds of oil filling the device will save the data automatically.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. According to the requirements, before operation, please prepare an appropriate standard of measuring
capacity (such as 5L).
2. The current value should be cleared, as shown in Picture 1, the oil gas handle filled on certain amounts of oil
into the cup, (such as 3L), then the screen will appear on the corresponding value of filled (such as 3.26)
as shown in Picture 2.
a) Press two buttons about 5-10 seconds at the same time to enter Set State (Picture 3).
b) Press Reset to select unit (LIT, GAL, QTS, etc. as in Picture 2.

c) Press two buttons at the same time to select decimal digits of actual oil amount delivered
(Max: 3 decimal digits), Picture 4.
d) Then press two keys at the same time to set factor, Picture 6.
3. Press the Reset button (not for long, press the Reset button to prevent the current oil reset), as shown
in Picture 3, press the Reset button, Picture 4 will appear, then press again the Reset button, the screen will
show Picture 5, keep pressing the Reset button until Picture 6 appears.

Picture 6: Factor display. The 002500 is actual oil amount delivered. The factor will be changed automatically
when inputting actual oil amount delivered.
4. Required oil until, press the Total button, the first digit flicker and then determined by Total, so the number
third is back, until a bit “0” digital flicker, press Reset key, the digits change until the required oil, press Total
to confirm and lead to the next digit and so on. (Small digital display parameters is changed with above
injection quantity change). After, If you do not need to change other values, as shown in Picture 7, then
press Reset to switch to the next, until the screen shows Picture 8 & 9 and save settings.
Note: In above correction parameters, press Total, the bottom of the cumulative and instantaneous mutual switch,
Reset: clear the current amount.
Back to start running state. According to the oil injection method, the vector cup must reach certain value of oil
(such as 3L), then the screen will appear on the corresponding value of a cup of oil filling, if the dierence is large,
according to the above method and then set the operation time, until the oil and numerical display can be
quite similar.

a) The flow-meter, according to the appropriate oil adjustment within the system itself, there is a trac
parameter value (gear rotates a cycle pulse oil value) set values, such as 000236, as shown in Picture 10,
customers can change according to their own requirements.
For example, the need to display a large number of changes, such as 000242, in accordance with the above
point 4, hold down the Reset button 2 seconds, the instruments automatically enters the set state to change.
As shown in Picture 11.
Note: After, hold the Reset for 2 seconds, the instrument will re save the new parameters, into the normal state,
as shown in Picture 12.
b) If there is errors on filling rate parameters (the factory has set a numerical table) into other codes, 005374,
at the same time, can also be adjusted according to the same method, until the actual injection quantity and
injection quantity display, basically the same, to determine the parameters saved successfully qualified.
Note: Before you start filling oil, please rectify it for several times until it is completed to number you would
like to fill.
SENSOR DEBUGGING
Press right key to clear actual oil amount, get some oil (note: oral gear should rotate one cycle at least),
press left key for 3 seconds (do not loosen) all the time and see, If 10000 or 9999 or 10001 is shown on display,
the sensor is normal, but if the value is less 2 or more than actual value, so one sensor is not normal. Oral gear
turning one cycle can produce 8 signals. You can debug by hand. After you see the sensor record, press left key
for 3 seconds, and do not loosen, the instrument will be back to running state. (Note: instrument at work, must
be in the running state).
1. The body of the oil gun is made of high quality aluminum alloy with casting molding and the internal parts of
gun is made by CNC with high precision, using import ring can ensure good sealing function. The inlet of gun
is stalled with rotating filter connector, oil gun and connecting hose, can rotate and change direction freely.
The connector can be installed and took apart easily and then clear oil dust in a more convenient and quick
operation.
2. The outlet oil mouth of gun can use structure of self-control and self-locking, control switch button and
locking to achieve stop dispensing oil quickly. The internal import sealing ring of mouth can extend
service life. Outlet oil hose is made of steel elbow pipe and hose kits, and can be available on users.
3. Operation on digital measurement oil meter gun.
Connect inlet oil connector, catch handle of oil gun by your right hand, when dispensing, press switch by
your thumb (at this time the locking button will lock switch), supply oil continuously, see the value on flow
meter, if the value will be up to the amount set, press locking with your thumb and then switch is
out of work to stop filling oil. If you need to fill the oil again, you can press switch button again until finishing
oil supply.
The product has passed performance test of dispensing oil continuously, switch control and entire life,
no leaking and sticking.

This product needs regular maintenance:
When signal of battery become flashing, you must replace new battery.
To replace the battery use a screwdriver to remove two batteries and tighten screw and replace battery directly,
(battery specification: Duracell or NanFu 7), Please notice the pole of battery when replacing, see picture below:
To clear internal parts of meter:
Place oil gun on clean and soft cloth, twist o eight screws on the seal-oil bottom cover and take away the
bottom cover and the seal ring, take out the gear, clear the place that needs clean pay attention to not destroy
the gear and the survey cavity chest where the left gear loads with the magnet and it forward down with the
magnet, shown in right picture.
The left gear must be installed vertically with the right gear. Make sure the gear turns freely before covering.
Please close the gas source when current capacity drops obviously, buckle the oil gun main trigger and release
press completely, then unload the oil hose from the handle, take out the strainer, install it after careful clean.
The joint between the inlet oil hose and the oil gun is not suitable to twist too tightly to avoid to damage
the filter. Generally screw tightly by hand, then use the spanner to twist the half-turn.
When use or maintenance, please get light. Please lay aside in steady place to prevent injuring by falling down
after use.

If it does not work, please release the pressure by buckling the oil gun trigger.
Digital measurement oil meter gun should be calibrated for one time every half a year at least,
calibration frequency should be increased on special circumstance.
Note: Do not clean plastic parts using alcohol and chemical liquids, avoid touching rain and sunshine straightly.
