Video Intercom Systems (BA Multi-Tenant/BE Villa)
Villa Indoor Monitor (4-Wire, Model No. BE-XXX-XV)
The indoor monitor included with the Villa system has four illuminated
buttons on the face, and three scrolling adjusters on the edge
for Volume, Brightness, and Contrast.
The blue illuminated buttons from left to right are Monitor,
Alarm/Concierge (if applicable), Unlock, and Talk/Listen.
For an incoming call, press Talk to answer then talk as you would
normally.
You may press Unlock only during the initial ring or during the call to
release the door latch to allow entry.
Press the Monitor button to view the camera at the door station any time the monitor is off.
To change the Volume, press and hold Talk until you hear the tone, then press Monitor to cycle through the
different volume levels. Once chosen, hold Talk again to save your selection.
Indoor Monitor Recording
If your Villa system includes the optional Picture Memory room station (Model No. BE-XXX-XRV), there are 5
buttons on the side of the panel for controlling this feature (Menu, Up, Down, Left, Right). With this
feature, the monitor will record one still image for each call that is received at that station. While
the display is active, you can scroll through past images using the controls. You may also adjust
additional settings (date/time, display settings, etc.) using the on-screen menus.
Multi-Tenant Indoor Monitor (2-Wire, Model No. BA-XXX-XX)
The indoor monitor included with the Multi-Tenant system has four illuminated buttons on the face, and
