Monitor Alarm Unlock Talk
Monitor: In standby, push monitor button to view camera
Alarm: Push and hold alarm button to activate alarm sound at door panel
Unlock: During conversation will unlock front door if electric strike lock is
used
Talk: Answers call from door panel
To change volume level on monitor, push and hold monitor button
for 3 seconds. Press monitor button to increase level one at a
time. To lock in volume level press and hold monitor button for 3
seconds.

1 year warranty for all products. At our sole discretion, we will eit er
replace or repair any door station, monitor, power supply or
accessory wit out c arge if proven defective in material,
workmans ip or operation for a period of (1) year, subject to
warranty conditions and exceptions.
If during t e warranty period we cannot repair your product, we will
eit er replace it wit a working product of t e same model or if t e
same model is not available, wit a comparable product.

Warranty & Return Policy
Items in t is order are electronic. BEC’s return policy “Does Not”
allow for t e return of electronic equipment t at as been installed
and/or used.
1. Inspect all boxes as soon as t ey are received. We will not
replace missing or damaged items if we are not informed about t e
discrepancy upon receipt of t e order.
2. Any returned product must be in its original undamaged boxes,
wit all accessories, packaging, manuals and undamaged.
3. After 30 days, returns will be evaluated on an individual basis
and restocking/s ipping fees may apply. Special order items cannot
be returned. You must obtain an RMA number from us prior to
returning any items to BEC Integrated Solutions, LLC..
