lesen Sie vor Verwendung des Gerätes die in
dieser Bedienungsanleitung enthaltenen Hin-
weise zu Inbetriebnahme, Sicherheit, bestim-
mungsgemäßem Gebrauch sowie Reinigung
und Pege.
Schlagen Sie die Ausklappseiten am Anfang
und Ende der Bedienungsanleitung heraus,
um die Abbildungen während des Lesens se-
hen zu können.
Bewahren Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung für
den späteren Gebrauch auf und geben Sie
diese mit dem Gerät an Nachbesitzer weiter.
Sicherheitshinweise
Kontrollieren Sie das Gerät vor der
Verwendung auf äußere sichtbare Schä-
den. Nehmen Sie ein beschädigtes Ge-
rät nicht in Betrieb.
Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8
Jahren und darüber sowie von Personen
mit verringerten physischen, sensori-
schen oder mentalen Fähigkeiten oder
Mangel an Erfahrung und/oder Wissen
benutzt werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt

zer entstehen. Zudem erlischt der Ge-
währleistungs- oder Garantieanspruch.
Eine Reparatur des Gerätes wäh-
rend der Gewährleistungs- oder Garan-
tiezeit darf nur von einem vom Hersteller
autorisierten Kundendienst vorgenom-
men werden, sonst besteht bei Beschä-
digungen und nachfolgenden Störungen
kein Gewährleistungs- oder Garantiean-
spruch mehr.
Defekte Bauteile dürfen nur gegen
Original-Ersatzteile ausgetauscht wer-
den. Nur bei diesen Teilen ist gewähr-
leistet, dass die Sicherheitsanforderun-
gen erfüllt werden.
Verwenden Sie dieses Gerät nicht
zusammen mit einer externen Zeitschalt-
uhr oder einem separaten Fernwirksys-
tem.
Bei Stromausfall trennen Sie das
Gerät vom Netz, um ein unbeabsichtig-
tes Wiedereinschalten des Gerätes zu
vermeiden.

ACHTUNG
►Ziehen Sie die Anschlussleitung
immer am Netzstecker aus der Steck-
dose, nicht an der Netzleitung selbst.
►Stecken Sie keine Gegenstände in
die Öffnungen oder die Lüftungsgitter.
►Halten Sie das Gerät frei von
Staub, Flusen, Haaren und allem, was
den Luftstrom einschränkt.
►Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht in die
Nähe von leicht einziehbaren Materiali-
en, wie z.B. Stoffen.
►Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen der
Oberächen keine scharfen Gegen-
stände oder scheuernde/polierende
Reinigungsmittel.
►Transportieren Sie das Gerät nicht
am Netzkabel oder am Luftring.
►Gerät immer erst am Bedienfeld
ausschalten und die Nachlaufzeit
abwarten, bevor Sie das Gerät am
Haupt-Ein-/Ausschalter abschalten
und den Netzstecker ziehen.
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Dieses Gerät ist zum Erzeugen von kaltem
Luftstrom für die Verwendung im Haushalt
oder ähnlichen, nicht gewerblichen Bereichen
bestimmt, wie zum Beispiel Personalküchen
in Läden, Cafés, Büros oder einem ande-
ren beruichen Umfeld; landwirtschaftliche
Anwesen; Nutzung durch Gäste in Hotels,
Motels oder anderen Wohnanlagen; Bed and
Breakfast-Gasthäuser.
Eine andere oder darüber hinausgehende
Benutzung gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß.

Von dem Gerät können bei nicht bestim-
mungsgemäßer Verwendung und/oder an-
dersartiger Nutzung Gefahren ausgehen.

GEFAHR

wenn die Netzleitung oder der Netzste-

►Öffnen Sie auf keinen Fall das
Gehäuse des Gerätes. Werden span-
nungsführende Anschlüsse berührt
und der elektrische und mechanische
Aufbau verändert, besteht Strom-
schlaggefahr.
►Tauchen Sie das Gerät oder den
Netzstecker niemals in Wasser oder
andere Flüssigkeiten. Es besteht Le-
bensgefahr.
►Fassen Sie das Netzkabel nicht
mit nassen Händen an, wenn Sie
das Gerät von der Stromversorgung
trennen.
►Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus
der Steckdose,
–wenn Sie das Gerät nicht benutzen,
–wenn während des Betriebes eine
Störung auftritt,
–bevor Sie das Gerät reinigen.

nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung
sind ausgeschlossen.
Das Risiko trägt allein der Betreiber.
Anforderungen an den Aufstellort
Für einen sicheren und fehlerfreien Betrieb
des Gerätes muss der Aufstellort folgende
Voraussetzungen erfüllen:
Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine feste, tro-
ckene und ebene Unterlage.
Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht in einer hei-
ßen, nassen oder sehr feuchten Umgebung
auf.
Die Steckdose muss leicht zugänglich
sein, so dass die Netzverbindung schnell ge-
trennt werden kann.
Die Oberächen von Möbeln enthalten
möglicherweise Bestandteile, die die Stell-
füße des Gerätes angreifen und aufweichen
können. Legen Sie gegebenenfalls eine Un-
terlage unter die Stellfüße des Gerätes.
Stellen Sie das Gerät oder Teile des
Gerätes niemals in die Nähe von starken
Wärmequellen und heißen Oberächen (z. B.
Heizung, Ofen, Grill).
Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht an die Tisch-
kante. Es könnte herunterfallen.
Legen Sie keine Tischdecke, Tücher oder
Servietten unter die Stellfüße des Gerätes,
damit es nicht wegrutscht.
Das Gerät darf nicht im Freien betrieben
und gelagert werden.
Elektrischer Anschluss
Für einen sicheren und fehlerfreien Betrieb
des Gerätes sind beim elektrischen An-
schluss folgende Hinweise zu beachten:
Vergleichen Sie vor dem Anschließen des
Gerätes die Anschlussdaten (Spannung und
Frequenz) auf dem Typenschild mit denen
Ihres Elektronetzes. Diese Daten müssen
übereinstimmen, damit keine Schäden am
Gerät auftreten. Im Zweifelsfall fragen Sie
Ihren Elektro-Fachhändler.
Die Steckdose muss mindestens über
eine 16A-Sicherung abgesichert sein.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die An-
schlussleitung unbeschädigt ist und nicht
über scharfe Kanten verlegt wird.
Die Anschlussleitung darf nicht straff
gespannt sein, geknickt, gequetscht oder
verknotet werden oder in Kontakt mit heißen
Oberächen kommen.
Verlegen Sie die Anschlussleitung so,
dass keine Stolpergefahr besteht.
Die elektrische Sicherheit des Gerätes ist
nur dann gewährleistet, wenn es an ein vor-
schriftsmäßig installiertes Schutzleitersystem
angeschlossen wird. Der Betrieb an einer
Steckdose ohne Schutzleiter ist verboten.
Lassen Sie im Zweifelsfall die Hausinstallati-
on durch eine Elektro-Fachkraft überprüfen.
Der Hersteller übernimmt keine Verantwor-
tung für Schäden, die durch einen fehlenden
oder unterbrochenen Schutzleiter verursacht
werden.

Inbetriebnahme
Auspacken
1. Entnehmen Sie das Gerät, alle Zubehör-
teile und die Bedienungsanleitung aus dem
Karton.
2. Entfernen Sie vor dem Erstgebrauch alle
Verpackungsmaterialien und Schutzfolien
vom Gerät und den Zubehörteilen.
3. Prüfen Sie den Inhalt auf Vollständigkeit
und auf sichtbare Schäden.
HINWEIS
►Entfernen Sie niemals das Typenschild
und eventuelle Warnhinweise.
►Bewahren Sie die Originalverpackung
während der Gewährleistungs- bzw. Garan-
tiezeit des Gerätes auf, um das Gerät im
Gewährleistungs- bzw. Garantiefall ord-
nungsgemäß verpacken zu können. Trans-
portschäden führen zum Erlöschen des
Gewährleistungs- bzw. Garantieanspruchs.
Vor dem ersten Gebrauch
1. Schließen Sie das Gerät an eine Steck-
dose an.
2. Legen Sie die Batterien (nicht im Liefer-
umfang enthalten) polrichtig in die Fernbedie-
nung ein.
HINWEIS
►Bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme können
durch produktionsbedingte Zusätze, wie
z. B. Fette, Geruch oder leichter Rauch
entstehen. Dies ist völlig normal! Sorgen
Sie daher für ausreichende Belüftung.

Sicherheitseinrichtungen
Auf der Unterseite des Standfußes bendet
sich ein Sicherheitsschalter. Er schaltet das
Gerät automatisch aus, wenn es kippt oder
umfällt.
1. Stellen Sie daher das Gerät auf eine feste
und ebene Unterlage, damit der Sicherheits-
schalter Kontakt zur Stelläche hat.
2. Schalten Sie das Gerät ein.
Zur Überprüfung der Funktionsfähigkeit des
Sicherheitsschalters gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
1. Heben Sie das Gerät am Standfuß leicht
an, so dass kein Kontakt mehr zur Stelläche
besteht. Der Sicherheitsschalter schaltet das
Gerät aus.
2. Stellen Sie das Gerät wieder auf eine sta-
bile und ebene Unterlage und schalten Sie
das Gerät manuell ein.
HINWEIS
►Wenn der Sicherheitsschalter das
Gerät abgeschaltet hat, schaltet sich das
Gerät NICHT automatisch wieder ein.
Sie müssen das Gerät manuell wieder
einschalten.
Bedienung und Betrieb
Ein-/Ausschalten des Gerätes
Um das Gerät einzuschalten, gehen Sie wie
folgt vor:

1. Stellen Sie den Haupt-Ein-/Ausschalter
am Gerätefuß auf die Position „I“.
2. Drücken Sie den Taster am Bedien-
feld. Die blaue Kontrollleuchte leuchtet.
3. Um das Gerät auszuschalten, drücken
Sie den Taster erneut. Die blaue Kontroll-
leuchte erlischt.
4. Stellen Sie den Haupt-Ein-/Ausschalter
(4) am Gerätefuß auf die Position „0“.
Einstellen des Luftstromes
Die stufenlose Einstellung des Luftstromes
erfolgt über den Regler am Bedien-
feld (6).
1. Drehen Sie den Regler im Uhrzeigersinn,
um den Luftstrom stärker einzustellen.
2. Drehen Sie den Regler entgegen dem
Uhrzeigersinn, um den Luftstrom schwächer
einzustellen.
Ein-/Ausschalten der
Rotationsbewegung
Das Ein- und Ausschalten der Rotations-
bewegung erfolgt über den Taster am
Bedienfeld (6).
Ausrichten des Luftstromes
Die Ausrichtung des Luftstromes erfolgt über
den Standfuß mit Neigungseinstellung (3).
HINWEIS
►Richten Sie den Luftstrom nur bei aus-
geschalteter Rotationsbewegung aus.
►Neigen Sie das Gerät vorsichtig und
maximal bis zum Anschlag, um das Gerät
nicht zu beschädigen.
1. Halten Sie mit einer Hand den Standfuß
fest.
2. Verändern Sie mit der anderen Hand die
Neigung des Gerätes, um den gewünschten
Luftstromwinkel einzustellen.
Bedienung über
die Fernbedienung
Sie können alle elektrischen Funktionen des
Gerätes mit der Fernbedienung bedienen.

HINWEIS
►Achten Sie auf eine freie Sichtverbin-
dung zwischen Gerät und Fernbedienung,
um das Gerät mit der Fernbedienung zu
steuern.
►Alle Einstellungen, die Sie über die
Fernbedienung vornehmen, werden mit
einem Signalton bestätigt.
Timerfunktion
Das Gerät verfügt über eine Timerfunktion.
Um diese zu aktivieren, gehen Sie wie folgt
vor:
1. Drücken Sie während des Betriebes die
Taste 60 auf der Fernbedienung. Das
Gerät schaltet sich nach 60 min automatisch
aus.
2. Um den Timer zu deaktivieren, drücken
Sie die Taste 60 erneut.
3. Um den Timer für einen 120-minütigen
Betrieb zu aktivieren, drücken Sie die Taste
120 . Sie deaktivieren diese Funktion durch
erneutes Drücken der Taste 120 .
Wandmontage
Das Gerät kann optional auch an eine Wand
montiert werden. Gehen Sie dazu wie folgt vor:
1. Schrauben Sie die Montageplatte mit
den drei beiliegenden Schrauben so an die
Wand, dass die Halteelemente nach oben
zeigen.

2. Hängen Sie das Gerät in die Montageplat-
te ein.
3. Richten Sie den Luftstom aus.
4. Verbinden Sie das Gerät mit dem Strom-
netz und schalten Sie es ein.
Reinigung und Pege
Beachten Sie vor Beginn der Arbeiten die
Sicherheitshinweise im Kapitel Sicherheits-
hinweise (S. 1)!
Gerät reinigen
1. Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der
Steckdose.
2. Wischen Sie das Gerät mit einem trocke-
nen oder leicht feuchten Tuch ab.
Verunreinigungen beseitigen
1. Kontrollieren Sie die Lufteinlässe und den
Luftschlitz (2) auf ihre Durchgängigkeit.
2. Beseitigen Sie die Verunreinigungen, z. B.
durch Schmutz- oder Staubpartikel, mit einer
weichen Bürste.
ACHTUNG
►Die Luftschlitze nicht mit Werkzeu-
gen bearbeiten oder nassen Putztüchern
reinigen.
Lagerung
Sollten Sie das Gerät längere Zeit nicht be-
nötigen, entfernen Sie das Gerät vom Netz
und reinigen Sie es, wie im Kapitel Reini-
gung und Pege (S. 6) beschrieben.
Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem
trockenen, sauberen und frostfreien Ort auf,
an dem es vor direktem Sonnenlicht ge-
schützt ist.
Allgemeines
Garantie
Neben der gesetzlichen Gewährleistungs-
picht übernimmt BEEM bei einigen Produk-
ten zusätzlich eine erweiterte Herstellerga-
rantie. Sofern diese gewährt ist, nden Sie
entsprechende Angaben entweder auf der
produktspezischen Verpackung, den Werbe-
materialien oder auf der BEEM Website beim
jeweiligen Produkt. Bei einer gewerblichen
oder gleichzustellenden Nutzung, z.B. in Ho-
tels, Pensionen oder Gemeinschaftsanlagen,
oder wenn der Kunde kein Verbraucher im
Sinne des Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuchs ist, be-
trägt die Garantiezeit 6 Monate. Der Gewähr-
leistungsausschluss bleibt hiervon unberührt.

Safety precautions
Inspect the appliance for visible signs
of damage before use. Do not use a
damaged appliance.
This appliance may be used by chil-
dren aged 8 years or over and persons
with decreased physical, sensory or
mental abilities or lack of experience
and/or knowledge if they are supervised
or were instructed on using the appli-
ance and have understood the resulting
dangers.
Children may not play with the appli-
ance.
Cleaning and user maintenance may
not be carried out by children unless
they are under supervision.
Keep the appliance and the connect-
ing cable out of the reach of children
under 8 years of age.
Do not leave the appliance unattend-
ed during operation.
Only allow repairs to the appliance to
be carried out by an authorised special-
ist or by the works customer service;
this particularly applies to replacing a
damaged connecting cable. Unqualied
repairs can lead to considerable danger
for the user. This will also invalidate the
warranty or guarantee.
Repairs to the appliance during the
guarantee period may only be carried
out by service centres authorised by the
manufacturer, otherwise the warranty
or guarantee will become invalid in the
event of damage or subsequent dam-
age.
Defective parts may only be replaced
with original spare parts. Only original
spare parts guarantee that the safety re-
quirements are met.
Do not use this appliance together
with an external timer or a separate re-
mote control system.
In the event of a power failure, dis-
connect the appliance from the mains
to prevent the appliance from switching
itself on again unintentionally.
Do not operate the appliance in the
dark.

Intended use
This appliance is intended to be used only
for the production of a cold air ow in the
household or similar, non-commercial estab-
lishments such as staff kitchens in shops,
cafés, ofces or other business surroundings;
agricultural establishments; use by guests in
hotels, motels or other residential facilities;
bed and breakfast establishments.
Any use other than previously stated is con-
sidered as improper use.
WARNING
If not used for its intended purpose and/or
used in any other way, the appliance may
be or become a source of danger.

No claims of any kind will be accepted for
damage resulting from use of the appliance

Requirements for the place of
operation
For safe and trouble-free operation of the ap-
pliance, the installation location must satisfy
the following requirements:
Place the appliance on a rm, dry, at
and waterproof surface.
Do not install the appliance in a hot, wet
or very humid environment.
The mains socket must be easily ac-
cessible and allow fast disconnection in the
event of an emergency.
The surface nishes on furniture may
contain substances that can be detrimental to
the feet of the appliance. If necessary, place
a mat under the feet of the appliance.
Never place the appliance or parts of the
appliance in the vicinity of strong heat sour-
ces and hot surfaces (e.g., heaters, oven,
grill)
Do not place the appliance at the edge of
the table, it could fall down.
►Do not touch the connecting cable
with wet hands when disconnecting
the appliance from the mains supply.
►Pull the plug out of the mains
socket,
–if you are not using the appli-
ance,
–if a malfunction occurs during
operation,
–before you clean the appliance.

►Do not move the appliance by grip-
ping the mains cable or the air ring.
►Always switch off the appliance at
the control panel and wait for it to run
down before switching the main ON/
OFF switch and pulling the plug out.

Do not lay tablecloths, cloths or serviettes
under the feet of the appliance, the appliance
could slide away.
The appliance may not be used or stored
outdoors.
Electrical connection
For safe and trouble-free operation of the
appliance, the following instructions on the
electrical connection must be observed:
Before connecting the appliance, com-
pare the connection data (voltage and
frequency) on the rating plate with those of
your mains power supply. This data must
correspond in order to avoid damage to the
appliance. If in doubt, ask your electrical ap-
pliance retailer.
The mains socket must be protected by at
least a 16 A fuse.
Ensure that the mains cable is undam-
aged and is not laid over sharp edges.
The mains cable must not be pulled
tightly, bent or come into contact with hot
surfaces.
Route the mains cable to prevent risk of
tripping.
The electrical safety of the appliance is
only assured when it is connected to a prop-
erly installed protective earth (PE) conductor
system. Connection to a mains socket with-
out PE conductor is forbidden. If in doubt, the
electrical system must be checked by a quali-
ed electrician. The manufacturer assumes
no liability for injury or damage caused by a
missing or interrupted protective earth con-
ductor.

Startup
Unpacking
1. Take the appliance, all accessories and
the user manual out of the box.
2. Remove all packaging materials and pro-
tective foils from the product and the acces-
sories before using for the rst time.
3. Check for visible signs of damage or
missing items.
NOTE
►Never remove the rating plate or any
warning signs on the appliance.
►Keep the original packaging during the
warranty or guarantee period in order to
return the appliance in the packaging in
the event of a guarantee claim. Transport
damage will invalidate the warranty or
guarantee.
Before using for the rst time
1. Plug the appliance into the mains socket.
2. Insert the batteries (not supplied) into the
remote control according to correct polarity.

possible that production-related additives
such as grease could cause slight odour or
smoke. This is completely normal. Ensure

Safety equipment
A safety switch is located on the underside
of the pedestal. The appliance then switches
itself off automatically if it is tipped or falls
over.
1. For this reason, always place the appli-
ance on a rm and even surface so that the
safety switch is in contact with the surface.
2. Switch on the device.
To check the function of the safety switch,
proceed as follows:
1. Lift the pedestal of the appliance slightly
so that there is no contact to the surface. The
safety equipment switches off the appliance.
2. Put the appliance back onto a rm, at
surface and switch it on manually.
NOTE
►If the safety equipment switched off
the appliance, it does not NOT switch on
again automatically. It must be switched on
manually.
Operation and use
Switching the appliance on/off
To switch off the appliance, proceed as follows:
1. Move the main ON/OFF switch on the
pedestal to the “I” position.
2. Press the button on the operating
panel. The blue indicator lamp lights up.
3. To switch off the appliance, press the
button again. The blue indicator lamp extin-
guishes.
4. Move the main ON/OFF switch (4) on the
pedestal to the „0” position.
Setting the air ow
Continuous setting of the air ow takes place
via the regulator button on the operating
panel (6).
1. Turn the regulator clockwise to set a
stronger air ow.
2. Turn the regulator anticlockwise to set a
weaker air ow.
Rotating movement ON/OFF switch
Switching the rotating movement on and off
takes place via the button on the operat-
ing panel (6).
Directing the air ow
The direction of the airow is set via the incli-
nation adjustment on the foot (3).
NOTE
►Only direct the airow when the rotating
movement is switched off.
►Carefully tilt the unit up to stop maxi-
mum in order to avoid damaging the unit.
1. Hold the foot tight with one hand.
2. Change the inclination of the appliance
with the other hand until the desired airow
angle has been set.

Operating with the remote control
You can control all electrical functions of the
appliance with the remote control.

NOTE
►Make sure that there is an an unob-
structed view between the appliance and
the remote control in order to control it with
the remote control.
►All settings made via the remote control
are conrmed by a signal tone.
Timer function
The appliance is equipped with a timer func-
tion. To activate this, proceed as follows:
1. During operation, press the 60 button
on the remote control. The appliance switch-
es itself off automatically after 60 minutes.
2. To deactivate the timer, press the 60
button again.
3. To activate the timer for 120 minutes,
press the 120 button. To deactivate this
function, press the 120 button.
Wall mounting
It is possible to mount the appliance on a
wall. To do this, proceed as follows:
1. Screw the mounting plate to the wall with
the three screws supplied so that the holding
elements point upwards.
2. Hang the appliance onto the mounting
plate.
3. Direct the airow.
4. Connect the appliance to the mains and
switch it on.
Cleaning and maintenance
Before beginning any work, pay attention to
the safety instructions in the section Safety
instructions (page 8)!
Cleaning the appliance
1. Pull the plug out of the mains socket.
2. Wipe the appliance with a dry or slightly
damp cloth.
Eliminate contamination
1. Check the air inlets and the air slot (2) for
free ow.
2. Eliminate contamination such as dirt or
dust particles with a soft brush.
ATTENTION
►Do not work on the air slots with tools
or clean with wet cloths.
Storage
If you do not intend to use the appliance for
a longer period of time, unplug it from the
mains and clean it as described in the section
Cleaning and maintenance (page 12).
Store the appliance in a dry, clean and frost-
free place which is protected against direct
sunlight.
General
Guarantee
In addition to the statutory warranty obliga-
tion, BEEM also grants an extended manu-
facturer’s guarantee for some products. If
this guarantee applies, you will nd the
corresponding information either on the
product-specic packaging, in the advertising
materials or on the BEEM web page for the
respective product.
For commercial or equivalent use, e.g. in ho-
tels, guest houses or communal premises, or
if the customer is not a consumer as dened
by the German Civil Code, the guarantee
period is 6 months. This does not infringe the
warranty disclaimer.

Conditions requises sur le lieu de
montage
An que l'appareil fonctionne de manière
sûre et sans défaut, le lieu de montage doit
satisfaire aux conditions suivantes :
Placer l’appareil sur une surface de tra-
vail solide, sèche et plane.
Ne pas placer l’appareil dans un environ-
nement très chaud, humide ou mouillé.
La prise doit être facile d’accès an de
pouvoir débrancher rapidement l’appareil.
Les surfaces des meubles peuvent pré-
senter des composants susceptibles d’atta-
quer les pieds de l’appareil et de les ramollir.
Le cas échéant, poser un support sous les
pieds de l’appareil.
Ne jamais mettre l'appareil ou des parties
de l'appareil à proximité de fortes sources
de chaleur et de surfaces chaudes (par ex.
radiateur, four, barbecue).
Ne pas mettre l’appareil au bord de la ta-
ble pour éviter qu’il ne tombe.
Ne pas mettre de nappe, de chiffons ni de
serviettes en dessous des pieds de l'appareil
pour ne pas qu'il glisse.
Il est interdit d’utiliser et d'entreposer l’ap-
pareil en plein air.
Branchement électrique
An que l’appareil fonctionne de manière
sûre et sans défaut, il convient de respecter
les consignes suivantes lors du branchement
électrique :
Avant de brancher l'appareil, compa-
rer les données d'alimentation (tension et
fréquence) sur la plaque signalétique avec
celles du réseau électrique. Ces données
doivent concorder an qu’aucun dommage
ne se produise sur l’appareil. En cas de
doute, consulter son revendeur de produits
électroménagers.
La prise de courant doit être protégée au
moins par un coupe-circuit automatique de
16 A.
S'assurer que le câble d'alimentation ne
soit pas endommagé, ni posé sur des arêtes
vives.
Il est interdit de tendre le câble d’alimen-
tation, de le plier, de le pincer, de faire des
nœuds avec ou de le mettre en contact avec
des surfaces très chaudes.
Poser le câble d’alimentation de manière
que personne ne risque de trébucher dessus.
La sécurité électrique de l’appareil est
uniquement garantie lorsque celui-ci est
branché à un conducteur de protection
installé de manière réglementaire. Le fonc-
tionnement sur une prise de courant sans
conducteur de protection est interdit. En cas
de doute, faire contrôler l’installation domes-
tique par un électricien. Le fabricant décline
toute responsabilité en cas de dommages
occasionnés par l’absence ou le non-bran-
chement d’un conducteur de protection.
