3.1 Preparaton
1. Remove all packagng and stcker materals and
dspose of them accordng to the applcable legal
regulaton.
2. Before usng of the applance for frst tme, clean
beaters and dough hooks (See the “Cleanng and
care” secton).
3.2 Operaton
1. Make sure that the power cord has been
dsconnected from the wall socket and the speed
control and accessory release swtch (2) s on
speed 0 pror to attachng the beater or dough
hooks to the mxer.
2. Insert the beaters (6) or dough hooks (5) nto the
accessory slots for beaters and dough hooks (4)
on the mxer untl they lock nto place.

3. Insert the plug nto the wall socket.
4. Hold the beaters (6) or dough hooks (5) nto the
food mxture before swtchng the hand mxer on.
5. Set the speed control and accessory release
swtch (2) on the desred speed (1 to 5 speed
settngs).
– The applance begns to operate.

Select a sutable speed level,
dependng on the type of food.
Whle mxng, you can press the
Turbo button (1) to brefly rase the
speed level to the maxmum speed.
The speed of the Turbo button (1)
corresponds to the level 5 of the
speed control and accessory release
swtch (2).
AWARNING:
Make sure that the
operatng tme of the hand mxer
does not exceed 3 mnutes at a tme.
6. After you fnsh operaton, set the speed control
and accessory release swtch (2) to speed 0. After
rotaton has been stopped pull out the beaters /
dough hook from the food mxture.
7. Dsconnect the plug from the wall socket.
8. Hold the beaters (6) or dough hooks (5) wth one
hand and push the speed control and accessory
release swtch (2).
– The beaters (6) or dough hooks (5) wll be
released.

3.3 Hnts and tps
•Cold food, such as butter and eggs should be
brought to room temperature pror to blendng
them. Thus leave these types of food at room
temperature for a whle before mxng them.
•To avod mxng egg shells n wth the food
already n the contaner, put them nto a separate
contaner frst. Then add them to the mxture.
•Remember that clmatc condtons, seasonal
temperature dfferences, temperature and
consstency of the ngredents could affect the
preparaton tme necessary as well as the results.
•Always start blendng on a low speed. Increase
the speed gradually untl you have reached the
recommended speed for the food you are mxng.
