Keep the nstructon manual for
future reference. Should ths
applance be gven to a thrd party,
than ths nstructon manual must
also be handed over.
1.1 General safety
•Ths applance s ntended for
prvate domestc use only and s not
sutable for professonal caterng
purposes. It should not be used for
commercal use.
•Do not use the applance outdoors
or n the bathroom.
•Check f the mans voltage on the
ratng label corresponds to your
local mans supply. The only way to
dsconnect the applance from the
mans s to pull out the plug.
•For addtonal protecton, ths
applance should be connected to a
household faulty current protecton
swtch wth no more than 30 mA.
Consult your electrcan for advce.
•Do not mmerse the applance,
power cord or power plug n water
or n other lquds.
•Dsconnect the power plug after
usng the applance,before cleanng
the applance, before leavng the
room or f a fault occurs. Do not
dsconnect the plug by pullng on
the cord.
•Do not wrap the power cord around
the applance.
•Prevent damage to the power
cord by not squeezng, bendng or
rubbng t on sharp edges. Keep the
cord away from hot surfaces and
open flames.
•Do not use an extenson cord wth
the applance.
•Never use the applance f the
power cord or the applance s
damaged.

s damaged, t must be repared or
replaced by the dealer, a servce
centre or a smlarly qualfed and
authorzed servce person to avod
any dangers. Faulty or unqualfed
repar work may cause danger and
rsks to the user.

to the latter f they were nstructed
n the use of the applance or f
they use t under the supervson
of a person responsble for ther
safety. Chldren should always be
supervsed to ensure that they do
not play wth the applance.

•Hold the applance by the handle
only.
•Do not stck any foregn objects on
the applance.
•Do not touch any movng parts
on ths applance. Wat untl the
applance has come to a complete
standstll. Remember that long
har, loose clothng, jewellery
and ktchen utensls could pose a
danger should they get caught n
the mxer.
•Whle the applance s n operaton,
do not put any objects nto the
movng parts. There s a rsk of

•To avod splashes, put the whsk/
dough hook completely nto the
food mxture frst before swtchng
on the mxer.
•Do not use the applance for
anythng other than ts ntended
use. The Hand Mxer s desgned for
mxng and whskng of food only.
•Never release the attachments
whle the applance s n operaton.
•The hand mxer should be used
on hgh speed for no longer than
3 mnutes. Let the applance cool
down to room temperature before
further use.

Ths product comples wth EU WEEE Drectve
(2012/19/EU). Ths product bears a classfcaton
symbol for waste electrcal and electronc
equpment (WEEE).
Ths product has been manufactured
wth hgh qualty parts and materals
whch can be reused and are sutable for
recyclng. Do not dspose of the waste
product wth normal domestc and other
wastes at the end of ts servce lfe. Take t to the
collecton center for the recyclng of electrcal and
electronc equpment. Please consult your local
authortes to learn about these collecton centers.

RoHS Drectve
The product you have purchased comples wth EU
RoHS Drectve (2011/65/EU). It does not contan
harmful and prohbted materals specfed n the
Drectve.
1.4 Package nformaton
Packagng materals of the product are
manufactured from recyclable materals
n accordance wth our Natonal
Envronment Regulatons. Do not dspose
of the packagng materals together wth the
domestc or other wastes. Take them to the
packagng materal collecton ponts desgnated by
the local authortes.
1.5 Thngs to be done for
savng energy
•Do not pour hot water nto the water dspenser.
•Do not nstall your water dspenser under drect
sunlght or near heat emttng applances such as
ovens, dshwashers or radators.
•Turn the applance (power) off f you are not
gong to use t for a long tme or at nghts as t wll
not be used durng the nghttme.

3.1 Preparaton
1. Remove all packagng and stcker materals and
dspose of them accordng to the applcable legal
regulaton.
2. Before usng of the applance for frst tme, clean
beaters and dough hooks (See the “Cleanng and
care” secton).
3.2 Operaton
1. Make sure that the power cord has been
dsconnected from the wall socket and the speed
control and accessory release swtch (2) s on
speed 0 pror to attachng the beater or dough
hooks to the mxer.
2. Insert the beaters (6) or dough hooks (5) nto the
accessory slots for beaters and dough hooks (4)
on the mxer untl they lock nto place.

ether accessory slots (4).
3. Insert the plug nto the wall socket.
4. Hold the beaters (6) or dough hooks (5) nto the
food mxture before swtchng the hand mxer on.
5. Set the speed control and accessory release
swtch (2) on the desred speed (1 to 5 speed
settngs).
– The applance begns to operate.

Select a sutable speed level,
dependng on the type of food.
Whle mxng, you can press the
Turbo button (1) to brefly rase the
speed level to the maxmum speed.
The speed of the Turbo button (1)
corresponds to the level 5 of the
speed control and accessory release
swtch (2).
AWARNING:
Make sure that the
operatng tme of the hand mxer
does not exceed 3 mnutes at a tme.
6. After you fnsh operaton, set the speed control
and accessory release swtch (2) to speed 0. After
rotaton has been stopped pull out the beaters /
dough hook from the food mxture.
7. Dsconnect the plug from the wall socket.
8. Hold the beaters (6) or dough hooks (5) wth one
hand and push the speed control and accessory
release swtch (2).
– The beaters (6) or dough hooks (5) wll be
released.
AWARNING:
Only press the speed
control and release swtch (2) f t s
on poston 0.
3.3 Hnts and tps
•Cold food, such as butter and eggs should be
brought to room temperature pror to blendng
them. Thus leave these types of food at room
temperature for a whle before mxng them.
•To avod mxng egg shells n wth the food
already n the contaner, put them nto a separate
contaner frst. Then add them to the mxture.
•Remember that clmatc condtons, seasonal
temperature dfferences, temperature and
consstency of the ngredents could affect the
preparaton tme necessary as well as the results.
•Always start blendng on a low speed. Increase
the speed gradually untl you have reached the
recommended speed for the food you are mxng.

4.1 Cleanng and care
AWARNING:
Never use petrol,
solvents or abrasve cleaners, metal
objects or hard brushes to clean the
applance.
1. Turn the applance off and dsconnect t from the
wall socket.
2. Let the applance cool down completely.
3. Use a damp soft cloth to clean the exteror of the
applance.
AWARNING:
Never put the
applance or power cord n water
or any other lquds and never hold
them under runnng water.
4. Clean the beaters (6) or dough hooks (5) wth
warm, soapy water. Then rnse the beaters or
dough hooks wth clear water and dry them off
thoroughly. The beaters or dough hooks can also
be cleaned n the dshwasher.

Before usng the applance after
cleanng, dry all parts carefully usng
a soft towel.
4.2 Storage
•If you do not plan to use the appliance for a long
period of time, please store it carefully. Wrap the
power cord around the appliance. Make sure the
appliance is unplugged and completely dry. Store
the appliance in a cool, dry place. Make sure the
appliance is kept out of the reach of children.
•If you do not plan to use the applance for a long
perod of tme, please store t carefully.
