Iftheappliancehasalid,removeitbyremovingthe4
screwsasshownin.
Markthepositionofthelowersideofthehoodonthewall
().Maintaintheminimumdistancerequiredfromthe
hobasshowninFig..
-Position the xing template on the wall,makingsure
thatthelinecoincideswiththelinepreviouslymadeon
thewall.
-Mark the xing holes and cut them intothematerial
(Fig.3).
-Fixthetopscrewsandscrewanchors(Fig.3),without
tighteningthemcompletely.
-Placetheapplianceagainstthewall,alignitinhorizontal
positionandtightenscrews(Fig.7).
-Oncetheadjustmenthasbeencompleted,xthehood
usingthescrews(Fig.8).
-Whencarryingoutthexingoperations,useonlyscrews
andscrewanchorssuitedtothetypeofwall(e.g.reinforced
concrete,plasterboardetc.).
-Ifthescrewsandscrewanchorsaresuppliedwiththe
appliance,makesurethattheyaresuitedtothetypeof
walltowhichthehoodmustbexed.
-Removethescrewsasshownin(Fig.9A).
-RemovebothgridontheairoutletholeandlidMas
shownin(Fig.9).
-Connectthehoodtotheexible hose (not supplied)
andthehosetotheairexhaustholepreviouslyprepared
(Fig.9).
-Fixthelidonceagainbyusingthescrewspreviously
removedin(Fig.9).
Thismodelmay havedecorativeductsasoptional
accessories-askyourretailerforinformation.
Before xing thedecorative ducts, remove boththe
screwsandlid,asshownin(Fig.10).
Asound-absorbingkitisalsoavailable(tobeorderedasan
accessory)inordertoincreasethequietness
levelofthehood.The sound-absorbing layer must be
appliedto the backofthedecorative panel. Forxing
operations,refertotheinstructionssuppliedwiththekit.
Makesuretheelectricalpowersupplyiswithinthe
measurementsofthedecorativeconnector.
Adjustthewidthofthesupportbracketofthetopconnector
(Fig.11).Thenxittotheceilingsothatitisonthesame
axisasthehoodusingscrews(Fig.11)adheringto
thedistancefromtheceilingshownin(Fig.11).Connect
angetothe air exhaustholeusingexiblehose
(Fig.11).
Slidethetopductintothebottomduct.Fixthebottomduct
tothehoodusingscrews(supplied)(Fig.11).
Pulloutthetopductasfarasthebracketandxitusing
screws(Fig.11).
Theltersshouldbeorderedasaccessoriesfromyour
retailer.
We offer 2differenttypesofkit which can be used to
transformthehoodintoahood,in
accordancewiththetypeofappliancemodelpurchased.
Onekitcontainsextractablelters(g.10)andtheother
containscircularlters(g.15).

tothehoodusingthescrewssupplied.
Toreplacetheactivecarbonlterspullleveroutwards
asshownin(Fig.10).

thattheactivecarbonlterisacircularversion(g.15).
Theltersshouldbettedtotheextractionassemblyinside
thehood,bycentringthemandrotatingthem90degrees,
untiltheyclickintoplace(Fig.15).
USE AND MAINTENANCE
•Itisrecommendedtooperatetheapplianceprior to
cooking.
Itisrecommended to leave the applianceinoperation
for 15minutesaftercookingis terminatedinorder to
completelyeliminatecookingvapoursandodours.
Theproperfunctionofthecookerhoodisconditionedby
theregularityofthemaintenanceoperations,inparticular,
theactivecarbonlter.
•Theanti-greaselterscapturethegreaseparticles
suspendedintheair,andarethereforesubjecttoclogging
accordingtothefrequencyoftheuseoftheappliance.
Inordertopreventre hazard, it isrecommendableto
cleanthelteratamaximumof2monthsbycarryingout
thefollowinginstructions:
-Remove the lters from thecookerhoodandwash
theminasolutionofwaterandneutralliquiddetergent,
leavingtosoak.
-Rinsethoroughlywithwarmwaterandleavetodry.
-Theltersmayalsobewashedinthedishwasher.
Thealuminiumpanels mayalterincolourafter several
washes.This is not cause forcustomercomplaintnor
replacementofpanels.
•Theactivecarbonlterspurifytheairthatisreplaced
intheenvironment.Theltersarenotwashable nor
re-useableandmust bereplacedatmaximumevery
four months.The saturationoftheactivecarbon lter
dependson the frequency of use of theappliance,by
thetypeofcookingandtheregularity of cleaning the
anti-greaselters.
