General Safety

overheat.Thismaycauseproblemswithyour
washingmachine.
• Ifthepowercableormainsplugisdamaged
youmustcallAuthorizedServiceforrepair.
• Fitthedrainhoseintothedischargehousing
securelytopreventanywaterleakageand
toallowmachinetotakeinanddischarge
waterasrequired.Itisveryimportantthatthe
waterintakeanddrainhosesarenotfolded,
squeezed,orbrokenwhentheapplianceis
pushedintoplaceafteritisinstalledorcleaned.
• Yourwashingmachineisdesignedtocontinue
operatingwhenthepowerrestoresaftera
powerinterruption.Themachinewillresumeits
programwhenthepowerrestores.Pressthe
“Start/Pause/Cancel”buttonfor3secondsto
canceltheprogram(See,CancelingaProgram)
• Theremaybesomewaterinyourmachine
whenyoureceiveit.Thisisfromthequality
controlprocessandisnormal.Itisnotharmful
toyourmachine.
• Someproblemsyoumayencountermaybe

First Use
• Carryoutyourfirstwashingprocesswithout
loadingyourmachineandwithdetergentunder
“Cottons90°C”program.
• Ensurethatthecoldandhotwaterconnections
aremadecorrectlywheninstallingyour
machine.
• Ifthecurrentfuseorcircuitbreakerislessthan
16Amperes,pleasehaveaqualifiedelectrician
installa16Amperefuseorcircuitbreaker.
• Whileusingwithorwithoutatransformer,do
notneglecttohavethegroundinginstallation
laidbyaqualifiedelectrician.Ourcompany
shallnotbeliableforanydamagesthatmay
arisewhenthemachineisusedonaline
withoutgrounding.
• Keepthepackagingmaterialsoutofreach
ofchildrenordisposethembyclassifying
accordingtowastedirectives.

Removing packaging reinforcement

reinforcementbypullingtheribbon.
Opening the transportation locks

1. Loosenalltheboltswithaspanneruntilthey
rotatefreely(“C”)
2. Removetransportationsafetyboltsbyturning
themgently.
3. Fitthecovers(suppliedinthebagwiththe
OperationManual)intotheholesontherear
panel.(“P”)

placetoreusewhenthewashingmachine
needstobemovedagaininthefuture.

Adjusting the feet

firmly.
3. Important:Tightenalllocknutsupagain.
Connecting to the water supply.
Important:
• Thewatersupplypressurerequiredtorunthe
machinemustbe1-10bar(0,1–1MPa).
• Connectthespecialhosessuppliedwiththe
machinetothewaterintakevalvesonthe
machine.
• Ifyouaregoingtouseyourdoublewater-inlet
machineasasingle(cold)water-inletunit,you
mustinstallthestopper*,suppliedwithyour
machinetothehotwatervalve.
• Ifyouwanttousebothwaterinletsofthe
product,youcanconnectthehotwaterhose
afterremovingthestopperandgasketgroup
fromthehotwatervalve.
*Appliesfortheproductssuppliedwithablind
stoppergroup.
• Modelswithasinglewaterinletshouldnotbe
connectedtothehotwatertap.
Whenreturningtheappliancetoitsplaceafter
maintenanceorcleaning,careshouldbetakennot
tofold,squeezeorblockthehoses.
Connecting to the drain
Thewaterdischargehosecanbeattachedtothe
edgeofawashbasinorbathtub.Thedrainhose
shouldbefirmlyfittedintothedrainastonotget
outofitshousing.
Important:
• Theendofthedrainhosemustbedirectly
connectedtothewastewaterdrainortothe
washbasin.
• Thehoseshouldbeattachedtoaheightofat
least40cm,and100cmatmost.
• Incasethehoseiselevatedafterlayingiton
thefloorlevelorclosetotheground(lessthan
40cmabovetheground),waterdischarge
becomesmoredifficultandthelaundrymay
comeoutwet.
• Thehoseshouldbepushedintothedrainage
formorethan15cm.Ifitistoolongyoumay
haveitshortened.
• Themaximumlengthofthecombinedhoses
mustnotbelongerthan3.2m.
Electrical connection

protectedbyafuseofsuitablecapacity.

3 Initial preparations for
washing
Preparing clothes for washing
Laundryitemswithmetalattachmentssuchas,
bras,beltbucklesandmetalbuttonswilldamage
themachine.Removemetalattachmentsor
placetheitemsinaclothingbag,pillowcase,or
somethingsimilar.
• Sortthelaundryaccordingtotypeoffabric,
color,anddegreeofsoilingandpermissible
watertemperature.Alwaysfollowtheadviceon
thegarmentlabels.
• Placesmallitemslikeinfants’socksandnylon
stockings,etc.inalaundrybag,pillowcase
orsomethingsimilar.Thiswillalsosaveyour
laundryfromgettinglost.
• Wash“machinewashable”or“handwashable”
labeledproductsonlywithanappropriate
program.
• Donotwashcolorsandwhitestogether.New,
darkcoloredcottonsmayreleasealotofdye.
Washthemseparately.

• Neverexceedthe(>max<)levelmarking;
otherwise,thesoftenerwillbewastedwithout
beingused.
• Donotuseliquiddetergentifyouwanttowash
usingthetimedelayfeature.

tableandthefollowingwashingtemperaturetable
accordingtotype,amountanddegreeofsoiling
ofthelaundry.Selectthedesiredprogramwiththe
programselectionbutton.

curtainsandlace,the“Synthetic40”programwith

recommended.
• Woollens
Youcanwashyourmachine-washablewoolen
garmentsonthisprogram.Washbyselectingthe
