Bellman Visit Flash Mottagare BE1441/1442/1443

Bellman Visit-systemet består av ett antal radiosändare och radiomottagare. Sändarna
känner av olika händelser i omgivningen och sänder en radiosignal till mottagarna. Motta-
garna tar emot denna signal och indikerar med ljus, ljud och/eller vibration.
Sändaren bestämmer vilken typ av ljus, ljud eller vibration som skall visas och på så sätt vet
man anledningen till indikeringen.

Att komma igång
Packa upp, montera och prova apparaten
1 Anslut batterieliminatorn i uttaget . Tryck in Testknappen (9). Bellman Visit
Flash Mottagare kommer då att avge blixtljus - och i de fall en Bellman Sängvibrator,
BE1270 (tillbehör) är ansluten kommer denna att vibrera.
2För att testa radiomottagningen behövs en Bellman Visit-sändare. Tryck in Testknap-
pen på Bellman Visit Sändare. Bellman Visit Flash Mottagare kommer att avge blixtljus
och ljussignal - och i de fall en Bellman Visit Sängvibrator, BE1270 (tillbehör) är ansluten
kommer denna att vibrera.
3Anslutning till analogt telefonjack sker via Telefoningången med Telefonsladden
BE9105 (tillbehör) och en mellanpropp (tillbehör). Då någon ringer till det aktuella
telefonnumret kommer Bellman Visit Flash Mottagare att avge blixtljus och tända den
gula lysdioden - och i de fall en Bellman Sängvibrator, BE1270 (tillbehör) är ansluten
kommer denna att vibrera.
4Placera Bellman Visit Flash Mottagare stående på ett plant underlag eller montera den
på väggen med hjälp av Bellman Väggfäste, BE9075 (tillbehör). Mottagaren placeras
lämpligen där den syns bäst.
Funktion
Allmänt
Bellman Visit Flash Mottagare, BE1441/1442/1443, är en mottagare i Bellman Visit-systemet
för inomhusbruk som påkallar uppmärksamheten med blixtljus och ljus - samt i de fall en
Bellman Sängvibrator, BE1270 (tillbehör) är ansluten, även genom vibration.
Aktivering sker via radiosignaler från någon av sändarna i Bellman Visit-systemet eller via
direktanslutning till ett analogt telefonjack.
Blixthuvudet är vridbart för att kunna riktas åt det håll som önskas. För att undvika att bli
bländad kan man t.ex rikta blixtljuset mot en vägg .
En kort tryckning på Testknappen (9) aktiverar BE1441/1442/1443 så att den repeterar den
senaste indikeringen.
Radionyckel
Vid leverans är alla Bellman Visit-enheter inställda på samma Radionyckel. Om man har en
granne som har ett likadant system kan man ändra till olika Radionycklar för att inte på-
verka varandras system.
Man ändrar Radionyckel på denna mottagare genom att hålla Testknappen (9) intryckt i
ungefär fem sekunder tills Lysdioderna och blinkar växelvis. Tryck sedan in sändarens
testknapp så att mottagarens lysdioder blinkar, vilket bekräftar Radionyckel-
bytet. Alla enheter i ett Bellman Visit-system måste ha samma Radionyckel för att fungera
ihop. Se respektive enhets bruksanvisning.
Indikeringar och Signaler
I Bellman Visit-systemet är det generellt sändarna som bestämmer hur mottagarna skall
indikera. Se vidare beskrivning i respektive sändares bruksanvisning.
Bellman Visit Flash Mottagare har en funktion där man enkelt kan kontrollera vilket larm
som var det senaste. Gör bara en kort tryckning på Testknappen (9) så visas det senaste
larmet igen.

Systemindikeringar
Lysdioderna som indikerar vilken sändare som aktiverat Bellman Visit Flash
Mottagare har normalt följande betydelse.

Orange lysdiod betyder Babyvakt.

Grön lysdiod betyder Dörrsändare.

Gul lysdiod betyder Telefonsändare.
Röd lysdiod betyder Brandlarm.
Om grön och gul lysdiod blinkar växelvis betyder det att Bellman Visit Flash Mot-
tagare är i ett läge för val av Radionyckel. Bellman Visit Flash Mottagare väntar då på en
radiosignal från en sändare i Bellman Visit-systemet som kommer att anpassa mottagaren
till samma Radionyckel som sändaren är inställd på.
Blixtljus
Vid aktivering av Bellman Visit Flash Mottagare blixtrar blixtlampan (2) med ett skarpt vitt
sken.
Blixthuvudet är vridbart för att kunna riktas åt önskat håll. För att undvika att bli bländad
kan man t.ex rikta blixtljuset mot en vägg.
Vibration
Bellman Visit Flash Mottagare kan driva en Bellman Sängvibrator BE1270 (tillbehör) som
kopplas till uttaget . Sängvibratorn placeras under huvudkudden så att man vaknar när
Bellman Visit Flash Mottagare aktiveras.

Appendix - Further information
Settings
Please note: No adjustments are required for normal use. To change a settings, follow the
steps below.
Changing the radio key
If your Visit system is activated for no reason, there is probably a nearby system that trig-
gers yours. In order to avoid radio interference, you need to change the radio key on all
units. The radio key switches are located on the transmitters.
Here is how you change the radio key:
1Open the transmitter cover and move any radio key switch to the up = on position to
change the radio key. See Changing the radio key for the relevant transmitter.
2Press and hold the mute/test button on the top of the receiver until the green and yellow
Visit LEDs blink alternately. Release the button.
3Press the test button/s on the transmitter within 30 seconds to send the new radio key.
4All Visit LEDs on the receiver blink 5 times to show that the radio key has been changed.
It then returns to normal mode.
Please note: All Visit units must be set to the same radio key in order to operate as a group.
Changing the signal pattern
When a transmitter is activated, the ash receiver lights up a LED, ashes and the bed
shaker starts to vibrate with a certain pace. This is called signal pattern. The transmitters
determine the pattern. Changing the transmitters’ signal switch changes the signal pattern
on the ash receiver.

Trouble shooting
If apaired smoke detector is faulty, the red LED light on the Flash receiver will start to blink.
By looking at the power LED and the smoke detector LED you can easily identify
what is wrong. If you are using multiple smoke detectors, just enter the smoke detector

Testing
It is easy to test the ash receiver. If it does not work as described below, see the section
Troubleshooting.
Testing the system
A Visit transmitter set to the same radio key as the ash receiver is required to test the
system. You will need a bed shaker accessory to test the vibration.
1Press the transmitter test button.
2The ash receiver will:
- Start to ash
- Light up the corresponding Visit LED
- If a bed shaker accessory is connected, it will start to vibrate
Testing the landline telephone connection
1Connect the ash receiver to an analogue telephone socket via the telephone Input.
You will need a telephone ex cable accessory and an adapter plug accessory.
2Use for instance your mobile phone to call your landline telephone.
The ash receiver will start to ashing and light up the yellow Visit LED.
If a bed shaker accessory is connected, it will start to vibrate.
To repeat the last indication, press the ash receiver test button.
Advanced programming
By using advanced programming, you can customize the signal pattern from a specic
transmitter and event, displaying the LED colour and vibration pattern of your choice. The ad-
vanced programming overrides the radio key and pairs the units via the serial number. Please
note that smoke alarms cannot be programmed for safety reasons.
Note: The transmitter must be activated as it is intended to be used in the system to generate
the right signal.
This means that you can’t always use the transmitter test button (see Default signal pattern
for the relevant transmitter).
Here is how you program the receiver:
1Press and hold the mute/test button on the receiver. The green and yellow Visit LEDs will
start to blink alternately. While still holding down the button, activate the desired trans-
mitter as intended. Release the button.
2Scroll through the dierent Visit LED options by pressing the mute/test button on the
receiver. Select the desired Visit LED colour by holding down the mute/test button until
the power LED goes out and lights up again.
3 Scroll through the dierent vibration options by pressing the test button on the receiver
(bed shaker required). Select the desired vibration pattern by holding down the mute/test
button until the power LED goes out and lights up again.
4The receiver will now show the new Visit LED colour and vibration pattern. Press the mute/
test button briey to end the demonstration. After a short while, it will return to normal
mode.
Deleting the advanced programming
Follow the procedure below to delete the advanced programming.
1Hold down the mute/test button on the receiver until the green and yellow Visit LEDs
blink alternately. Release the button.
2Press the mute/test button on the receiver 3 times in quick succession.
3 All Visit LEDs will light up for ~2 seconds to show that it has been deleted.

Number of Radio Keys 64 Radio Keys as standard. Special software can be used to
increase these to 256 Radio Keys in increments of 64 per software
purchase. Contact the nearest supplier for further information.
Coverage The normal coverage between a transmitter and receiver in the
Bellman Visit System is up to 250 metres (868MHz)/ 80m (433MHz)/
50m (314.91MHz) with clear line of sight. Coverage is reduced
if walls and large objects screen o the signals. Any thick walls
constructed of reinforced concrete will greatly aect coverage.
The system may also be aected by radio transmitters such as TV
transmitters, computers, mobile phones, etc. This means that a unit
may work perfectly in one part of the room but not at all in another.

Troubleshooting
Most problems with the ash receiver can be solved quickly by following the advice below.

This product is also designed for IT power distribution system with
phase to phase voltage of up to 230V. The socket-outlet shall be
installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.

Please dispose used batteries at municipal collecting points or
dispense them to local stores free of charge.
