ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Before You Begin:
Please identify all component parts and hardware pieces required before you begin. Carefully remove all of the
components from the packaging and set aside for assembly. Assemble on a soft surface to prevent scratching
during assembly.
Caution:
Tighten all components securely before use. Failure to do so may result in personal injury.
DO NOT use any sharp objects to open plastic wrapped components as damage to product or components may
result.

DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO CLIMB ON FURNITURE
Serious or fatal injuries can occur from furniture tipping over. You must install Tipping Restraint Hardware (where
included) to help prevent the unit from tipping and causing accidental injury, instability, death or damage. The
tipping restraint is intended only as a safety measure, it is not a substitute for proper adult supervision.
To help prevent furniture from tipping over it must be permanently attached to the wall. Anti-Tip Safety Wall
Straps suitable for the unit weight and wall materials (if not included) should be purchased and installed.

Our Warranty Statement
This warranty covers manufacturing defects associated with your new product. The product
is warranted from the original purchase date and to the original purchaser for normal usage,
according to the below-referenced specifications and limitations.

Non-moving metal parts are warranted for 5 years.
 Component parts including pneumatic cylinder, control mechanism, base and casters
are warranted for 2 years.

All other items are warranted for 1 year.
Normal usage means use in compliance with the restrictions and weight limits specified for
the product. In the absence of product-specific restrictions and weight limits, normal usage
means use for no more than forty hours per week by persons weighing 250 lbs. or less.
Coverage terminates if the product is sold or otherwise transferred. Repairs made by
parties other than Belnick also void this warranty.
This warranty will not cover: (1) labor, freight, or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence,
alteration, assembly, installation, attachments, accident, vandalism, acts of nature or any
other event beyond the control of Belnick; (2) tearing, scratching, scuffing, or blemishing of
leather or fabric; (3) cosmetic damage that may result from normal usage; (4) damage
attributable to use by persons exceeding specified weight limits or commercial use
exceeding forty hours per week; or (5) rust or other damage caused by exposure to
moisture. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. Liability for
incidental or consequential damage is excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may
not apply to you.

Using Camlocks

Connect the male
camlock as diected in
the assembly instructions
using a scewdriver.
Push the male camlock
into the entry hole.
Insert the femle
camlock as shown in the
instruction.
Note：ensure that the
arrow on the top of the
camlock points towards
the entry hole for the
male camlock.
Turn the female camlock
clockwise with a
screwdriver.
You should feel a click
when the camlock is
locked in place.
The joint is now secure.

Push up on the plastic locking
mechanism and remove the

Bearing Glide.
Attach Drawer Glides (Part L) to
Right Panel (Part 3) and Middle
Panel (Part 2) using (8) 3.5*14mm
Screws. Tighten using Phillips
Screwdriver.
Insert (1) Male Camlock
(Part A) into Right Panel (Part 3)
and Left Panel (Part 1).
Insert (6) Dowel Rods (Part C) into
Panels 1, 2, & 3 (see diagram).

Insert (6) Male Camlocks (Part A) into
the underside of Top Panel (Part 9).
Tighten with a Phillips Screwdriver.
Insert Female Camlock (Part B) into Top Fascia (Part 4)
ensuring the arrows point to the outer holes. Insert
Male Camlock on Left Panel (Part 1) and Right Panel
(Part 3) into female camlock and tighten using a
Phillips Screwdriver (See Diagram).

Add the notched corner of
Middle Panel (Part 2) to the
middle of the top fascia then
place Bottom Panel (Part 5)
onto panels 1, 2, & 3. Attach
using (6) 6850mm Screws
(Part E). Tighten using Allen
Wrench (Part M)
NOTE:
Ensure slotted edges on
bottom panel and left and
right side panel are aligned.
Attach (5) Legs (Part 6) to
underside of bottom panel

Insert Left Rear Panels (Part 7)
and into the slotted grooves on
panels 1 & 2. Insert Right Rear
Panels (Part 8) into the slotted
grooves on panels 3 & 2.
NOTE:Ensure bottom panels are
securely seated in bottom grooves.
Insert Female
Camlocks (Part B) in
the top holes of panels
1, 2, & 3 ensuring that
the arrows are facing
the outer holes.
Insert Male Camlocks
on the underside of
the Top Panel (Part 9)
into the female
camlocks and tighten
using a Phillips
Screwdriver.

Attach Front Fascia to the Top
Panel (Part 9) using (4) 4*45mm
Screws (Part H). Tighten with a
Phillips Screwdriver.

Using the Handle and Screw Sets
(Part K) attach handles to both
Drawer Front Panels (Part 11)
using included screws. Tighten
with a Phillips Screwdriver.
Insert (5) Male Camlocks (Part A) into
the pre-drilled holes inside the Drawer
Front Panel (Part 11). Repeat for
second drawer.

Attach Slide Rails (Part L) to the Right Drawer Panel (Part 13)
and Left Drawer Panel (Part 12) using (4) 3.5x14mm Screws
(Part F). Tighten using a Phillips Screwdriver.
Attach the Drawer Rear Panel (Part 16) to the
Right Side Panel (Part 13) and Left Side Panel
(Part 12) using (4) 4*35 Screws (Part G).
Ensure the grooved slots for all three pieces are
aligned. Tighten with a Phillips Screwdriver.
Repeat for second drawer.

Slide Drawer Bottom Panel
(Part 15) into the grooved slots
of the left and right side panels
and ensure it is securely seated
in the rear grooved slot. Repeat
for second drawer.
Attach Brace (Part 14) to the Drawer Back
Panel (Part 16) using (1) 4*35mm Screw
(Part G). Tighten with a Phillips
Screwdriver. Repeat for second drawer.
