Planen Sie die Position des Waschbeckens.
Die empfohlene Beckenhöhe-Oberkante beträgt 850 mm.
DerAbstand von der Wand kann vom Platzbedarf für einen
Spülkasten abhängen, wenn ein WC im selben Wandverlauf
installiert wird.

1020 mm - 820 mm
Stellen Sie den gewünschten Wandabstand ein. Dazu lösen
Sie die Schrauben, und schieben die Halterungen auf den
erforderlichenAbstand. Prüfen Sie, ob der Rahmen vertikal
in der Waage ist und ziehen Sie die Schrauben wieder fest.
Markieren Sie die Befestigungspositionen an Wand
und Boden. Entfernen Sie den Rahmen und bohren Sie
die Löcher für die Halterungen vor. Befestigen Sie den
Rahmen mit Schrauben und Dübeln an Wand und Boden.
Überprüfen Sie, ob der Rahmen in alle Richtungen in der
Waage ist.
Stellen Sie den Rahmen in der geplanten Position an die
Wand. Lösen Sie die Höhenverstellschrauben und stellen
Sie die gewünschte Höhe ein. Prüfen Sie, ob der Rahmen
horizontal in der Waage ist, und ziehen Sie die Schrauben
fest.

Rückseite des Waschbeckens
Langlöcher derAufhängungen
DenAbstand ´X` zwischen den Mitten der Langlöcher
messen. Schrauben Sie die Gewindebolzen in die
Gleitplatten. Zentrieren Sie sie mittig auf dem Rahmen
und lassen Sie sie so weit auseinander, dass sie mit den
Befestigungslöchern des Beckens übereinstimmen.
Kürzen Sie die Gewindebolzen bei Bedarf.
Setzen Sie das Waschbecken auf die vorbereiteten
Gewindebolzen. Lösen Sie die Schrauben zur Einstellung
der Verbindungshöhe und stellen Sie die Verbindungsstütze
auf die erforderliche Höhe ein, um sie mit dem Abuss
auszurichten. Ziehen Sie die Schrauben an. Entfernen Sie
das Waschbecken wieder.
Befestigen SieAblauf, Siphon und dieArmatur am Becken.
Hinweis: Es wird ein verstellbarer Abuss mit Pop-Up
dargestellt. Die Höhe des Siphon ist vertikal einstellbar.
Stellen Sie Ihn so ein, dass er in der Endmontage leicht
nach oben und unten verschoben werden kann.
Bereiten Sie das Abussrohr vor und schließen Sie es an
(ein aufsteckbarer Abuss wird empfohlen).
Hinweis: DerAblaufbogen kann gedreht werden, um
dieAbwasserleitung aufzunehmen, indem die gezeigten
Schrauben gelöst werden. Fixieren Sie das Abussrohr an
der Wand.

Lösen Sie die Zulaufanschlüsse für warm und kaltes
Wasser (mit der hinteren Mutter). Stellen Sie den
erforderlichenAbstand ein und ziehen Sie diese wieder fest.
Stecken Sie dieAblaufdichtung in denAblaufbogen.
Stellen Sie die Trennwand und markieren Sie die Löcher
für die Bolzen und Rohre so passgenau wie möglich.
Wenn nötig, iesen Sie die Oberäche oder tragen Sie
das Finish jetzt auf. Schmieren Sie die Innenseite der
Abussrohrdichtung und schieben Sie das Abussrohr des
Beckens in denAblaufbogen.
Verbinden Sie die Zuläufe der Warm- und Kaltwasser-
leitungen mit den Anschlussbogen (Ø ½“). Schrauben Sie
die Blindstopfen in dieAuslässe.
Positionieren Sie das Becken und markieren Sie das
Ende desAblaufrohres.Addieren Sie weitere 25 mm zur
Längenmarkierung, kürzen Sie den Überstand. Stellen
Sie sicher, dass das richtige Ende gekürzt und alle Grate
entfernt werden. Setzen Sie dasAblaufrohr wieder in den
Abussbogen ein.

Positionieren Sie das Becken vorsichtig auf die Gewinde-
bolzen und richten Sie denAblauf aus. Setzen Sie die
Kunststoff- und Metallscheiben unter dem Becken auf die
Gewindebolzen und sichern Sie sie mit den Muttern.
Verbinden Sie die exiblen Zuläufe (warm, kalt) mit den
jeweiligen Einlasskrümmern. Möglicherweise sindAdapter
erforderlich.
Befestigen Sie den Abuss am Siphon und schieben Sie die
Abdeckung darüber.
Ziehen Sie alle Verbindungen fest an.
Entfernen Sie die Blindstopfen aus denAuslässen.
Zum Abschluß der Installation prüfen Sie die Anschlüsse
auf ihre Dichtheit.
Hinweis: Beziehen Sie bei der Planung, wenn möglich
einen Revisionszugang mit ein.

Plan the position of the basin. The recommended basin
height is 850 mm to the front rim.
The distance from the wall may depend on the space
requirements for a cistern if a toilet is being installed in the
same run.

Set the required distance from the wall. Loosen the wall
adjustment bolts, set to the required distance, check the
frame is vertical and retighten the bolts.
Mark the xing positions on the wall and oor. Remove the
frame and drill suitable holes for the xings.
Attach the frame to the wall and oor using suitable xings.
Check the frame is level in all directions.
Place the frame against the wall in the required position.
Loosen the height adjustment bolts, set to the reqired
height, check the frame is level and retighten the bolts.

Back of basin
Basin xing holes
Measure the distance ´X` between the centres of the basin
xing holes. Insert the basin xing bolts into the sliding
plates, position centrally on the frame and space apart to
match the basin xing holes. Tighten the xing bolts with a
large screwdriver and cut to length if required.
Carefully lift and position the basin onto the basin xing
bolts. Loosen the connection height adjustment bolts, set
the connection support bar to the required height to line up
with the waste outlet elbow. Retighten the bolts and remove
the basin.
Attach the waste, trap and mixer/tap, to the basin.
Note: Atypical Bathstore adjustable chrome plated
bottletrap is shown (designs may vary). The trap height is
vertically adjustable, adjust the trap to allow some up and
down adjustment in the nal assembly.
Prepare and connect the waste water outlet (a push-t
waste is recommended).
Note: The waste outlet elbow can be rotated to take the
waste water pipework by loosening the bolts shown. Secure
the pipework in the void.

Loosen the hot and cold inlet elbows (using the nut at the
rear), set to the required distance apart and retighten.
Push t the waste pipe seal into the waste outlet elbow.
Build the partition wall, making the holes for the bolts and
pipes as small as possible. If required, tile the surface or
apply the nish now. Lubricate the inside of the waste pipe
seal and push t the basin waste pipe t into the waste
outlet elbow.
Connect the hot and cold pipework to the
inlet elbows (Ø ½“), screw the blanking plugs into the
outlets. BSP female threaded outlets may need extending
using male nipples. The hot and cold inlet elbows can be
rotated as required to suit your pipework. It is essential that
isolaton valves are tted at this point.
Carefully position the basin on the wall, mark a line level
with the end of the waste trap outlet onto the basin waste
pipe. Remove basin and waste pipe, add a further 25 mm
to the length of the waste pipe and cut to length. Some
extension pipes are stepped at the trap end, ensure the
correct end is cut and any burrs are removed. Ret waste
pipe into waste outlet elbow. The above applies to the
´Bathstore cylindrical trap`.

Carefully position the basin onto the xing bolts, lining up
the waste connections at the same time.
Under the basin, place the plastic and metal washers onto
the bolts and secure with the nuts.
Connect the hot and cold exible pipes to the inlet elbows,
adaptors may be required.
Secure the outlet pipe onto the trap and slide the cover up
to the wall.
Fully tighten all connections.
Remove the blanking plugs from the outlets.
Finish the installation by water testing the inlet and outlet
connections in the void.
Note: You must ensure there is access to the connections
in the void. The installation is now completed by tting the
access lid to the void.
