IV Precauons, contraindicaons, warnings
1. Precauons
(1) Please read this manual carefully before use.
(2) The ambient temperature of this product is 10

(4) Please do not place the product too close to a charged object to avoid
electric shock.
(5) Please do not use this product in an environment with relave
humidity greater than 80%.
(6) Please do not place this product too close to the electromagnec
model (such as radio, mobile phone, etc.).
(7) Please do not expose this product to the sun or near the stove, let alone
expose it to the water.
(8) Do not pile the foundaon or drop the product. Do not use it if it is
damaged.
(9) The hair on the forehead, sweat, hat or scarf will affect the accuracy
of the measurement data.
(10) Please make sure that the measurement distance is not more than 5cm.
(11) In order to obtain accurate, stable and reliable measurement data, this
product should be used indoors for 15~20 minutes when the room
temperature varies greatly.
(12) When the forehead sweats or other reasons cause the forehead
temperature to not normally respond to body temperature, please measure
it from behind the earlobe.
(13) When cleaning is required, please gently wipe the surface of the meter
with alcohol.
(14) In case of problems with the product, please contact the distributor
and do not aempt to repair it by yourself.
2. Contraindicaonst
Body temperature does not have a standard value, please consult your
doctor if you have a fever

•Make sure to remove the hair and sweat from your forehead before
measuring.
• Use of this product is not a substute for a doctor's diagnosis
•Contact your distributor if a problem occurs with the product and do
not aempt to repair it yourself.
•The protecve glass outside the LCD frame is very important, it is also
the fragile part of the meter, please be careful to use.
•Do not charge non-rechargeable baeries and do not throw them into fire.
•Please do not expose this product to the sun or put it with water.
V Advice before use
Infrared forehead thermometers have high requirements on the
surrounding environment. The correct method of use is the key to
accurate tesng.
(1)This product is an infrared forehead thermometer that professionally
measures the temperature of the human body. According to the
difference of human skin, the measured temperature will be different.
(2) When the room temperature changes greatly, the infrared frontal
thermometer should be placed in the room for 20 minutes before use.
(3) When the person to be measured comes from a place with a large
difference in temperature from the measurement environment, they
should stay in the test environment for at least 5 minutes, and wait unl
the temperature is consistent with the environment before measuring.
(4) The environment around the person to be tested must be stable.
Do not test in places with large air flow such as fans and air outlets of air
condioners.
VI Instrucons
1 Quick Use
(1) Insert baeries.
(2) Press the measurement buon to turn on the infrared forehead
thermometer and the display will acvate.
(3) the front end of the thermometer is aligned with the forehead, and
the distance is 3 to 5 cm.
(4) Aer 2 seconds, the prompt sounds, indicang that the measurement
is completed, and the measurement data on the screen can be read.
2 Mode selecon
In the power-on state, press the "Set" key to select the measurement of
body temperature and surface temperature, and the screen will show the
body temperature and surface temperature; press and hold to switch
between "
°C
" and "
°
F" modes.(The temperature measured in the surface
temperature mode is the surface temperature of the object, and the
temperature measured in the body temperature mode is the human body
temperature.)
3 Memory query
In standby mode, press the "+" key to query the memory upwards, and
press the "-" key to query the memory downwards. A total of 32 sets of
memory can be queried.
(5) Do not use the instrument outdoors or in a place with strong sunlight.
(6) Do not hold the front of the thermometer during measurement.
(7) The measurement site must not be covered by hair. If there is sweat,
please wipe it with a dry towel and measure it later. Otherwise it will affect
the measurement result.
(8) Cold measurement of the forehead of a fever paent, sweang, and
other cooling measures will make the measurement result low, and
measurement should be avoided in this case.
(9) Comparison of different temperature measurement methods.
The body temperature measured by different temperature measurement
methods will be different.
Precauons:
1.When opening the baery cover to replace the baery, pay special
aenon to the polarity of the baery. Misplacement may cause damage
to the product.
2. When not in use for a long me, please remove the baery to prevent the
thermometer from being damaged due to baery leakage.
3. Do not use when the baery is leaking or moldy.
4.Do not place the baery near a fire source or throw it into a fire,
otherwise the baery may explode.
5.Do not store the baery in a high temperature or high humidity environment.
6.To avoid short circuit, do not put the baery together with metal objects
such as coins or keys in the same pocket or other containers that may
short the baery.
VII Baery replacement
The instrument uses a 3V baery. Generally, it can be used connuously for
more than 4,000 mes. When a baery symbol appears on the top of the
screen and flashes, it indicates that the baery is insufficient and the baery
needs to be replaced as soon as possible.
(1)Open the baery cover and replace the baery. Pay aenon to the
correct posion of the posive and negave electrodes. The product is
designed with a baery an-reverse device, even if the baery is installed in
the opposite polarity, it will not cause damage to the product, but will
not work.
(2)Do not use rechargeable baeries. Use disposable baeries. Use alkaline
baeries whenever possible.
(3)When the instrument is not working, the stac current is extremely small,
but when it is not used for a long me, it is recommended to remove the
baery to prevent baery leakage from damaging the product.
VIII Roune maintenance
During the use of the product, please follow the prompts when you find the
following condions.
(1)External contaminaon: Wipe the contaminated area with a clean so cloth,
or use coon swabs with medical alcohol Wiping, rubbing with medical
alcohol can also have sterilizaon. Be careful not to add too much water or
alcohol to prevent damage to the inside of the product.
(2) Internal dirt: The lens of the internal probe is an important device. Do not
touch or press with your fingers or other objects, otherwise it will affect
the preparaon of the measured result. When the lens surface is found to
be dirty, wipe the lens surface with a coon swab moistened with 95% or
more absolute alcohol. Tip: Do not use 75% disinfectant alcohol to wipe the
lens (there will be traces of residual water). Do not use other chemical wipes
to wipe the lens (which will cause damage to the lens).
(3)Storage: Keep in a dry and dark place out of direct sunlight.
IX Error message and soluon
FAQ 1: LCD display message "HI"
Answer: Using infrared forehead temperature mer, the
LCD may display the message HI. The analysis shows that
the measurement range is exceeded: 1. The mode is
selected incorrectly; 2. The temperature exceeds 42.5
°C.
The following informaon appears when the message "L0" or "HI" appears:

Answer: Using infrared forehead temperature mer, LCD may display
message L0.The analysis shows that it is lower than the measurement range:
1. The mode is selected incorrectly; 2. The temperature is lower than 32
°C
.

2. During the warranty period, the product sent by our maintenance personnel

3. During the warranty period, defects in materials and workmanship of the
product will be repaired and replaced free of charge. All replacement parts

4.During the warranty period, the following condions will not be able to
enjoy the free maintenance service provided by our company:
Surface coang and appearance damage are not covered by the warranty.
Failure or damage caused by the user's incorrect installaon, storage, and

Failure or damage caused by disassembly by agencies or personnel not
authorized by our company.
Failure or damage due to accidental factors, human reasons, environmental
factors (operaon errors, bumps, handling, unreasonable power supply
voltage, moisture).
Failure or damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters
(earthquake, fire, tsunami).
Product packaging and product accessories are not covered by the warranty.
5. Our company does not provide any warranty and repair services in the
following cases:
Products not manufactured by our company;
Products not sold by our company in regular channels in mainland China;
the idenficaon of these two types of products shall be determined by our
technicians
For the expired warranty period (with warranty card and shopping invoice),
our company will provide paid repair service.
