Compatibility
Any Qi-enabled devices up to 10 W, including smartphones,
headphones, smart watches. This includes the latest iPhone,
Samsung Galaxy, and Note devices.
2 Plug the other end of the cable into a USB port on a computer
or into a power adapter.
Choosing the right USB power adapter:
• A QC 2.0 or QC 3.0 charger is required to obtain the full 10 W of
wireless charging performance.
• A minimum of a 5 V/2 A (10 Watt) USB charger or powered USB
port is required to obtain 5 W of wireless charging performance.
• Using low-power USB ports (with less than 5 V/2 A of power
output) could cause poor performance or cause the wireless
charger not to operate at all.
3 Place your Qi-enabled device on the center of your charging
pad with the screen facing up. The LED is blue/purple when
your device is charging.
Note: If the LED is red, your device is not charging.

Troubleshooting
Device not charging/LED is red
• Make sure that your device is Qi-enabled.
• Make sure that your charging pad is connected to a working
USB port.
• Make sure that your powered USB port meets the minimum
power requirements.
• Make sure that your device is positioned correctly on your
charging pad.
• Make sure that there are no other objects on the charging pad.
• Remove your device’s case. It may be blocking the wireless signal.
Device charges slowly
• Your device may charge more slowly with the charging pad than
a charging cable. This is normal behavior.
• Make sure that your device is positioned in the center of your
charging pad.
