2. Assembly Procedures
2.1 Stem and Handlebar
2.1.1 Engage the stem clamp and make it just hold the handlebar slightly. The cable
arrangement as below picture.
2.1.2 Adjust handlebar to center of the stem and rotate to proper angle.
2.1.3 Tighten stem screw
Tighten stem screw with torque 6-8 N-m
Note : Tighten upper and lower screw by turns, to
make the gap uniform.
Finish stem and handlebar assembly.

2.2 Front Wheel
2.2.1 Assemble the front wheel to the fork.
2.2.2 Install the front wheel axel from right side.
a. QR type –
Tighten QR to and close the lever. The lever
should parallel to the fork.
b. Non-QR type –
Tighten axel with torque 9 –13.5 N-m
2.2.3 Rotate front wheel, the rotor should not touch the
brake caliper.
Finish front wheel assembly.

2.3 Pedal
2.3.1 Set up the right pedal.
Assemble the pedal with marking “R”onto the
right crank clockwise and tighten it.
2.3.2 Set up the left pedal
Assemble the other one with marking “L”onto
the left crank counterclockwise and tighten it.
Finish pedal assembly.

2.4 Seat Post
2.4.1 Adjust seat height
Open seat clamp and adjust to a proper seat
height
Note 1: When adjusting the seat height, need
to pull out the cable accordingly, in case the
seat height switch is triggered all the time.
Note 2: After the adjustment, make sure the cable NOT to touch the rear wheel.
Note 3: DO NOT over the minimum insert line on seat post.
2.4.2 Adjust the saddle face forward, then
closure seat clamp.
Finish seat post and saddle set assembly.
Push in
Pull out

3. Checklist
3.1 Check the tire pressure is normal.
3.2 Check the function of the brakes, derailleur, chain and seat post.
3.3 Check the function of the electric module and the battery power. Please refer to TRB1 user
manual.
