2. Introduction
2.1 Product Introduction
A very robust mechanical unit for determining the elasticity, adhesion and elongation of dried paint
on sheet metal. It can be used in accordance with: GB11185-89、ISO 6860-1984、ASTM D522
The maximum width of the sample can be 70mm.
BEVS1605 conical bending tester is made of stainless steel and high-quality steel, have compact
and firm structure, is suitable for desktop use, have simple and quick operation.

2.3 Construction
3. Product Usages
3.1 Insert the test sample into the Rotation axis, making the film side face the axis. The short side
touches the Tapered shaft 2.
3.2 Turn to the left of the lock handle 4, locking the plate tightly.
3.3 Then turn the Test handle 3 of the rotation 180 DEG.
3.4 Check the paint film status of crack or fall off from the test plate, reading the diameter. The
scale number marked in the crack place shows the taper shaft diameter.
4. Attention
4.1 The thickness of test model cannot exceed the allowance of the device.
