1. Introduction
In accordance with the Electrical and Electronic
Equipment Act (ElektroG) and the European WEEE
Directive 2012/19/EU, electrical and electronic
equipment mu be disposed of separately from
household wae at the end of their life.
If the device is operated with batteries
, these mu
be removed from the device before disposal. If
batteries are permanently inalled in the device,
they mu be removed by professional a for
safety reasons.
These disassembly inructions show how to
proceed.
2. Information for Germany on disposal
in accordance with the Electrical and
Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG)
and the WEEE Directive 2012/19/EU

packaging means that electrical and electronic
devices mu be disposed of separately from
household wae at the end of their life cycle.
uAlways dispose of used equipment in
accordance with applicable regulations.
uFor the return of old equipment, batteries and
rechargeable batteries, there are free collection
points or a free return to beyerdynamic, as well
as other acceptance points for reuse. The
addresses are available at the local city or
municipal adminiration.
uDealers for electronic equipment are generally
obliged to take back wae electrical/electronic
equipment free of charge. This obligation also
applies to sales via remote communication.
uFor fuher information, please contact the
local authorities or the dealer from whom the
product was purchased.
uThe consumer/end-user is responsible for the
deletion of personal data on the wae
electrical/electronic equipment.
3. Disposal of batteries
uDispose of batteries separately aer use from
the product in accordance with applicable
regulations. They mu not be disposed of in
household wae. The return is free of charge
for consumers/end users.

uDischarge the battery
before disposal.
uInse a flat, blunt knife
in the middle of the
speakerphone and
remove the housing
cover according to the
direction of the arrow..
uRemove the housing
cover.
uLoosen the screws of
the middle housing plate
with an appropriate
screwdriver 1and
remove the plate 2.
uCut the cable and
remove the battery.
