VERWENDUNGSZWECK
Dieses Produkt wird in einen vorhandenen Schraubstock eingespannt (Schraubstock nicht im
Lieferumfang enthalten) und dient zum Biegen von Blechen, Leitungen und Kabel aus Stahl, Kupfer,
Messing, Aluminium, es ist leicht in der Anwendung, da die hochwertige Rollwalze über eine Kurbel
betätigt wird. Das Produkt findet beispielsweise Anwendung in der Metallverarbeitung, Karosserie-
und Fahrzeugwerkstätten.
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
•Betreiben Sie das Werkzeug mit gesundem Menschenverstand.
•Halten Sie Kinder und unbefugte Personen vom Arbeitsbereich fern.
•Lassen Sie Kinder nicht mit dem Produkt oder dessen Verpackung spielen.
•Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Arbeitsbereich ausreichend beleuchtet ist.
•Halten Sie den Arbeitsbereich sauber, aufgeräumt, trocken und frei von anderen Materialien.

beschädigt ist.
•Greifen Sie nicht in die Biegevorrichtung und sichern Sie sich immer einen festen Stand, um
jederzeit das Gleichgewicht halten zu können.
•Lagern Sie das Produkt an einen trockenen und sicheren Ort, außerhalb der Reichweite von
Kindern.

ARBEITSSCHUTZ
Tragen Sie bei Verwendung dieses Werkzeugs grundsätzlich
folgende Schutzausrüstung:

AUSPACKEN
Achten Sie beim Auspacken darauf, dass alle Teile vorhanden und nicht beschädigt sind.
Kontaktieren Sie Ihren Händler, wenn Teile fehlen oder beschädigt sind.

VORBEREITUNG
Die Mini-Walzbank ist mit einem speziellen Flansch ausgestattet, der an dem unteren Teil des
Körpers angeschweißt ist, so dass sie in einem Schraubstock fixiert werden kann.
1. Fixieren Sie den Flansch der Mini-Walzbank zwischen den Schraubstockbacken.
HINWEIS: Die Verwendung von Schraubstöcken mit einer Backengröße von weniger als 150 mm
wird nicht empfohlen.
BLECHE
1. Messen und schneiden Sie das Blech vor dem Biegen auf die erforderliche Größe.
2. Stellen Sie die Einstellschrauben (1) auf die Materialstärke ein.
3. Legen Sie das Blech unter die Biegewalze.
4. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Blech im rechten Winkel am Gerät anliegt.
5. Drehen Sie die Kurbel und biegen Sie das Material, bis es den gewünschten Radius erreicht hat.
ROHRLEITUNGEN
1. Kürzen Sie Rohrleitung vor dem Biegen auf die erforderliche Länge.
2. Stellen Sie die Einstellschrauben (1) auf den Durchmesser der Rohrleitung ein.
3. Legen Sie Rohrleitung in die Nut, die dem Durchmesser der Rohrleitung entspricht.
4. Drehen Sie die Kurbel und biegen Sie das Material, bis es den gewünschten Radius erreicht hat.
UMWELTSCHUTZ
Recyceln Sie unerwünschte Stoffe, anstatt sie als Abfall zu entsorgen. Verpackungen sind
zu sortieren, einer Wertstoffsammelstelle zuzuführen und umweltgerecht zu entsorgen.
Erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer örtlichen Abfallbehörde über Recyclingmaßnahmen.

INTENDED USE
This product is clamped into an existing vice (vice not included in the scope of delivery) and is used
for bending of sheet metal made of steel, copper, brass, aluminum, it is easy to use because the high-
quality bending cheek is operated by operating lever. The product is used, for example, in
metalworking, vehicle bodywork and vehicle workshops.
SAFETY INFORMATIONS
•Operate the tool using common sense.
•Keep children and unauthorised persons out of the work area.
•Do not allow children to play with this product or its packaging.
•Make sure that the work area is sufficiently illuminated.
•Keep the work area clean, organised, dry and free from other materials.
•Do not carry out any modifications on the tool.
•Before use, check the tool for damage. If a part is damaged, use the tool again only after all
damaged parts have been repaired by an authorised specialist. Do not use the tool if it is
damaged.
•Do not reach into the bending device and always secure a firm footing so that you can keep
your balance at all times.

OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY
When using this tool,
always wear following protective equipment:

UNPACKING
When unpacking, make sure that all parts are present.
Contact your dealer if parts are missing or damaged.

PREPARING
The mini rolling machine is equipped with a special flange welded to the lower part of the body so that
it can be fixed in a bench vice.
1. Fix the flange of the mini rolling machine between the bench vise jaws.
NOTE: The use of vises with a jaw size of less than 150 mm is not recommended.
METAL SHEETS
1. Measure and cut the sheet metal to required size before rolling.
2. Set the adjusting screws (1) to the material thickness.
3. Place the sheet metal under the bending roller.
4. Make sure the sheet metal is square to the unit.
5. Turn the crank and bend the material until it reaches the desired radius.
PIPES
1. Cut pipe to required length before bending.
2. Set the adjusting screws (1) to the diameter of the pipe.
3. Put the pipe in the groove corresponding to the diameter of the pipe.
4. Turn the crank and bend the material until it reaches the desired radius.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. Packaging should be
sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with
the environment. Contact your local solid waste authority for recycling information. Dispose
of this product at the end of its working life environmentally.

UTILISATION PRÉVUE
Ce produit doit être serré dans un étau installé à l’avance (l’étau n’est pas compris dans la livraison)
et permet alors de plier des tôles, des tuyaux et des câbles en acier, cuivre, laiton et aluminium. Il est
facile à utiliser puisque le rouleau de cintrage de haute qualité est actionné par l’intermédiaire d’une
manivelle. Le domaine d’application du produit se situe, par exemple, dans les tôleries, les ateliers de
carrosserie et les ateliers de réparation automobile.
CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
•N’utilisez des outils pneumatiques qu’en faisant preuve de bon sens.
•Maintenez à l’écart les enfants et toutes les autres personnes non autorisées de la zone de
travail.
•N’autorisez pas les enfants à jouer avec le produit ou son emballage.
•Assurez-vous que la zone de travail est suffisamment éclairée.

DÉBALLAGE

PRÉPARATION
La mini-rouleuse est équipée d’une bride spéciale, soudée au bas du corps, permettant de la fixer
dans un étau.
1. Serrez la bride de la mini-rouleuse entre les mâchoires de l’étau.
REMARQUE : L’utilisation d’un étau avec une taille de mâchoire inférieure à 150 mm n’est pas
recommandée.
TÔLES
1. Mesurez et coupez la tôle à la taille requise avant de la plier.
2. Réglez les vis (1) à l’épaisseur du matériau.
3. Placez la tôle sous le rouleau de cintrage.
4. Assurez-vous que la tôle repose contre l’appareil en angle droit.
5. Faites tourner la manivelle pour cintrer le matériau jusqu’à avoir atteint rayon souhaité.
TUYAUTERIE
1. Coupez la tuyauterie à la longueur requise avant de la plier.
2. Réglez les vis (1) au diamètre de la tuyauterie à cintrer.
3. Placez la tuyauterie à cintrer dans la rainure correspondant à son diamètre.
4. Faites tourner la manivelle pour cintrer le matériau jusqu’à avoir atteint rayon souhaité.
PROTECTION DE L’ENVIRONNEMENT
Recyclez les matières indésirables au lieu de les jeter comme déchets. Les emballages
doivent être triés, envoyés à un point de collecte de recyclage et éliminés dans le respect
de l’environnement. Consultez votre autorité locale de gestion des déchets à propos des
mesures de recyclage à appliquer.

USO PREVISTO
Este producto se sujeta en un tornillo de banco existente (tornillo de banco no incluido en el
suministro) y se utiliza para doblar chapas, alambres y cables de acero, cobre, latón y aluminio. Es
fácil de usar porque el rodillo de alta calidad se acciona mediante una manivela. El producto se
utiliza, por ejemplo, en el procesamiento de metales y en los talleres de carrocería y de vehículos.
INDICACIONES DE SEGURIDAD
•Maneje la herramienta aplicando el sentido común.
•Mantenga a los niños y personas no autorizadas lejos del área de trabajo.
•No permita que los niños jueguen con el producto o su embalaje.
•Asegúrese de que el área de trabajo está suficientemente iluminada.

PROTECCIÓN DEL TRABAJO
Cuando utilice esta herramienta, póngase siempre el
siguiente equipo de protección:
•Gafas de protección
•Zapatos de seguridad antideslizantes
•Guante de trabajo
DESEMBALAR
Al desembalar, asegúrese de que todas las piezas estén presentes y no estén dañadas.
Póngase en contacto con su distribuidor, si faltan piezas o si están dañadas.

PREPARACIÓN
El minibanco de rodillos está equipado con una brida especial soldada a la parte inferior del cuerpo
para poder fijarlo en un tornillo de banco.
1. Fije la brida del minibanco de rodillos entre las mordazas.
NOTA: No se recomienda el uso de tornillos de banco con un tamaño de mordazas inferiores a 150
mm.
CHAPAS
1. Mida y corte la chapa al tamaño deseado antes de doblarla.
2. Ajuste los tornillos de ajuste (1) al grosor del material.
3. Coloque la chapa bajo el rodillo doblador.
4. Asegúrese de que la chapa está en ángulo recto con el dispositivo.
5. Gire la manivela y doble el material hasta alcanzar el radio deseado.
TUBERÍAS
1. Acorte el tubo a la longitud requerida antes de doblarlo.
2. Ajuste los tornillos de ajuste (1) al diámetro de la tubería.
3. Coloque el tubo en la ranura correspondiente al diámetro del tubo.
4. Gire la manivela y doble el material hasta alcanzar el radio deseado.
PROTECCIÓN MEDIOAMBIENTAL
Recicle las sustancias no deseadas, en lugar de tirarlas a la basura. Los embalajes deben
ser clasificados, llevados a un centro de reciclaje y desechados de forma respetuosa con el
medio ambiente. Consulte con la autoridad local de gestión de residuos sobre las
posibilidades de reciclaje.
