EASYCONNECT MPX 200
PRESENTATION SYSTEM
EasyConnect MPX 200 is an innovative screen sharing hub with integrated charging, cable
management and control of the meeting room equipment. The system is plug-and-play
and pre-configured for a BYOD setup. Dierent setups can be applied with the
EasyConnect management console.
Press and hold any of the touch buttons for 5 second
until the a white light appears at port 4.
Connect that cable to your computer and open the
EasyConnect management console.

Use EasyConnect for BYOD/BYOM
When in idle mode, EasyConnect MPX 200 has a
uniform green halo light showing that it is available.
When connecting one of the USB-C cables to a device
the light will glow up in that section and the other parts
will dim down to show that the device is connected and
charging.
When pressing one of the touch buttons on a
connected port the screen sharing starts and access to
connected devices such as cameras, speakers and
microphones. The light in that section will turn red and
the light will turn o in the other sections.
When connecting more of the USB-C cables to
other devices the light will continue to light up in
those sections.

When pressing another touch button on a connected
port the screen sharing and the connected equipment
will switch to the other device. The light in that section
will turn red and the light will turn o in the other
sections.
To stop sharing, just press once more on the active
touch button. The connected device will also no
longer be connected to cameras, speakers or
microphones. The lights will go back to show which
ports are connected.
When all cables are disconneted, the status light will get
back to idle mode.

Use EasyConnect with Microsoft Teams Rooms
When in idle mode, EasyConnect MPX 200 has a
uniform green halo light showing that it is available.
When connecting one of the USB-C cables to a device
the light will glow up in that section and the other parts
will dim down to show that the device is connected and
charging.
When pressing one of the touch buttons on a
connected port the connected device will start screen
sharing through HDMI-Ingest. Cameras, microphones
and speakers will still be connected to the MTR-device.
The light in that section will turn blue and the light will
turn o on the other sections.
When connecting more of the USB-C cables to other
devices the light will continue to glow up in thoose
sections.

When pressing another touch button on a
connected port the screen sharing will switch to the
other device. The light in that section will turn blue and
the light will turn o in the other sections.
To access the cameras, speakers and microphones
through a connected laptop, long press any button for 2
seconds to enter BYOM-mode. The complete circle will
pulse red a couple of times to indicate the mode switch.
The light will now be red instead of blue with enabled
access to cameras, microphones and speakers as well as
screen sharing.
To switch back to HDMI-Ingest, long-press any button for
2 seconds. The circle will pulse blue a couple of times
to indicate the mode switch and the he MTR-device will
take over control of the cameras, speakers and
microphones. You will still share the screen.

To stop sharing, just press one more time on the active
touch button. The lights will go back to show which ports
are connected.
When disconnecting all cables you will get back to idle
mode.
