AVVERTENZE GENERALI
• Q uesto apparecchio è destinato solo all’uso domestico (quindi non professionale), per la
preparazione di piccole quantità di alimenti, secondo le modalità indicate in queste istruzioni. Ogni
altro uso è da considerarsi improprio e pericoloso. Il costruttore non potrà essere ritenuto
responsabile di eventuali danni derivanti da uso improprio, erroneo e irresponsabile e/o da
riparazioni effettuate da personale non qualificato.
E sempi di apparecchi per ambiente domestico sono apparecchi per tipiche funzioni domestiche,
usati in ambito domestico, che possono essere utilizzati per tipiche funzioni domestiche anche da
persone non esperte:
- in negozi, uffici e altri luoghi di lavoro similari;
- in aziende agricole o similari;
- da clienti di alberghi, motel e altri ambienti di tipo residenziale;
- in ambienti del tipo bed and breakfast.
• U tilizzare l’apparecchio solo con gli accessori forniti in dotazione, per non compromettere la
sicurezza d’impiego. Quando viene utilizzato accessorio frullatore ad immersione: solo in sostituzione
del bicchiere è posssibile usare un contenitore o una pentola (prima toglierla dal fornello e lasciare
raffreddare gli ingredienti), non in dotazione. Verificare periodicamente il buono stato
dell’apparecchio e dei suoi elementi: in caso di dubbio rivolgersi ad un centro assistenza autorizzato e
accertarsi che i ricambi forniti siano originali.
• A ttenzione: non usare l’apparecchio se le lame sono danneggiate.
• N on usare l’apparecchio per mescolare liquidi bollenti.
• N on mescolare mai olio o grasso bollente.
• N on usare l’apparecchio per cibi duri, per esempio chicchi di caffè, spezie o cioccolato, altrimenti la
lama si danneggierà.
• N on utilizzare l’apparecchio per alimenti aventi un’eccessiva consistenza (esempio: cubetti di
ghiaccio o carne con ossa).
• N on far funzionare l’apparecchio a vuoto, in quanto può subire danneggiamenti.
• S e le lame (tritatutto o frullatore ad immersione) o la frusta si bloccano, spegnere l’apparecchio
(rilasciare il pulsante) e togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente prima di rimuovere gli ingredienti che
hanno bloccato le lame.
• P restare particolare attenzione durante l’uso dell’apparecchio con liquidi caldi, poiché gli schizzi o il
vapore potrebbero causare ustioni. Per evitare schizzi, immergere sempre il gambo negli ingredienti
prima di accendere l’apparecchio, soprattutto quando frullate ingredienti caldi.
• N on inserire mai le mani o qualsiasi tipo di oggetto all’interno del bicchiere, ciotola dove si sta
utilizzando l’apparecchio. Tenere dita, o altri parti del corpo (come ad esempio i capelli), indumenti
o utensili (coltelli, forchette, ecc.) o altro lontano dalle parti in movimento (lame, frusta).
• L e lame dell’apparecchio sono molto affilate: fare attenzione a non ferirsi quando si puliscono,
maneggiarle con notevole cautela per evitare abrasioni, tagli o ferite.
A ttenzione: non toccare mai le lame con le mani, specialmente quando il gambo è assemblato al
corpo motore e dopo aver inserito la spina dell’apparecchio nella presa di corrente.

• N on togliere o cercare di fermare gli accessori (gambo, frusta, ecc..) mentre l’apparecchio
è in funzione o prima che il motore si arresti. Rimuovere gli accessori solo quando l’apparecchio è
completamente fermo e dopo aver tolto la spina dalla presa di corrente.
• A ttenzione: per tritare utilizzare solo la ciotola in dotazione.
• S collegare sempre l’apparecchio dalla presa di corrente se lasciato incustodito e prima di assemblare,
smontare e pulire l’apparecchio.
• Q uest’ apparecchio non deve essere utilizzato dai bambini. Tenere lo apparecchio e il suo cavo fuori
dalla portata dei bambini.
• G li apparecchi possono essere utilizzati da persone con ridotte capacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali o
con mancanza di esperienza e di conoscenza se sono sorvegliati oppure se hanno ricevuto istruzioni
riguardo l’utilizzo in sicurezza dell’apparecchio e se ne hanno capito i pericoli implicati.
• I bambini non devono utilizzare l’apparecchio come gioco.
• A ttenzione: quando si utilizzano apparecchi elettrici, occorre sempre rispettare le precauzioni di
sicurezza di base per evitare i rischi di incendio, di scosse elettriche e di lesioni fisiche.
• S e l’apparecchio non è in funzione togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente.
• N on tirare il cavo di alimentazione o l’apparecchio stesso per disinserire la spina dalla presa di
corrente.
• N on tirare il cavo per spostare l’apparecchio.
• S e il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, esso deve sostituito dal costruttore o dal suo servizio
assistenza tecnica o comunque da una persona con qualifica similare, in modo da prevenire ogni
rischio.
• N on toccare l’apparecchio con mani e piedi bagnati. Assicuratevi di avere le mani perfettamente
asciutte prima di toccare l’apparecchio.
• N on spostare o sollevare l’apparecchio durante il funzionamento
• N on lasciare l’apparecchio esposto agli agenti atmosferici (sole, pioggia ecc..).
• Q uesto apparecchio non deve essere utilizzato in ambienti esterni (all’aperto).
• A l fine di proteggersi da ogni rischio di shock elettrico, non immergere la spina, il cordone elettrico
e il corpo motore nell’acqua od in nessun altro liquido.
• Q uesto apparecchio non è destinato a essere fatto funzionare per mezzo di un temporizzatore esterno o
con un sistema di comando a distanza separato, per evitare il rischio di incendio nel caso l’apparecchio
sia coperto o sia posizionato in modo non corretto.
INSTALLAZIONE
•Dopo aver tolto l’imballaggio assicurarsi dell’integrità dell’apparecchio; in caso di dubbio non
utilizzarlo e rivolgersi a personale professionalmente qualificato. Gli elementi dell’imballaggio
(sacchetti in plastica, polistirolo, punti metallici, ecc…) non devono essere lasciati alla portata di
bambini o persone irresponsabili, in quanto possibili fonti di pericolo, ma vanno smaltiti secondo le
norme vigenti.
•Prima di collegare l’apparecchio accertarsi che i dati di targa (tensione, ecc..) corrispondano a
quelli della vostra rete di distribuzione elettrica. In generale è sconsigliato l’uso di adattatori, prese
multiple e/o prolunghe; se il loro uso si rendesse indispensabile, devono essere conformi alle

vigenti norme di sicurezza e la portata in corrente (ampères) non deve essere inferiore a quella
massima dell’apparecchio.
•L’apparecchio non deve essere posizionato immediatamente al di sotto di una presa di corrente.
•La presa di corrente deve essere facilmente accessibile in modo da poter disinserire con facilità la
spina in caso di emergenza.
•Prima di ogni utilizzo verificare che l’apparecchio sia in buono stato, che il cordone elettrico non
sia danneggiato: in caso di dubbio rivolgersi a personale professionalmente qualificato.
•Si raccomanda di tenere l’apparecchio lontano dal bordo del piano di lavoro e fuori dalla portata
dei bambini.
•Assicurarsi che il cordone elettrico sia posizionato correttamente e non sia a contatto con parti
calde o spigoli taglienti, né avvolto intorno all’apparecchio e non passi sotto l’apparecchio, non sia
attorcigliato su se stesso e non si impigli, onde evitare una caduta dell’apparecchio.
•Al primo utilizzo è necessario pulirlo e lavare le parti a contatto gli alimenti: vedi paragrafo
“Pulizia e Manutenzione”.
•Posizionare l’apparecchio:
- lontano da fonti di calore (ad es. altri forni, fornello gas, ecc. ), da materiali infiammabili
(tappezzerie, ecc.), materiale esplosivo (bombolette spray); verificare che lo spazio libero attorno
all’apparecchio sia di almeno 50 cm.
- su un piano d’appoggio orizzontale, ben stabile, la cui superficie non sia delicata (ad esempio
mobili laccati, tovaglie, ecc), in posizione dove non possa subire urti, e a debita distanza dal
bordo del mobile, per evitare cadute.
- lontano da contenitori di liquidi, ad esempio lavelli ecc. Nel caso dovesse inavvertitamente
bagnarsi o immergersi in un liquido, staccare immediatamente la spina dalla presa di corrente,
asciugarlo con cura, e verificare che le parti elettriche non si siano bagnate; in caso di dubbio
rivolgersi a personale professionalmente qualificato.
•L'utilizzatore non deve lasciare l’apparecchio senza sorveglianza quando è collegato
all'alimentazione .
•In caso di guasto o cattivo funzionamento o se il cavo e la spina risultano danneggiati spegnere
l’apparecchio e farlo controllare da personale professionalmente qualificato; le riparazioni
effettuate da personale non qualificato possono essere pericolose e fanno decadere la garanzia.
ASSEMBLAGGIO
Attenzione: scollegare sempre l’apparecchio prima di assemblare, smontare, aggiungere ingredienti e
di pulire l’apparecchio.
Utilizzo accessorio frullatore ad immersione
Indispensabile per preparare passati di verdura, puree di patate, cibi per bambini creme a
base di frutta o verdura, ecc…
Per questa funzione utilizzare: corpo motore (B) e gambo (C).
Posizionare il gambo sul corpo motore, quindi ruotare il gambo in senso orario in
direzione del simbolo fino al bloccaggio (udirete un click del corretto inserimento).
Verificare con una lieve pressione della mano per garantire che il gambo sia ben fissato al
corpo motore. Assicurarsi prima dell’utilizzo che la lama sia ben fissata e solidale al
gambo.

Utilizzo accessorio frusta a filo
Attenzione: prima di assemblare l’apparecchio, assicurarsi che sia scollegato dalla presa di corrente.
Ideale per sbattere o mescolare alimenti, come chiari d’uovo o montare panne, ecc…
Per questa funzione utilizzare: corpo motore (B), giunto (F) e frusta (E).
Inserire la frusta sul giunto fino a fondo (udirete un click del corretto inserimento),
assicurarsi con una lieve pressione della mano per garantire che la frusta sia ben fissata al
giunto.
Posizionare la frusta completa di giunto precedentemente assemblata sul corpo motore
(B), quindi ruotare il giunto in senso orario fino al bloccaggio in direzione del simbolo ,
(udirete un click del corretto inserimento). Verificare con una lieve pressione della mano
per garantire che la frusta completa di giunto sia ben fissato al corpo motore. Verificare
prima di ogni utilizzo che tutti i suoi elementi (corpo motore, giunto e frusta) sono stati
inseriti in modo corretto e a fondo.
•Attenzione: l’apparecchio deve essere utilizzato unicamente in posizione verticale, con le lame o la
frusta rivolte verso il basso.
•Inserire gli ingredienti da preparare nel bicchiere, prestando attenzione che lo stesso non sia troppo
pieno per evitare una tracimazione del liquido. Non riempire mai il bicchiere ad un livello inferiore
(100ml), o un livello massimo (700ml). E’ possibile utilizzare anche:
- un contenitore di dimensioni idonee ed uguali al bicchiere, si consiglia di usare un
contenitore alto e dritto, di diametro superiore rispetto al corpo motore, per consentire agli
ingredienti di venire frullati; non riempire mai il contenitore oltre altezza del gambo o della
frusta
- una pentola, prima toglierla dal fornello per evitare surriscaldamento e lasciare raffreddare gli
ingredenti; per ottenere risultati migliori, non riempire mai la pentola oltre altezza del gambo
o della frusta.
•Lasciar raffreddare gli ingredienti caldi prima di frullarli o di versarli nel bicchiere (temp. max 80
°C).
•Immergere il gambo o la frusta negli ingredienti prima di metterlo in funzione. Questo al fine di
evitare gli schizzi quando si accenderà il motore.
Utilizzo accessorio tritatutto
Attenzione: scollegare sempre l’apparecchio prima di assemblare, smontare, aggiungere ingredienti e
di pulire l’apparecchio; le lame dell’apparecchio sono molto affilate: fare attenzione; maneggiarle
toccando tramite il perno.
Ideale per:
- sminuzzare e tritare alimenti privi di parti duri (gusci o ad esempio il nucleo
centrale dell’ananas)
- macinare carne cruda e cotta (rimuovere prima eventuali ossi, cartilagini, pelle
e tendini), verdure, erbe, noccioline, noci e sbriciolare biscotti e pane.
•Sono da escludere alimenti ricchi di fibre (carne) o particolarmente duri
(ghiaccio, croste di formaggio, chicchi di caffè, spezie dure come chiodi di
garofano, aneto e cumino che possono danneggiare le parti in plastica).
Si consiglia di tagliare gli alimenti in cubetti di circa 1~2 cm.
Per questa funzione utilizzare: corpo motore (B), coperchio (H), lame (I), ciotola
(G).

•Inserire le lame nell’alberino della ciotola, tramite il perno facendo attenzione
a non tagliarsi.
•Mettere l’alimento da tritare all’interno della ciotola, non superare mail livello
“MAX”.
•Posizionare il coperchio sul corpo motore, quindi ruotare il coperchio in senso
orario in direzione del simbolo fino al bloccaggio (udirete un click del
corretto inserimento). Verificare con una lieve pressione della mano per
garantire che il coperchio sia ben fissato al corpo motore.
•Porre il corpo motore completo di coperchio precedentemente assemblato sulla
ciotola, in modo che le asole del coperchio (J) si infilano nei rispettivi
ganci/labbri della ciotola (K) quindi ruotare la ciotola in senso orario fino al
bloccaggio (udirete un click del corretto inserimento). Assicurarsi con una
lieve pressione della mano per garantire che il corpo motore completo di
coperchio sia ben posizionato sulla ciotola. Verificare prima di ogni utilizzo
che tutti i suoi elementi (corpo motore, coperchio, alberino e ciotola sono stati
inseriti in modo corretto e a fondo.
Funzionamento
•Prima di ogni utilizzo verificare che l’apparecchio sia in buono stato, che il cordone elettrico non
sia danneggiato: se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, va sostituito dal costruttore o dal suo
servizio assistenza tecnica o comunque da una persona con qualifica similare, in modo da prevenire
ogni rischio.
•Inserire la spina nella presa di corrente.
•Durante l’uso è necessario mantenere fermo con una mano il bicchiere o il contenitore o la ciotola
con inseriti gli ingredienti e il corpo motore con l’altra.
•Il corpo motore è dotato di interruttore (A) a pressione con due velocità (minima “I” e massima “I
I”): premere la velocità desiderata per azionare il motore e viceversa lasciarla per spegnerlo.
•L’apparecchio può funzionare ininterrottamente per un massimo di 50 secondi, dopodiché necessita
una pausa di almeno 10 minuti prima di utilizzarlo nuovamente. Il mancato rispetto di questa norma
può compromettere il corretto funzionamento dell’apparecchio. Si consiglia di usare l’apparecchio
per brevi intervalli di acceso/spento: ciò migliorerà la preparazione dei cibi, e questa modalità
assicura una maggior durata del motore.
•Se le lame o la frusta si bloccano, scollegare l’apparecchio dalla presa di corrente e rimuovere gli
ingredienti che hanno bloccato le lame.
•Terminato impiego: rilasciare l’interruttore selezionato, attendere che le lame siano completamente
ferme e togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente.
Per lunghi periodi di inattività, togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente.
Consigli pratici per utilizzo del tritatutto
Per ottenere un trito fine ed uniforme, tagliare gli alimenti solidi in piccole parti prima di inserirli
nell’apparecchio; in alcuni casi (ad esempio per il prezzemolo) è consigliabile di tanto in tanto
arrestare l’apparecchio, mescolare gli alimenti e nuovamente tritare.
Per ottenere un trito fine ed omogeneo rimuovere, se necessario, l’alimento dalla parete della ciotola
(C) e portarlo verso il centro con l’aiuto di una spatola, dopo aver rimosso il corpo motore e la spina
dalla presa di corrente..
Nella tabella sottostatane troverete alcuni consigli utili per tritare gli alimenti, in merito ai tempi di
funzionamento si segnala che sono indicativi.

PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
Attenzione: prima di pulire l’apparecchio, disinserire la spina dalla presa di corrente. L’apparecchio e
tutti i suoi elementi a contatto con gli alimenti (gambo con lama, bicchiere, frusta, lama tritatutto,
ciotola,) necessitano di pulizia accurata e al termine di ogni utilizzo.
•Alcuni tipi di alimenti, per esempio le carote, possono causare lo scolorimento della plastica. Per
togliere le macchie dovute a scolorimento può essere utile strofinare le parti interessate con un
panno imbevuto di olio vegetale.
•Fare attenzione quando si preparano alimenti per neonati, persone anziane o inferme. Verificare
sempre di sterilizzare a fondo il gambo, utilizzare una soluzione sterilizzante ai sensi delle
istruzioni fornite dalla casa costruttrice.
•Per la pulizia del gambo completo di lame, lama tritatutto (le lame sono taglienti: fare attenzione),
ciotola e del bicchiere (prima toglierli dal corpo motore), utilizzare una spugnetta morbida con
acqua tiepida e un normale detersivo per stoviglie, risciacquare poi con acqua abbondante sotto il
getto dell’acqua del rubinetto, e asciugare con cura. Non utilizzare pagliette metalliche o prodotti
abrasivi. La ciotola, lama del tritatutto ed il bicchiere possono essere lavati in lavastoviglie.
•Corpo motore: può essere pulito unicamente con un panno morbido leggeremente inbevuto d’acqua
e/o normale detersivo. Non può essere lavato in lavastoviglie e neppure sotto il getto d’acqua: nel
caso le parti elettriche (inclusi cordone e spina) si bagnino, asciugare con cura e completamente
prima dell’utilizzo.
•Quando non si utilizza l’apparecchio, riporlo in un luogo asciutto.
•Se si decide di non utilizzare più l’apparecchio, si raccomanda di renderlo inoperante tagliando il
cavo di alimentazione (prima assicurarsi d’aver tolto la spina dalla presa di corrente), e di rendere
innocue quelle parti che sono pericolose qualora utilizzate per gioco dai bambini, come ad esempio
vite di spremitura.
Avvertenze per il corretto smaltimento del prodotto ai sensi della Direttiva Europea direttiva
2011/65/UE.
Alla fine della sua vita utile il prodotto non deve esser smaltito insieme ai rifiuti urbani.
Può essere consegnato presso gli appositi centri di raccolta differenziata predisposti dalle
amministrazioni comunali, oppure presso i rivenditori che forniscono questo servizio.
Smaltire separatamente un elettrodomestico consente di evitare possibili conseguenze negative per
l’ambiente e per la salute derivanti da un suo smaltimento inadeguato e permette di recuperare i
materiali di cui è composto al fine di ottenere un importante risparmio di energia e di risorse. Per
rimarcare l’obbligo di smaltire separatamente gli elettrodomestici, sul prodotto è riportato il marchio
del contenitore di spazzatura mobile barrato. Lo smaltimento abusivo del prodotto da parte dell’utente
comporta l’applicazione delle sanzioni amministrative previste dalla normativa vigente.

• O nly use the device with the accessories supplied in order to ensure the safety of use. When using
the hand blender accessory: in place of the beaker supplied, you may only use a container or pot
(having removed it from the heat source and allowed ingredients to cool), not supplied. Periodically

INSTALLATION
•After unpacking, check the integrity of the appliance; if in doubt, do not use and contact a qualified

within reach of children or irresponsible persons, as they constitute possible sources of danger and
must be disposed of according to applicable regulations.
•Before plugging in the appliance, ensure that the details on the identification plate (power, etc...)
correspond to those of your power supply. In general, it is not advisable to use adapters, multiple
sockets and / or extensions; if their use is absolutely necessary, you must comply with current
safety standards and the current capacity (amps) must not be less than the maximum of the

•Upon first use, you should clean and wash the parts that will come in contact with food: see
section "Cleaning and Maintenance”.
•Position the appliance:
- away from sources of heat (e.g. other ovens, gas stove, etc.), flammable materials (upholstery,
etc.), explosive material (aerosols); check that there is at least 50 cm of free space around the
unit.
- on a horizontal surface that is stable and heat resistant, on a surface that is not delicate (e.g.
lacquered surfaces, table cloths etc), where it will not be bumped and is sufficiently far from the
edge of the furniture to prevent the appliance from falling.
- away from liquid containers, such as sinks etc. If it should accidentally get wet or soak in liquid,
immediately disconnect the plug from the outlet, dry thoroughly, and check that the electrical
parts are not wet; if in doubt consult a qualified professional.
•The user must not leave the appliance unattended when it is connect to the power supply.
•In case of breakdown or malfunction or if the cord or plug are damaged, turn off the unit and have
it checked by a qualified professional; repairs carried out by unqualified personnel can be

Using the hand blender
The hand blender is an essential tool for the preparation of vegetable soups, potato
purée, creamed baby food made from fruit or vegetables, etc...
For this feature, use: the engine body (B) and the shaft (C).
Place the shaft on the engine body, then turn the engine shaft clockwise until it locks
(you will hear a click upon correct entry) in direction simboly . Use slight hand
pressure to ensure that the shaft is securely attached to the engine body. Before
use,ensure that the blade is securely attached and fixed to the shaft.

For this feature, use: the engine body (B), attachment (F) and whisk (E).
Attach the whisk to the attachment (you will hear a click for correct insertion), use slight
hand pressure to ensure that the whisk is securely attached to the attachment.
Place the whisk and attachment on the engine body (B), then turn the attachment
clockwise until it locks (you will hear a click upon correct entry) in direction simboly
. Use slight hand pressure to ensure that the shaft is securely attached to the engine
body. Before use, ensure that all elements (engine body, attachment and whisk) have
been inserted properly.
•Warning: the device should only be used in an upright position, with the blades or the whisk
pointing downwards.
•Add the ingredients to be processed into the beaker and make sure that it is not so full as to
overflow. Never fill the beaker less than the minimum level (100ml) or the maximum level
(700ml). You can also blend:
- in a suitable and equal sized container as the beaker, it is advisable to use a tall and straight
container, with a diameter greater than the engine body in order to allow the ingredients to
blend smoothly; never fill the container above the shaft or whisk
- directly in a pot, after having removed it from the heat source and allowed it to cool to avoid
overheating the ingredients; for best results, never fill the pot above the shaft or whisk
•Allow hot ingredients to cool before processing them or pouring them into the beaker (max temp.
80 ° C).
•Dip the shaft or whisk into the ingredients before putting it into operation. This will help avoid
splashing when you turn the engine on.

Ideal for:
- shredding and chopping foods devoid of hard parts (shells or as the core of
pineapple)
- grinding raw and cooked meat (first remove any bones, cartilage, skin and tendons),
vegetables, herbs, peanuts, walnuts and crumbled biscuits and bread.
•Avoid fibre-rich foods (meat) or particularly hard foods (ice, cheese rinds, coffee
beans, hard spices such as cloves, dill and cumin, which can damage the plastic
parts).
It is advisable to cut food into cubes of about 1 ~ 2 cm.
For this feature, use: the engine body (B), lid (H), blades (I), bowl (G).
•Use the pin to attach the blades to the shaft inside the bowl, being careful not to cut
yourself.
•Place food to be chopped in the bowl, Never fill the beaker less than the maximum
level (MAX).
•Place the lid on the engine body, then turn the lid clockwise until it locks (you will
hear a click upon correct entry) in direction simboly . Use slight hand pressure
to ensure that the lid is securely attached to the engine body.
•Place the engine body with lid previously assembled on the bowl, so that the slots of the lid (J) are
threaded into the hooks of the bowl (K) and turn the bowl clockwise until it locks (you will hear a
click for the correct insertion ). Use slight hand pressure to ensure that the engine body and lid are
securely positioned on the bowl. Before use, ensure that all elements (engine body, lid, shaft and
bowl) have been inserted properly.
Using the appliance
•Before each use, check that the equipment is in good condition, that the wiring is not damaged: if
the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its technical assistance
centre or by someone who is similarly qualified, in order to prevent any risks.
•Plug into the power point.
•During use, it is necessary to hold the beaker or the container or bowl with the ingredients firmly
with one hand and the engine body with the other.
•The engine body is equipped with a pressure switch (A) with two speeds (minimum "I" and
maximum "II"): press the desired speed to operate the engine and vice versa release it to turn it off.
•The appliance can operate continuously for up to fifty seconds, after which requires a break of at
least 10 minutes before using it again. Failure to do this may affect the performance of the
appliance. It is recommended to use the appliance for short on / off periods: this will improve the
preparation of food, and this ensures a longer life of the engine.
•If the blades or the whisk get blocked, disconnect the appliance from the mains and remove the
ingredients that are blocking the blades.
•When you having finished using the blend: release the switch selected, wait for the blades to come
to a complete stop and remove the plug from the socket.
If the appliance is not in use for long periods of time, remove the plug from the plug point.
Practical advice for using the chopper
To achieve fine and uniform chopped pieces, cut solid foods into small pieces before putting them in
the appliance; in some cases (e.g. parsley) is advisable to occasionally stop the device, mix the
contents and chop again.
To achieve fine and homogeneously chopped pieces, remove the food from the wall of the bowl (C) if
necessary and bring it to the centre using a spatula, after having removed the engine body and
unplugging it from the mains.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Warning:before cleaning the appliance, turn it off and unplug it from the mains. The appliance and
all the parts which come in contact with food (shaft, blades, beaker, whisk, chopping blade, bowl etc.)
require careful cleaning after each use.
•Some types of food, carrots for example, can cause discoloration of the plastic. To remove stains
from discoloration, it can be helpful to rub the affected parts with a cloth dipped in vegetable oil.
•Be careful when preparing food for babies, the elderly or sick people. Always make sure to
thoroughly sterilise the shaft using a sterilising solution in accordance with the instructions
provided by the manufacturer.
•To clean the shaft and blades, chopper blade (the blades are sharp: be careful), bowl and beaker,
use a soft sponge with warm water and household washing up liquid. Then rinse with plenty of
water under a running tap, and dry thoroughly. Do not use steel wool or abrasive products. The
bowl, chopping blade and beaker can be washed in the dishwasher.
•Engine body: must only be cleaned with a soft cloth that has been slightly dampened either with
just water and/or detergent. It cannot be washed in the dishwasher or even under the running water:
if the electrical parts (including cable and plug) get wet, dry them thoroughly and completely
before use.
•When the appliance is not in use, place it in a dry place.
•If you decide not to use the appliance any more, it must be made inoperative by cutting the power
cable (first make sure it has been unplugged from the power point), and parts that are considered
dangerous when used for playing by children, such as the juicing screw, should be rendered
harmless.
Important information for correct disposal of the product under the European Directive
2011/65/EU.
At the end of its lifespan, the product must not be disposed of as part of ordinary waste.
It can be handed in to specific collection points set up by the municipality, or to retailers who provide
such a service.
Disposing of a household appliance separately avoids possible negative consequences for the
environment and human health resulting from inappropriate disposal and allows the recovery of the
materials of which it is made in order to obtain significant savings in energy and resources. As a
reminder of the obligation to dispose of appliances separately, the product is marked with a wheeled

- Sur une surface d’appui horizontale, bien stable, dont la surface n’est pas fragile (par exemple
des meubles laqués, des nappes, etc.), dans une position où il ne pourra pas subir de choc et à
une bonne distance du bord du meuble, pour éviter des chutes.

Utilisation accessoire mixeur manuel
Il est indispensable pour préparer des soupes moulinées aux légumes, purées de
pommes de terre, aliments pour enfants, crèmes à base de fruits ou de légumes, etc...
Pour cette fonction utiliser: corps du moteur (B) et pied (C).
Positionner le pied sur le corps du moteur, ensuite tourner le pied du moteur dans le
sens des aiguilles d’une montre jusqu'au blocage (vous entendrez un clic quand il sera
bien entré) . Vérifier par une légère pression de la main, afin d'assurer la correcte
fixation du pied au corps moteur. S'assurer avant l'utilisation que la lame est bien fixée
et solidaire du pied.
Utilisation accessoire fouet à fils
Attention : avant d’assembler l’appareil, s’assurer qu’il est débranché de la prise d’alimentation.

Idéal pour fouetter ou mélanger les aliments comme les blancs d'œufs ou pour battre les
crèmes, etc...
Pour cette fonction utiliser : corps du moteur (B), joint (F) et fouet (E).
•Insérer le fouet sur le joint jusqu’au fond (vous entendrez un clic quand il sera bien
entré), s'assurer par une légère pression de la main de la correcte fixation du fouet au
joint.
Positionner le fouet avec le joint assemblé auparavant sur le corps du moteur (B),
ensuite tourner le joint dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre jusqu'au blocage (vous
entendrez un clic quand il sera bien entré) . Vérifier par une légère pression de la
main, afin d'assurer la correcte fixation du joint au corps moteur. Vérifier avant toute
utilisation que tous ses composants (corps du moteur, joint et fouet) ont été
correctement insérés et jusqu'au fond.
•Attention : l'appareil doit être utilisé seulement en position verticale, avec les lames ou le fouet
orientés vers le bas.
•Mettre les ingrédients à préparer dans le verre, en faisant attention que ce dernier ne soit pas trop
plein pour éviter tout débordement du liquide. Ne jamais remplir le verre à un niveau inférieur (100
ml) ou au niveau maximum (700 ml). Il est également possible de préparer :
- dans un récipient ayant les mêmes dimensions appropriées du verre, il est conseillé d'utiliser
un conteneur haut et droit, avec un diamètre supérieur par rapport au corps du moteur, afin de
permettre le mélange des ingrédients ; ne jamais remplir le récipient au delà de la hauteur du
pied ou du fouet
- directement dans une casserole, d'abord la retirer du feu pour éviter une surchauffe et laisser
les ingrédients se refroidir ; pour des résultats optimaux, ne jamais remplir la casserole au delà
de la hauteur du pied ou du fouet
•Laisser les ingrédients chauds se refroidir avant de les mixer ou de les verser dans le verre (temp.
max 80 °C).
•Plonger le pied ou le fouet dans les ingrédients avant de le mettre en marche. Cela afin d'éviter les
giclées lors de l'allumage du moteur.
Utilisation accessoire hachoir
Attention : débrancher toujours l'appareil avant de monter, démonter, ajouter des ingrédients et
nettoyer l'appareil ; les lames de l'appareil sont très aiguisées ; les manier en saisissant le pivot.
Idéal pour :
- émietter et hacher les aliments sans parties dures (coques ou par exemple le
noyau de l'ananas)
- broyer la viande crue et cuite (enlever auparavant os, cartilages, peaux et
tendons éventuels), légumes, herbes, cacahouètes, noix et pour émietter biscuits
et pain.
•Il faut exclure les aliments riches en fibre (viande) ou particulièrement durs
(glaçon, croûtes de fromage, grains de café, épices dures comme clous de girofle,
aneth et cumin pouvant endommager les parties en plastique).
Il est conseillé de couper les aliments en petits cubes de 1~2 cm environ.
Pour cette fonction utiliser : corps moteur (B), couvercle (H), lames (I), bol (G).
•Insérer les lames dans l'arbre du bol, au moyen du pivot en faisant attention à ne
pas se couper.
•Mettre l’aliment à hacher dans le bol, Ne jamais remplir le verre à niveau
maximum (MAX).

dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre jusqu'au blocage (vous entendrez un clic
quand il sera bien entré) . Vérifier par une légère pression de la main, afin
d'assurer la correcte fixation du couvercle au corps moteur.
•Positionner le corps du moteur avec le couvercle auparavant assemblé sur le bol,
de sorte que les fentes du couvercle (J) s'insèrent dans les ergots du bol (K)
ensuite tourner le bol dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre jusqu'au blocage
(vous entendrez un clic quand il sera bien entré). S'assurer par une légère
pression de la main du correct positionnement du corps moteur avec le couvercle
sur le bol. Vérifier avant toute utilisation que tous ses composants (corps du
moteur, couvercle, arbre et bol) ont été correctement insérés et jusqu'au fond.
Fonctionnement
•Avant toute utilisation, vérifier que l'appareil soit en bon état, que le cordon électrique ne soit pas
endommagé : si le cordon d'alimentation est endommagé, il doit être remplacé par le fabricant ou
par son service d’assistance technique ou par une personne qualifiée pour éviter tout risque.
•Insérer la fiche dans la prise de courant.
•Pendant l'utilisation il faut maintenir le verre ou le récipient/bol avec les ingrédients d'une main et
le corps du moteur de l'autre main.
•Le corps du moteur est équipé d'un interrupteur (A) à bouton pressoir à deux vitesses (minimum « I
» et maximum « I I ») : appuyer sur le bouton de la vitesse désirée pour actionner le moteur et vice
versa le relâcher pour l'éteindre.
•L'appareil peut marcher sans interruption pendant 50 secondes au maximum, après quoi il nécessite
d'une pause d'au moins 10 minutes avant d'une nouvelle utilisation. Le non-respect de cette règle
d'utilisation peut compromettre le bon fonctionnement de l'appareil. Il est conseillé d'utiliser
l'appareil par des courts intervalles de allumé /éteint : cette modalité rendra optimale la préparation
des aliments en assurant une plus longue durée de vie du moteur.
•En cas de blocage des lames ou du fouet, débrancher l'appareil de la prise de courant et retirer les
ingrédients ayant bloqué les lames.
•Une fois l'utilisation terminée : relâcher l'interrupteur sélectionné, attendre que les lames soient
complètement à l'arrêt et débrancher la fiche de la prise de courant.
Pendant de longues périodes d’inactivité, retirer la fiche de la prise.
Conseils pratiques pour emploi hachoir
Pour obtenir un haché fin et homogène, couper les aliments solides en petits morceaux avant de les
mettre dans l'appareil ; dans certains cas (par exemple pour le persil) il est conseillé d'arrêter de temps
en temps l'appareil, mélanger les aliments et hacher à nouveau.
Pour obtenir un haché fin et homogène enlever, le cas échéant, l'aliment de la paroi du bol (C) et
l'amener vers le centre à l'aide d'une spatule ; cela après avoir déposé le corps du moteur et retiré la
fiche de la prise de courant.
Le tableau ci-dessous reporte des conseils utiles pour hacher les aliments ; les temps de
fonctionnement sont à titre indicatif.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
Attention : avant de nettoyer l’appareil, débrancher la fiche de la prise. L’appareil et tous ses
éléments en contact avec les aliments (pied avec lame, verre, fouet, lame hachoir, bol,) doivent bien
être nettoyés et après toute utilisation.
•Certains aliments, par exemple les carottes, peuvent causer la décoloration du plastique. Pour
éliminer les taches dues à la décoloration il peut être utile de brosser les parties en question avec un
chiffon imbibé d'huile végétale.
•Faire attention lors de la préparation d'aliments pour bébés, personnes âgées ou malades. Toujours
vérifier d'assainir complètement le pied, utiliser une solution assainissante selon les instructions
fournies par le fabricant.
•Pour le nettoyage du pied complet de lames, lame hachoir (les lames sont tranchantes : faire
attention), bol et verre,utiliser une éponge souple avec de l'eau tiède et un liquide vaisselle
classique, puis rincer abondamment à l'eau du robinet, et sécher soigneusement . Ne pas utiliser de
tiges métalliques ou de produits abrasifs. Le bol, la lame hachoir et le verre peuvent être lavés dans
le lave-vaisselle.
•Corps du moteur : il peut être nettoyé seulement avec une éponge souple légèrement humectée
d’eau et/ou du liquide vaisselle classique. Elle ne peut pas être lavée dans le lave-vaisselle ni sous
un jet d'eau : si les pièces électriques (y compris le cordon et la fiche) étaient mouillées, les sécher
soigneusement et complètement avant de les utiliser.
•Quand on n’utilise pas l’appareil, le garder dans un endroit sec.
•Si on décide de ne plus utiliser l'appareil, il doit être rendu inopérant en coupant le cordon
d'alimentation (vérifiez d'abord d'avoir enlevé la fiche de la prise), et ces parties qui sont
dangereuses lorsqu'elles sont utilisées comme des jouets par les enfants, tels que les vis de
compression doivent être rendues inoffensives.
Avertissements pour une élimination adéquate du produit aux termes de la Directive
Européenne 2011/65/UE.
A la fin de sa vie, le produit ne doit pas être jeté avec les déchets domestiques.
Il peut être remis à un des centres spéciaux de recyclage mis à disposition par les services publics ou à
des revendeurs assurant ce service.
Jeter séparément un appareil électroménager permet d’éviter d’éventuelles conséquences négatives
pour l'environnement et pour la santé humaine résultant d’une élimination inappropriée et permet de
récupérer les matériaux qui le composent afin d'obtenir des économies significatives d'énergie et de
ressources. Pour rappeler la nécessité de jeter les appareils électroménagers séparément, sur le produit
il y a une poubelle sur roulettes barrée. Se débarrasser illégalement du produit par l'utilisateur entraîne
l'application des sanctions administratives prévues par la loi en vigueur.
