• U tilizzare l’apparecchio solo con gli accessori forniti in dotazione, per
non compromettere la sicurezza d’impiego. Verificare periodicamente il
buono stato dell’apparecchio e dei suoi elementi: in caso di dubbio
rivolgersi ad un centro assistenza autorizzato e accertarsi che i ricambi
forniti siano originali.
• A ttenzione: non utilizzare l’apparecchio se la vite di spremitura è
danneggiata.
• L 'estrattore di succo funziona solo se il coperchio è chiuso
completamente; quindi se tutti i suoi elementi (brocca, supporto filtro,
filtro e vite di spremitura) sono stati inseriti in modo corretto e a fondo.
• L e parti in movimento non devono essere toccate con dita o con altre
parti del corpo e neppure con utensili diversi da quelli forniti in
dotazione. Attraverso le aperture (condotto coperchio, beccucci della
brocca) o fessure non introdurre dita, utensili (coltelli, forchette, ecc.) o
altro.
• L e parti sminuzzate di verdura e frutta fresca devono essere inserite
attraverso il condotto del coperchio utilizzando unicamente il premitore
in dotazione.
• N on togliere il coperchio dalla brocca mentre l’apparecchio è in funzione
o prima che il motore si arresti. Rimuovere gli accessori solo quando
l’apparecchio è completamente fermo e togliere la spina dalla presa di
corrente.
• D urante l'impiego apparecchio deve essere sorvegliato: se dovete
assentarvi, spegnetelo.
• S collegare sempre l’apparecchio dalla presa di corrente prima di
assemblare, smontare e prima di pulire l’apparecchio.
• Q uest’ apparecchio non deve essere utilizzato dai bambini. Tenere lo
apparecchio e il suo cavo fuori dalla portata dei bambini.
• G li apparecchi possono essere utilizzati da persone con ridotte capacità
fisiche, sensoriali o mentali o con mancanza di esperienza e di

• A ttenzione: quando si utilizzano apparecchi elettrici, occorre sempre
rispettare le precauzioni di sicurezza di base per evitare i rischi di
incendio, di scosse elettriche e di lesioni fisiche.
• S e l’apparecchio non è in funzione togliere la spina dalla presa di
corrente.
• N on tirare il cavo di alimentazione o l’apparecchio stesso per disinserire
la spina dalla presa di corrente.
• N on tirare il cavo per spostare l’apparecchio.
• S e il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, esso deve sostituito dal
costruttore o dal suo servizio assistenza tecnica o comunque da una
persona con qualifica similare, in modo da prevenire ogni rischio.
• N on toccare l’apparecchio con mani e piedi bagnati. Assicuratevi di
avere le mani perfettamente asciutte prima di toccare il tasto.
• N on spostare o sollevare l’apparecchio durante il funzionamento
• N on lasciare l’apparecchio esposto agli agenti atmosferici (sole, pioggia
ecc..).
• Q uesto apparecchio non deve essere utilizzato in ambienti esterni
(all’aperto).
• A l fine di proteggersi da ogni rischio di shock elettrico, non immergere
la spina, il cordone elettrico e unità principale nell’acqua od in nessun
altro liquido.
INSTALLAZIONE
•Dopo aver tolto l’imballaggio assicurarsi dell’integrità dell’apparecchio; in caso di dubbio non
utilizzarlo e rivolgersi a personale professionalmente qualificato. Gli elementi dell’imballaggio
(sacchetti in plastica, polistirolo, punti metallici, ecc…) non devono essere lasciati alla portata di
bambini o persone irresponsabili, in quanto possibili fonti di pericolo, ma vanno smaltiti secondo le
norme vigenti.
•Prima di collegare l’apparecchio accertarsi che i dati di targa (tensione, ecc..) corrispondano a
quelli della vostra rete di distribuzione elettrica. Questo apparecchio deve essere collegato ad una
presa di corrente dotata di un efficace dispositivo per la messa a terra (la casa costruttrice declina
ogni responsabilità derivante dalla mancata osservazione di questa norma). In generale è
sconsigliato l’uso di adattatori, prese multiple e/o prolunghe; se il loro uso si rendesse
indispensabile, devono essere conformi alle vigenti norme di sicurezza e la portata in corrente
(ampères) non deve essere inferiore a quella massima dell’apparecchio.
•L’apparecchio non deve essere posizionato immediatamente al di sotto di una presa di corrente.
•La presa di corrente deve essere facilmente accessibile in modo da poter disinserire con facilità la
spina in caso di emergenza.
•Prima di ogni utilizzo verificare che l’apparecchio sia in buono stato, che il cordone elettrico non
sia danneggiato: in caso di dubbio rivolgersi a personale professionalmente qualificato.
•Si raccomanda di tenere l’apparecchio lontano dal bordo del piano di lavoro e fuori dalla portata
dei bambini.

•Assicurarsi che il cordone elettrico sia posizionato correttamente e non sia a contatto con parti
calde o spigoli taglienti, né avvolto intorno all’apparecchio e non passi sotto l’apparecchio, non sia
attorcigliato su se stesso e non si impigli, onde evitare una caduta dell’apparecchio.
•Al primo utilizzo è necessario pulirlo e lavare le parti a contatto gli alimenti: vedi paragrafo
“Pulizia e Manutenzione”.
•Posizionare l’apparecchio:
- lontano da fonti di calore (ad es. altri forni, fornello gas, ecc. ), da materiali infiammabili
(tappezzerie, ecc.), materiale esplosivo (bombolette spray); verificare che lo spazio libero attorno
all’apparecchio sia di almeno 50 cm.
- su un piano d’appoggio orizzontale, ben stabile, la cui superficie non sia delicata (ad esempio
mobili laccati, tovaglie, ecc), in posizione dove non possa subire urti, e a debita distanza dal
bordo del mobile, per evitare cadute.
- lontano da contenitori di liquidi, ad esempio lavelli ecc. Nel caso dovesse inavvertitamente
bagnarsi o immergersi in un liquido, staccare immediatamente la spina dalla presa di corrente,
farlo raffredare, asciugarlo con cura, e verificare che le parti elettriche non si siano bagnate; in
caso di dubbio rivolgersi a personale professionalmente qualificato.
•L'utilizzatore non deve lasciare l’apparecchio senza sorveglianza quando è collegato
all'alimentazione
•Questo apparecchio non è destinato a essere fatto funzionare per mezzo di un temporizzatore esterno o
con un sistema di comando a distanza separato, per evitare il rischio di incendio nel caso
l’apparecchio sia coperto o sia posizionato in modo non corretto.
•In caso di guasto o cattivo funzionamento o se il cavo e la spina risultano danneggiati spegnere
l’apparecchio e farlo controllare da personale professionalmente qualificato; le riparazioni
effettuate da personale non qualificato possono essere pericolose e fanno decadere la garanzia.

ASSEMBLAGGIO
Prima di ogni utilizzo verificare che l’apparecchio sia in buono stato, che il cordone elettrico non sia
danneggiato: se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, va sostituito dal costruttore o dal suo servizio
assistenza tecnica o comunque da una persona con qualifica similare, in modo da prevenire ogni
rischio. Attenzione: prima di assemblare l’apparecchio, assicurarsi che sia scollegato dalla presa di
corrente.
Posizionare unità principale (A) su una superficie d’appoggio orizzontale, ben stabile e lavabile.
1. Inserire la brocca (F) sull’unità principale ed assicurarsi che:
- la guarnizione in silicone sia inserita a fondo nell’asola del beccuccio di scarico, come in
figura.
- i 3 perni e le asole combaciano
- la linea riportata sulla bocca ed il puntino sul corpo motore combaciano, come in figura.
2. Inserire all’interno del portafiltro (G) il filtro (H) fino a fondo (udirete un click del corretto
inserimento), assicurarsi che le 2 spatole in silicone del portafiltro sono ben fisse e quindi
strofinano le parti perforate
3. Inserire poi le due parti all’interno della brocca e assicurarsi che la freccia “▼” sul bordo del
filtro è allineata al punto “ ●” serigrafato sul lembo superiore della brocca.

4. Collocare la vite di spremitura (I) nel filtro e innestare il perno cavo al perno del motore: premere
la vite e contemporaneamente ruotare leggermente per far si che la vite sia alloggiata a fondo.
5. Chiudere la brocca col coperchio (L) e assicurarsi che:
- il coperchio sia in battuta sul bordo della brocca
- la freccia “▼” del coperchio sia allineata al punto “ ●” del bordo
superiore della brocca. Ruotare poi il coperchio in senso orario in
modo che il suo lembo entra nella fessura e i due simboli “ ” del
coperchio e dell’unità siano allineati, come figura a lato. In questo
modo l’interruttore di sicurezza attiva il motore.
6. Accostare la caraffa (N) all’unità principale al di sotto del beccuccio uscita succo (E).
7. Accostare il bricco (C) all’unità e al di sotto sotto il beccuccio uscita polpa (D).
USO
L’apparecchio è dotato di:
- Interruttore ON-0-R (Reverse): col tasto in pos. “ON” l’apparecchio si accende, col tasto in
posizione centrale, l’apparecchio è spento (pos.0). Premendo il tasto in pos. “R” il motore gira
al contrario: rilasciandolo il tasto si riporta in pos. “0”.
- Interruttore di sicurezza: permette il funzionamento solo se il coperchio è ben chiuso e ben
posizionato (lembo all’interno della sua guida)
- Premitore per inserire gli alimenti per spremere
- Caraffa graduata per raccogliere il succo estratto
- Bricco per raccogliere la polpa
- Tappo per chiudere l’uscita del succo del beccuccio
•Inserire la spina nella presa nella presa di corrente.
•Premere l’interruttore nella pos. On per azionare il motore.
•Assicurarsi che la caraffa per il succo e il bricco sono correttamente posizionati sotto i relativi
beccucci; aprire il tappo del beccuccio per far uscire il liquido
•Introdurre gli alimenti attraverso il foro del coperchio e premere ma non forzatamente col
premitore in dotazione. Evitare di inserire troppi alimenti contemporaneamente.
•Non usare l’apparecchio per oltre 20 minuti consecutivamente. In caso di blocco dell’apparecchio
durante l’utilizzo, premere immediatamente il tasto in pos. “R” (reverse) per qualche istante, il
motore gira in senso contrario e libera l’ostacolo. Ripete queste operazioni 2 o 3 volte. Se
l’apparecchio non riparte: spegnere l’apparecchio, togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente e
smontare tutti gli accessori per la loro pulizia.
•Svuotare il contenitore succo e polpa quando sono pieni.
•Durante il funzionamento, l’apparecchio deve essere sorvegliato per intervenire qualora
subentrino azioni che compromettono la sicurezza.
•Ultimato l’utilizzo, spegnere l’apparecchio premendo il tasto in pos. 0 (cioè in pos. centrale), poi
togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente.
•Prima di aprire il coperchio attendere arresto del motore, quindi ruotare il coperchio in senso
antiorario.
In fase di spremitura di alimenti poveri di liquidi, per estrarre il nettare dalla polpa è possibile inserire
un po' di acqua attraverso il condotto del coperchio.
E' possibile eliminare la maggior parte dei residui all'interno della brocca, inserendo lentamente acqua
attraverso il condotto: assicurarsi che caraffa e bricco siano vuoti per raccogliere il liquido che
fuoriesca. Terminato utilizzo, prima di smontare i suoi elementi, premere 2 o 3 secondi il tasto in pos.
“R” (reverse).
Per lunghi periodi di inattività, togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente.

Consigli pratici
L'estrattore di succo è indicato per sedano, spinaci, carote, mele, banane, arance, limoni, meloni,
pomodori, cetrioli e tutti i tipi di frutta e verdura che contengono succo, mentre non è adatto per
frutta e verdura contenenti molto amido (come papaya, avocado, fichi e mango,ecc..).
•Lavare sempre bene la frutta e la verdura.
•La buccia spessa o non commestibile di: ananas, melograni, anguria, meloni, mango, kiwi, ecc..
deve essere tolta e le parti legnose e/o dure (semi di: arance, limoni, albicocche, pesche, ciligie,
ecc..) devono essere asportate.
•Tagliare sempre a pezzetti frutta o verdura per ottenere un risultato ottimale; se i pezzi di frutta o
verdura sono molto grossi, riduceteli ad una misura più adatta per poterli inserire nel foro del
coperchio. Per cibi particolarmente fibrosi (sedano, ecc…) tagliare a pezzetti di 2/3 cm.
•Utilizzare frutta e verdura fresche e giunta a maturazione in quanto sono più saporite e succose
rispetto a ingredienti meno maturi. Il succo va consumato appena estratto poiché il suo contenuto in
vitamine e minerali è maggiore. Nel caso voleste usare frutta congelata, dovrà essere
preventivamente e completamente scongelata.
•Per incrementare il gusto del succo ottenuto dagli agrumi (limoni, arance, ecc..), togliere anche la
pellicina bianca sotto la buccia.
•Al succo di mela aggiungere una piccola quantità di succo di limone per evitare che si annerisca.
•Quando si spremono frutti poco succosi come le banane si può presentare qualche difficoltà, è
opportuno aggiungere e alternare con frutti o verdure succosi per facilitare l’estrazione.
•Si consiglia di mescolare le verdure a foglia verde o e erbe di grano con frutta (orzo o frumento) o
con altre verdure a polpa dura per ottenere un risultato ottimale.
•Raccomandiamo di provare a mischiare succhi vari, ad esempio mele, pere, arance, ananas, oppure
verdure come sedano, pomodori, carote, per ottenere dei succhi gustosi e nutrienti.
•Inserire gli alimenti a intervalli regolari affinché il processo di estrazione del succo dalla polpa
avvenga nel modo completo ed efficace.
•Nel caso prepariate una grande quantità di succo, può essere conservato in frigorifero in un
recipiente chiuso, ma andrà consumato entro le 24 ore in quanto privo di conservanti.
•Non utilizzare l’apparecchio per tritare altri tipi di cibo come cioccolato, cubetti di ghiaccio, noci,
canne da zucchero, ecc…
•Non fare funzionare estrattore di succo a vuoto.
•Negli estratti dalle verdure, particolarmente consigliata è l’aggiunta del 10% di mele che rendono il
succo particolarmente gradevole.
•L’aggiunta di qualche goccia di limone o di qualche pezzetto di zenzero fresco agli estratti di frutta
ne completa il sapore.
•Le carote, dato l’alto contenuto di beta-carotene, stabilizzano i livelli di zucchero nel sangue.
•La polpa di scarto del centrifugato può essere utilizzata per dolci o minestroni.

PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
Attenzione: prima di pulire l’apparecchio, spegnerlo, disinserire la spina dalla presa di corrente.
L’apparecchio e tutti i suoi elementi a contatto con gli alimenti (coperchio, brocca, filtro, ecc..)
necessitano di pulizia accurata e al termine di ogni utilizzo.
•Filtro: per far in modo che sia più facile da pulire, dopo l’uso lasciarlo immerso in acqua calda con
un po’ di detersivo per stoviglie per almeno 10 minuti. Lavare il filtro utilizzando lo spazzolino in
dotazione con acqua tiepida e un normale detersivo per stoviglie, risciacquare poi con acqua
abbondante, e asciugare con cura
•Per la pulizia della brocca, coperchio, premitore, vite di spremitura, e dei contenitori utilizzare una
spugnetta morbida con acqua tiepida e un normale detersivo per stoviglie, risciacquare poi con
acqua abbondante, e asciugare con cura. In merito alla brocca è conveniente aprire asola che chiude
il beccuccio di scarico liberandolo dalla guarnizione in silicone; al termine, richiudere asola, e
verificare il buono stato delle guarnizioni e delle ruota dentata. Non utilizzare pagliette metalliche o
prodotti abrasivi. Le parti a contatto con gli alimenti (coperchio, premitore, ecc…) possono essere
lavati in lavastoviglie.
•Unità principale può essere pulita unicamente con un panno morbido leggeremente inbevuto
d’acqua e/o normale detersivo. Non può essere lavato in lavastoviglie e neppure sotto il getto
d’acqua: nel caso le parti elettriche (inclusi cordone e spina) si bagnino, asciugare con cura e
completamente prima dell’utilizzo.
•Quando non si utilizza l’apparecchio, riporlo in un luogo asciutto.
•Se si decide di non utilizzare più l’apparecchio, si raccomanda di renderlo inoperante tagliando il
cavo di alimentazione (prima assicurarsi d’aver tolto la spina dalla presa di corrente), e di rendere
innocue quelle parti che sono pericolose qualora utilizzate per gioco dai bambini, come ad esempio
vite di spremitura.
Avvertenze per il corretto smaltimento del prodotto ai sensi della Direttiva Europea direttiva
2011/65/UE.
Alla fine della sua vita utile il prodotto non deve esser smaltito insieme ai rifiuti urbani.
Può essere consegnato presso gli appositi centri di raccolta differenziata predisposti dalle
amministrazioni comunali, oppure presso i rivenditori che forniscono questo servizio.
Smaltire separatamente un elettrodomestico consente di evitare possibili conseguenze negative per
l’ambiente e per la salute derivanti da un suo smaltimento inadeguato e permette di recuperare i
materiali di cui è composto al fine di ottenere un importante risparmio di energia e di risorse. Per
rimarcare l’obbligo di smaltire separatamente gli elettrodomestici, sul prodotto è riportato il marchio
del contenitore di spazzatura mobile barrato. Lo smaltimento abusivo del prodotto da parte dell’utente
comporta l’applicazione delle sanzioni amministrative previste dalla normativa vigente.

INSTALLATION
•After unpacking, check the integrity of the appliance; if in doubt, do not use and contact a qualified
technician. The packaging materials (plastic bags, polystyrene, metal staples, etc.) must not be left
within reach of children or irresponsible persons, as they constitute possible sources of danger and
must be disposed of according to applicable regulations.
•Before plugging in the appliance, ensure that the details on the identification plate (power, etc...)
correspond to those of your power supply. This appliance must be connected to a power outlet with
an effective grounding device (the manufacturer accepts no liability arising from failure to follow
this rule). In general, it is not advisable to use adapters, multiple sockets and / or extensions; if their
use is absolutely necessary, you must comply with current safety standards and the current capacity
(amps) must not be less than the maximum of the appliance.
•The appliance must not be placed directly beneath a plug point.
•The plug point must be easily accessible so as to easily remove the plug in case of an emergency.
•Before each use, check that the equipment is in good condition, that the wiring is not damaged: if in
doubt consult a qualified professional.
•It is recommended to keep the appliance away from the edge of the work surface and out of reach
of children.
•Ensure that the power cable is correctly positioned and does not come into contact with hot parts or
sharp edges, or become wound around the appliance itself, pass underneath the appliance, is not
twisted and does not snag, in order to prevent the appliance from falling.
•Upon first use, you should clean and wash the parts that will come in contact with food: see section
"Cleaning and Maintenance”.
•Position the appliance:
- away from sources of heat (e.g. other ovens, gas stove, etc.), flammable materials (upholstery,
etc.), explosive material (aerosols); check that there is at least 50 cm of free space around the
unit.
- on a horizontal surface that is stable and heat resistant, on a surface that is not delicate (e.g.
lacquered surfaces, table cloths etc), where it will not be bumped and is sufficiently far from the
edge of the furniture to prevent the appliance from falling.
- away from liquid containers, such as sinks etc. If it should accidentally get wet or soak in liquid,
immediately disconnect the plug from the outlet, allow it to cool, dry thoroughly, and check that
the electrical parts are not wet; if in doubt consult a qualified professional.
•The user must not leave the appliance unattended when it is connect to the power supply
•This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or a separate remote
control system in order to avoid the risk of fire where the appliance is covered or is not positioned

•In case of breakdown or malfunction or if the cord or plug are damaged, turn off the unit and have it
checked by a qualified professional; repairs carried out by unqualified personnel can be dangerous and
invalidate the warranty.

Place main unit (A) on a horizontal supporting surface that is stable and washable.
1. Place the jug (F) on the main unit and make sure that:
- the silicone seal is fully seated into the slot of the drain spout (see figure)
- the 3 pins and slots fit
- the line shown on the mouth and the dot on the power unit meet, as in the figure.
2. Insert the filter (H) into the filter holder (G) until you hear a click signalling the correct
insertion, and make sure that the 2 silicone spatulas in the filter holder are attached properly and
that they wipe the perforated parts
3. Next, insert the two parts inside the jug and make sure the arrow "▼" on the edge of the filter
lines up with the dot "●" screen printed on the upper edge of the jug.
4. Position the juicing screw (I) in the filter and engage the hollow pin with the motor pin: press
the screw and simultaneously rotate slightly to make sure that the screw is fully housed.
5. Close the jar with the lid (L) and make sure that:
- the lid is tight to the edge of the jug
- the arrow "▼" of the lid is aligned with the dot "●" of the
upper edge of the jug. Turn the lid clockwise so that its
edge goes into the slot and the two symbols " " of the
appliance lid are aligned, as shown in the figure. In this
way, the safety switch will activate the motor.
6. Attach the juice jug (N) to the main unit below the juice outlet spout (E).
7. Attach the jug (C) to the unit and below the pulp outlet spout (D).
USE
The appliance is equipped with:
- ON-0-R (Reverse) switch: with the button set to "ON", the unit turns on; with the button in
the centre position, the power is off (pos. 0). Pressing the button in pos. "R", the motor rotates
in reverse direction and releasing the button will send the button back to pos. "0".
- Safety switch: allows operation only if the lid is closed tightly and placed properly (with the
strip inside its guide)
- Presser for inserting the food to be juiced
- Juice jug to collect the juice extracted
- Jug to collect the pulp
- Cap to close the juice outlet spout
•Plug into the power point.
•Press the switch while in pos. “On” to start the motor.
•Make sure the juice jug and the pulp jug are properly positioned under their spouts; open the
spout cap to release the liquid.
•Insert the food via the hole in the lid and press it gently but firmly with the presser supplied.
Avoid putting too much food at one time.
•Do not use the appliance for more than 20 minutes at a time. In the event of blockage during use,
immediately press the button while at pos. "R" (reverse) for a few seconds: the motor will rotate
in the opposite direction and release the obstruction. Repeat this process 2 or 3 times. If the

appliance does not start again: switch off, unplug from the power point and remove all accessories
for cleaning.
•Empty the juice and pulp containers when full.
•The appliance must be supervised during operation, in order to intervene should you experience
any actions that compromise safety.
•Once you have finished using the appliance, turn it off by pressing the button in pos. 0 (i.e. in the
centre), then unplug it from the power point.
•Wait for the motor to stop before opening the lid. To open the lid, turn it counter clockwise.
When juicing dryer foods, you can add a bit of water through the conduit of the lid in order to extract
the juice properly from the pulp.
You can remove most of the residues inside the jug, by slowly inserting water through the conduit:
Make sure the juice and pulp jugs are emptied in order to collect the liquid that comes out. Once you
have finished using the appliance, press the button in the pos. "R" (reverse) for 2 or 3 seconds before
taking the appliance apart for cleaning.
For long periods of inactivity, unplug the appliance from the power point.
Practical advice
The slow juicer is suitable for celery, spinach, carrots, apples, bananas, oranges, lemons, melons,
tomatoes, cucumbers and all kinds of fruits and vegetables that contain juice, while it is not suitable
for fruits and vegetables that contain a lot of starch (such as papaya, avocado, fig and mango, etc ..).
•Always wash fruit and vegetables well.
•Thick or non edible skin, such as pineapple, pomegranate, watermelon, cantaloupe, mango, kiwi,
etc, and woody and / or hard parts (seeds or stones: oranges, lemons, apricots, peaches, cherries,
etc.) must all be removed.
•Always cut fruit and vegetables into small pieces for optimal results; if the pieces of fruit or
vegetables are very large, cut them into a more appropriate size for them to fit into the hole in the
lid. For particularly fibrous foods (celery, etc ...), cut into pieces of 2/3 cm.
•Use fresh and ripened fruit and vegetables as they are more flavoursome and juicy compared to less
ripened ingredients. The juice should be consumed straight away as this is when the vitamin and
mineral content is greatest. If you wish to use frozen fruit, it must be fully thawed beforehand.
•To enhance the taste of the juice obtained from citrus fruits (lemons, oranges, etc.), also remove the
pith.
•Add a small amount of lemon juice to apple juice to prevent blackening.
•When using fruits that aren’t very juicy, such as bananas, you may experience a few difficulties;
add and alternate with juicier fruits or vegetables to facilitate extraction.
•It is advisable to mix green leafy vegetables and/or wheatgrass with fruit (barley or wheat) or with
other vegetables with firm flesh to obtain optimal results.
•We recommend that you try mixing various juices, such as apples, pears, oranges and pineapple, or
vegetables such as celery, tomatoes and carrots, to get tasty and nutritious juices.
•Insert food at regular intervals so that the process of juice extraction from the pulp occurs fully and
effectively.
•When preparing large amounts of juice, it can be stored in the refrigerator in a closed container, but
should be consumed within 24 hours since it does not have any preservatives.
•Do not use the appliance to chop other types of food stuffs, such as chocolate, ice cubes, nuts, sugar
cane, etc.
•Never use the slow juicer when empty.
•When juicing vegetables in particular, the addition of 10% apple juice is recommended to make the
juice much more pleasant.
•The addition of a few drops of lemon or a few pieces of fresh ginger with fruit extracts completes
the flavour.

•Given the high content of beta-carotene, carrots help stabilise blood sugar levels.
•The pulp left over after juicing can be used for desserts or soups.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Warning: before cleaning the appliance, turn it off and unplug it from the power point. The appliance
and all the parts which come in contact with food (lid, jug, filter, etc.) require careful cleaning after
each use.
•Filter: to make it easier to clean after use, soak the filter in warm water with a bit of washing up
liquid for at least 10 minutes. Wash the filter with the brush supplied using warm water and
household washing up liquid. Then rinse with plenty of water, and dry thoroughly.
•To clean the jug, lid, presser, pressing screw and containers, use a soft sponge with warm water and
household washing up liquid. Then rinse with plenty of water, and dry thoroughly. For the jug, it is
advised to open the slot that closes the outlet spout and to separate it from the silicone seal to wash
it; the, reseal the slot, and check the good condition of the seals and toothed wheel. Do not use steel
wool or abrasive products. All parts in contact with food (lid, presser, etc ...) can be washed in the
dishwasher.
•The motor housing must only be cleaned with a soft cloth that has been slightly dampened either
with just water and/or detergent. It cannot be washed in the dishwasher or even under the running
water: if the electrical parts (including cable and plug) get wet, dry them thoroughly and
completely before use.
•When the appliance is not in use, place it in a dry place.
•If you decide not to use the appliance any more, it must be made inoperative by cutting the power
cable (first make sure it has been unplugged from the power point), and parts that are considered
dangerous when used for playing by children, such as the juicing screw, should be rendered
harmless.
Important information for correct disposal of the product under the European Directive
2011/65/EU.
At the end of its lifespan, the product must not be disposed of as part of ordinary waste.
It can be handed in to specific collection points set up by the municipality, or to retailers who provide
such a service.
Disposing of a household appliance separately avoids possible negative consequences for the
environment and human health resulting from inappropriate disposal and allows the recovery of the
materials of which it is made in order to obtain significant savings in energy and resources. As a
reminder of the obligation to dispose of appliances separately, the product is marked with a wheeled
bin symbol. Incorrect disposal of the product by the user will lead to administrative sanctions
according to current regulations.

- Sur une surface d’appui horizontale, bien stable, dont la surface n’est pas fragile (par exemple
