AVVERTENZE GENERALI
• Q uesto apparecchio è destinato solo all’uso domestico (quindi non professionale), per estrarre
succo da verdure e frutta fresca, sminuzzata e priva di buccia e di parte legnose (semi, ecc.),
secondo le modalità indicate in queste istruzioni. Ogni altro uso è da considerarsi improprio e
pericoloso. Il costruttore non potrà essere ritenuto responsabile di eventuali danni derivanti da uso
improprio, erroneo e irresponsabile e/o da riparazioni effettuate da personale non qualificato.
E sempi di apparecchi per ambiente domestico sono apparecchi per tipiche funzioni domestiche,
usati in ambito domestico, che possono essere utilizzati per tipiche funzioni domestiche anche da
persone non esperte:
- in negozi, uffici e altri luoghi di lavoro similari;
- in aziende agricole o similari;
- da clienti di alberghi, motel e altri ambienti di tipo residenziale;
- in ambienti del tipo bed and breakfast.
• U tilizzare l’apparecchio solo con gli accessori forniti in dotazione, per non compromettere la
sicurezza d’impiego. Verificare periodicamente il buono stato dell’apparecchio e dei suoi
elementi: in caso di dubbio rivolgersi ad un centro assistenza autorizzato e accertarsi che i ricambi
forniti siano originali.
• A ttenzione: non utilizzare l’apparecchio se il setaccio rotante ed il coperchio sono danneggiati.
• L a centrifuga funziona solo quando tutti i suoi elementi (collettore, setaccio rotante e coperchio)
sono stati inseriti in modo corretto e a fondo.
• L e parti in movimento non devono essere toccate con dita o con altre parti del corpo e neppure
con utensili diversi da quelli forniti in dotazione. Attraverso le aperture (condotto coperchio,
beccuccio) o fessure non introdurre dita, utensili (coltelli, forchette, ecc.) o altro.
• L e parti sminuzzate di verdura e frutta fresca devono essere inserite attraverso il condotto del
coperchio utilizzando unicamente il premitore in dotazione.
• N on togliere nessun elemento mentre l’apparecchio è in funzione o prima che il motore si arresti.
Rimuovere gli accessori solo quando l’apparecchio è completamente fermo e dopo aver tolto la
spina dalla presa di corrente.
• D urante l'impiego apparecchio deve essere sorvegliato: se dovete assentarvi, spegnetelo.
• A ttenzione: il setaccio ha sul disco delle asperità taglienti: maneggiatelo con notevole cautela per

• I bambini non devono utilizzare l’apparecchio come gioco.

• N on spostare o sollevare l’apparecchio durante il funzionamento

• Q uesto apparecchio non deve essere utilizzato in ambienti esterni (all’aperto).
• A l fine di proteggersi da ogni rischio di shock elettrico, non immergere la spina, il cordone
elettrico e unità principale nell’acqua od in nessun altro liquido.
INSTALLAZIONE
•Dopo aver tolto l’imballaggio assicurarsi dell’integrità dell’apparecchio; in caso di dubbio non
utilizzarlo e rivolgersi a personale professionalmente qualificato. Gli elementi dell’imballaggio
(sacchetti in plastica, polistirolo, punti metallici, ecc…) non devono essere lasciati alla portata di
bambini o persone irresponsabili, in quanto possibili fonti di pericolo, ma vanno smaltiti secondo le
norme vigenti.
•Prima di collegare l’apparecchio accertarsi che i dati di targa (tensione, ecc..) corrispondano a
quelli della vostra rete di distribuzione elettrica. In generale è sconsigliato l’uso di adattatori, prese
multiple e/o prolunghe; se il loro uso si rendesse indispensabile, devono essere conformi alle
vigenti norme di sicurezza e la portata in corrente (ampères) non deve essere inferiore a quella
massima dell’apparecchio.
•L’apparecchio non deve essere posizionato immediatamente al di sotto di una presa di corrente.

•La presa di corrente deve essere facilmente accessibile in modo da poter disinserire con facilità la
spina in caso di emergenza.
•Prima di ogni utilizzo verificare che l’apparecchio sia in buono stato, che il cordone elettrico non
sia danneggiato: in caso di dubbio rivolgersi a personale professionalmente qualificato.
•Si raccomanda di tenere l’apparecchio lontano dal bordo del piano di lavoro e fuori dalla portata
dei bambini.
•Assicurarsi che il cordone elettrico sia posizionato correttamente e non sia a contatto con parti
calde o spigoli taglienti, né avvolto intorno all’apparecchio e non passi sotto l’apparecchio, non sia
attorcigliato su se stesso e non si impigli, onde evitare una caduta dell’apparecchio.
•Al primo utilizzo è necessario pulirlo e lavare le parti a contatto gli alimenti: vedi paragrafo
“Pulizia e Manutenzione”.
•Posizionare l’apparecchio:
- lontano da fonti di calore (ad es. altri forni, fornello gas, ecc. ), da materiali infiammabili
(tappezzerie, ecc.), materiale esplosivo (bombolette spray); verificare che lo spazio libero attorno
all’apparecchio sia di almeno 50 cm.
- su un piano d’appoggio orizzontale, ben stabile, la cui superficie non sia delicata (ad esempio
mobili laccati, tovaglie, ecc), in posizione dove non possa subire urti, e a debita distanza dal
bordo del mobile, per evitare cadute.
- lontano da contenitori di liquidi, ad esempio lavelli ecc. Nel caso dovesse inavvertitamente
bagnarsi o immergersi in un liquido, staccare immediatamente la spina dalla presa di corrente,
asciugarlo con cura, e verificare che le parti elettriche non si siano bagnate; in caso di dubbio
rivolgersi a personale professionalmente qualificato.
•L'utilizzatore non deve lasciare l’apparecchio senza sorveglianza quando è collegato
all'alimentazione
•Questo apparecchio non è destinato a essere fatto funzionare per mezzo di un temporizzatore esterno o
con un sistema di comando a distanza separato, per evitare il rischio di incendio nel caso
l’apparecchio sia coperto o sia posizionato in modo non corretto.
•In caso di guasto o cattivo funzionamento o se il cavo e la spina risultano danneggiati spegnere
l’apparecchio e farlo controllare da personale professionalmente qualificato; le riparazioni
effettuate da personale non qualificato possono essere pericolose e fanno decadere la garanzia.
ASSEMBLAGGIO
Attenzione: prima di assemblare l’apparecchio, assicurarsi che sia scollegato dalla presa di corrente.
•Posizionare unità principale (7) su una superficie d’appoggio orizzontale, ben stabile e lavabile.
•Inserire il collettore (4) sull’unità principale, in modo che il beccuccio fuoriesca dall’apposito
foro.
•Inserire il setaccio nel collettore ed innestare a fondo la sua base sul disco allettato del motore.
•Assemblare il coperchio sull’unità principale, assicurarsi che i 3 perni e le asole combaciano.
•Posizionare il recipiente per polpa (6) nella propria sede.
•Accostare sotto il beccuccio (8) un bicchiere per la raccolta del succo (non in dotazione).

Prima di ogni utilizzo verificare che l’apparecchio sia in buono stato, che il cordone elettrico non sia
danneggiato: se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, va sostituito dal costruttore o dal suo servizio
assistenza tecnica o comunque da una persona con qualifica similare, in modo da prevenire ogni
rischio.
L’apparecchio è dotato di:
- Interruttore 0-I: col tasto in pos. “I” l’apparecchio si accende, col tasto in posizione “0” è
spento (pos.0). La leva dell’interruttore si aziona solo ed esclusivamente se il coperchio è
correttamente inserito nell’unità principale.
- Premitore per inserire gli alimenti per spremere
- Contenitore raccogli polpa
•Inserire la spina nella presa nella presa di corrente.
•Portare il cursore dell’interruttore nella pos. I per azionare la centrifuga.
•Assicurarsi che il recipiente polpa sia inserito correttamente nella propria sede ed un bicchiere per
succo sia posizionato sotto il beccuccio.
•Introdurre gli alimenti attraverso il foro del coperchio e premere ma non forzatamente col
premitore in dotazione. Evitare di inserire troppi alimenti contemporaneamente.
•L’apparecchio può funzionare ininterrottamente per un massimo di 2 minuti, dopodiché necessita
una pausa di almeno 2 minuti prima di utilizzarlo nuovamente. Il mancato rispetto di questa
norma può compromette il corretto funzionamento dell’apparecchio. La centrifuga è dotata di un
dispositivo termico di sicurezza che interrompe il funzionamento in caso di surriscaldamento. Per
ripristinare il funzionamento attendere che si sia raffredata. In caso di blocco dell’apparecchio
durante l’utilizzo, spegnere l’apparecchio, togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente e smontare tutti
gli accessori per la loro pulizia.
•Svuotare il recipiente della polpa quando è pieno.
•Il bicchiere in cui raccogliere il succo, è bene che venga completamente riempito e terminato
dopo l’uso, è bene lasciarlo qualche istante ad di sotto del beccuccio per raccogliere lo sgocciolio.
•Durante il funzionamento, l’apparecchio deve essere sorvegliato per intervenire qualora
subentrino azioni che compromettono la sicurezza.
•Ultimato l’utilizzo, spegnere l’apparecchio portare il cursore dell’interruttore in pos. 0, poi
togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente.
In fase di spremitura di alimenti poveri di liquidi, per estrarre il nettare dalla polpa è possibile inserire
un po' di acqua attraverso il condotto del coperchio.
E' possibile eliminare la maggior parte dei residui all'interno della brocca, inserendo lentamente acqua
attraverso il condotto: assicurarsi che il recipiente polpa ed un bicchiere siano vuoti per raccogliere il
liquido che fuoriesca.
Per lunghi periodi di inattività, togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente.
Consigli pratici
La centrifuga è indicata per sedano, spinaci, carote, mele, banane, arance, limoni, meloni, pomodori,
cetrioli e tutti i tipi di frutta e verdura che contengono succo, mentre non è adatto per frutta e verdura
contenenti molto amido (come papaya, avocado, fichi e mango,ecc..).
•Lavare sempre bene la frutta e la verdura.
•La buccia spessa o non commestibile di: ananas, melograni, anguria, meloni, mango, kiwi, ecc..
deve essere tolta e le parti legnose e/o dure (semi di: arance, limoni, albicocche, pesche, ciligie,
ecc..) devono essere asportate.
•Tagliare sempre a pezzetti frutta o verdura per ottenere un risultato ottimale; se i pezzi di frutta o
verdura sono molto grossi, riduceteli ad una misura più adatta per poterli inserire nel foro del
coperchio. Per cibi particolarmente fibrosi (sedano, ecc…) tagliare a pezzetti di 2/3 cm.

•Utilizzare frutta e verdura fresche e giunta a maturazione in quanto sono più saporite e succose
rispetto a ingredienti meno maturi. Il succo va consumato appena estratto poiché il suo contenuto in
vitamine e minerali è maggiore. Nel caso voleste usare frutta congelata, dovrà essere
preventivamente e completamente scongelata.
•Per incrementare il gusto del succo ottenuto dagli agrumi (limoni, arance, ecc..), togliere anche la
pellicina bianca sotto la buccia.
•Al succo di mela aggiungere una piccola quantità di succo di limone per evitare che si annerisca.
•Quando si spremono frutti poco succosi come le banane si può presentare qualche difficoltà, è
opportuno aggiungere e alternare con frutti o verdure succosi per facilitare l’estrazione.
•Raccomandiamo di provare a mischiare succhi vari, ad esempio mele, pere, arance, ananas, oppure
verdure come sedano, pomodori, carote, per ottenere dei succhi gustosi e nutrienti.
•Inserire gli alimenti a intervalli regolari affinché il processo di estrazione del succo dalla polpa
avvenga nel modo completo ed efficace.
•Nel caso prepariate una grande quantità di succo, può essere conservato in frigorifero in un
recipiente chiuso, ma andrà consumato entro le 24 ore in quanto privo di conservanti.
•Non utilizzare l’apparecchio per tritare altri tipi di cibo come cioccolato, cubetti di ghiaccio, noci,
canne da zucchero, ecc…
•Non fare funzionare apparecchio a vuoto.
•Negli estratti dalle verdure, particolarmente consigliata è l’aggiunta del 10% di mele che rendono il
succo particolarmente gradevole.
•L’aggiunta di qualche goccia di limone o di qualche pezzetto di zenzero fresco agli estratti di frutta
ne completa il sapore.
•Le carote, dato l’alto contenuto di beta-carotene, stabilizzano i livelli di zucchero nel sangue.
•La polpa di scarto del centrifugato può essere utilizzata per dolci o minestroni.
PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
Attenzione: prima di pulire l’apparecchio, spegnerlo in pos.0, disinserire la spina dalla presa di
corrente. L’apparecchio e tutti i suoi elementi a contatto con gli alimenti (coperchio, setaccio,
collettore, premitore, ecc..) necessitano di pulizia accurata e al termine di ogni utilizzo.
•Setaccio: per far in modo che sia più facile da pulire, dopo l’uso lasciarlo immerso in acqua calda
con un po’ di detersivo per stoviglie per almeno 10 minuti. Lavare il setaccio utilizzando una
spazzola con setole in plastica od un normale spazzolino con acqua tiepida e un normale detersivo
per stoviglie, risciacquare poi con acqua abbondante, e asciugare con cura
•Per la pulizia del premitore, coperchio, colletore utilizzare una spugnetta morbida con acqua tiepida
e un normale detersivo per stoviglie, risciacquare poi con acqua abbondante, e asciugare con cura..
Non utilizzare pagliette metalliche o prodotti abrasivi. Le parti a contatto con gli alimenti
(coperchio, premitore, ecc…) possono essere lavati in lavastoviglie.

•Unità principale può essere pulita unicamente con un panno morbido leggeremente inbevuto
d’acqua e/o normale detersivo. Non può essere lavato in lavastoviglie e neppure sotto il getto
d’acqua: nel caso le parti elettriche (inclusi cordone e spina) si bagnino, asciugare con cura e
completamente prima dell’utilizzo.
•Quando non si utilizza l’apparecchio, riporlo in un luogo asciutto.
•Se si decide di non utilizzare più l’apparecchio, si raccomanda di renderlo inoperante tagliando il
cavo di alimentazione (prima assicurarsi d’aver tolto la spina dalla presa di corrente), e di rendere
innocue quelle parti che sono pericolose qualora utilizzate per gioco dai bambini, come ad esempio
vite di spremitura.
Avvertenze per il corretto smaltimento del prodotto ai sensi della Direttiva Europea direttiva
2011/65/UE.
Alla fine della sua vita utile il prodotto non deve esser smaltito insieme ai rifiuti urbani.
Può essere consegnato presso gli appositi centri di raccolta differenziata predisposti dalle
amministrazioni comunali, oppure presso i rivenditori che forniscono questo servizio.
Smaltire separatamente un elettrodomestico consente di evitare possibili conseguenze negative per
l’ambiente e per la salute derivanti da un suo smaltimento inadeguato e permette di recuperare i
materiali di cui è composto al fine di ottenere un importante risparmio di energia e di risorse. Per
rimarcare l’obbligo di smaltire separatamente gli elettrodomestici, sul prodotto è riportato il marchio
del contenitore di spazzatura mobile barrato. Lo smaltimento abusivo del prodotto da parte dell’utente

GENERAL WARNINGS
• T his appliance is solely for domestic use (i.e. not professional), for extracting juices from fresh
fruit and vegetables, chopped and without peel or woody parts (seeds, etc.), according to the
methods described herein. Any other use should be considered inappropriate and dangerous. The
manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by improper, incorrect or
irresponsible use and/or by repairs done by an unqualified person.
E xamples of appliances for domestic use are those used for typical domestic reasons, in domestic
environments and that can be used by non-experts:
- in shops, offices and other similar places of work;
- in farming businesses or similar businesses;
- by guests in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
- in bed and breakfast accommodation.

remove accessories when the machine is completely stopped and after having removed the plug
from the socket.
• D uring use, the appliance must be attended: if leaving it unattended, turn the power off.
• W arning: the sieve has the sharp edges on the disc: handle it with great care to avoid abrasions,
cuts or wounds.
• A lways unplug the appliance from the plug point before assembly, disassembly or cleaning the

• D o not pull on the power cable to move the appliance.
• I f the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its technical assistance
centre or by someone who is similarly qualified, in order to prevent any risks.
• D o not touch the appliance with wet hands or feet. Make sure that your hands are completely dry
before touching the buttons.
• D o not move or lift the device when in use.

INSTALLATION
•After unpacking, check the integrity of the appliance; if in doubt, do not use and contact a qualified
technician. The packaging materials (plastic bags, polystyrene, metal staples, etc.) must not be left
within reach of children or irresponsible persons, as they constitute possible sources of danger and
must be disposed of according to applicable regulations.
•Before plugging in the appliance, ensure that the details on the identification plate (power, etc...)
correspond to those of your power supply. In general, it is not advisable to use adapters, multiple
sockets and / or extensions; if their use is absolutely necessary, you must comply with current
safety standards and the current capacity (amps) must not be less than the maximum of the
appliance.
•The appliance must not be placed directly beneath a plug point.
•The plug point must be easily accessible so as to easily remove the plug in case of an emergency.
•Before each use, check that the equipment is in good condition, that the wiring is not damaged: if
in doubt consult a qualified professional.
•It is recommended to keep the appliance away from the edge of the work surface and out of reach
of children.
•Ensure that the power cable is correctly positioned and does not come into contact with hot parts or
sharp edges, or become wound around the appliance itself, pass underneath the appliance, is not
twisted and does not snag, in order to prevent the appliance from falling.
•Upon first use, you should clean and wash the parts that will come in contact with food: see
section "Cleaning and Maintenance”.
•Position the appliance:
- away from sources of heat (e.g. other ovens, gas stove, etc.), flammable materials (upholstery,
etc.), explosive material (aerosols); check that there is at least 50 cm of free space around the
unit.
- on a horizontal surface that is stable and heat resistant, on a surface that is not delicate (e.g.
lacquered surfaces, table cloths etc), where it will not be bumped and is sufficiently far from the
edge of the furniture to prevent the appliance from falling.
- away from liquid containers, such as sinks etc. If it should accidentally get wet or soak in liquid,
immediately disconnect the plug from the outlet, allow it to cool, dry thoroughly, and check that
the electrical parts are not wet; if in doubt consult a qualified professional.
•The user must not leave the appliance unattended when it is connect to the power supply.
•This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or a separate remote
control system in order to avoid the risk of fire where the appliance is covered or is not positioned

•In case of breakdown or malfunction or if the cord or plug are damaged, turn off the unit and have
it checked by a qualified professional; repairs carried out by unqualified personnel can be
dangerous and invalidate the warranty.
ASSEMBLY
Warning: before assembling the appliance, make sure it is disconnected from the power point
•Place main unit (7) on a horizontal supporting surface that is stable and washable.
•Place the collector (4) onto the main unit, so that the nozzle pokes out from the hole.
•Insert the sieve into the collector and engage its base properly with motor disk.
•Place the cover onto the main unit, making sure that the three pins and slots meet.
•Place the pulp container (6) into its place.
•Place a glass under the spout (8) to collect the juice (not supplied).
USE
Before each use, check that the equipment is in good condition, that the wiring is not damaged: if the
power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its technical assistance centre or
by someone who is similarly qualified, in order to prevent any risks.
The appliance is equipped with:
- Switch 0-I: with the button set to “I", the unit turns on; with the button in the "0" position, the
power is off (pos. 0). The switch lever only works if the lid is correctly placed on the main
unit.
- Presser for inserting the food to be juiced
- Pulp container
•Plug into the power point.
•Move the switch cursor to pos. I to operate the centrifuge.
•Make sure the container pulp is correctly placed and that there is a glass for the juice under the
spout.
•Insert the food via the hole in the lid and press it gently but firmly with the presser supplied.
Avoid putting too much food at one time.
•The appliance can operate continuously for up to two minutes, after which requires a break of at
least 2 minutes before using it again. Failure to do this may affect the performance of the
appliance. The centrifuge is equipped with a thermal safety device which stops operation in case
of overheating. To restore operation wait until it cools. Where the appliance blocks during use,
switch off, unplug from the power point and remove all accessories for cleaning.
•Empty the pulp container when full.
•The glass used to collect the juice, once completely filled and finished after use, should be left for
a moment below the spout to collect the drippings.
•When in use, the appliance must be continuously checked in order to allow the user to intervene
should events occur that could compromise safety.
•Once you have finished using the appliance, turn it off by turning the cursor to pos. 0, then unplug
the device from the socket.
When juicing dryer foods, you can add a bit of water through the conduit of the lid in order to extract
the juice properly from the pulp.
You can remove most of the residues inside the jug, by slowly inserting water through the conduit:
make sure the pulp container and glass are empty in order to collect the liquid created.
If the appliance is not in use for long periods of time, remove the plug from the plug point.
Practical advice
The centrifugal juicer is suitable for celery, spinach, carrots, apples, bananas, oranges, lemons,
melons, tomatoes, cucumbers and all kinds of fruits and vegetables that contain juice, while it is not

suitable for fruits and vegetables that contain a lot of starch (such as papaya, avocado, fig and mango,
etc ..).
•Always wash fruit and vegetables well.
•Thick or non edible skin, such as pineapple, pomegranate, watermelon, cantaloupe, mango, kiwi,
etc, and woody and / or hard parts (seeds or stones: oranges, lemons, apricots, peaches, cherries,
etc.) must all be removed.
•Always cut fruit and vegetables into small pieces for optimal results; if the pieces of fruit or
vegetables are very large, cut them into a more appropriate size for them to fit into the hole in the
lid. For particularly fibrous foods (celery, etc ...), cut into pieces of 2/3 cm.
•Use fresh and ripened fruit and vegetables as they are more flavoursome and juicy compared to less
ripened ingredients. The juice should be consumed straight away as this is when the vitamin and
mineral content is greatest. If you wish to use frozen fruit, it must be fully thawed beforehand.
•To enhance the taste of the juice obtained from citrus fruits (lemons, oranges, etc.), also remove the
pith.
•Add a small amount of lemon juice to apple juice to prevent blackening.
•When using fruits that aren’t very juicy, such as bananas, you may experience a few difficulties;
add and alternate with juicier fruits or vegetables to facilitate extraction.
•We recommend that you try mixing various juices, such as apples, pears, oranges and pineapple, or
vegetables such as celery, tomatoes and carrots, to get tasty and nutritious juices.
•Insert food at regular intervals so that the process of juice extraction from the pulp occurs fully and
effectively.
•When preparing large amounts of juice, it can be stored in the refrigerator in a closed container, but
should be consumed within 24 hours since it does not have any preservatives.
•Do not use the appliance to chop other types of food stuffs, such as chocolate, ice cubes, nuts, sugar
cane, etc.
•Never operate the appliance when empty.
•When juicing vegetables in particular, the addition of 10% apple juice is recommended to make the
juice much more pleasant.
•The addition of a few drops of lemon or a few pieces of fresh ginger with fruit extracts completes
the flavour.
•Given the high content of beta-carotene, carrots help stabilise blood sugar levels.
•The pulp left over after juicing can be used for desserts or soups.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Warning: before cleaning the appliance, turn it off and unplug it from the power point. The appliance
and all the parts which come in contact with food (lid, sieve, container, presser, etc.) require careful
cleaning after each use.
•Sieve: to make it easier to clean after use, soak the filter in warm water with a bit of washing up
liquid for at least 10 minutes. Wash the sieve using a plastic bristle brush or a regular toothbrush
with warm water and ordinary household washing-up liquid, then rinse with plenty of water, and
dry thoroughly.
•To clean the presser, lid and containers, use a soft sponge with warm water and household washing
up liquid. Then rinse with plenty of water, and dry thoroughly. Do not use steel wool or abrasive
products. All parts in contact with food (lid, presser, etc.) can be washed in the dishwasher.
•The motor housing must only be cleaned with a soft cloth that has been slightly dampened either
with just water and/or detergent. It cannot be washed in the dishwasher or even under the running
water: if the electrical parts (including cable and plug) get wet, dry them thoroughly and
completely before use.
•When the appliance is not in use, place it in a dry place.

INSTALLATION

•Avant de brancher l'appareil, s’assurer que les données sur la plaque (tension, etc.) correspondent à
celles de votre réseau de distribution électrique. De façon générale, l'utilisation d'adaptateurs, de
multiprises ou de rallonges est déconseillé; si leur utilisation est indispensable, ces dernières
doivent respecter les normes de sécurité en vigueur et la portée de courant ne doit pas être
inférieure à la portée maximale de l'appareil.
•L’appareil ne doit pas être placé juste sous une prise.
•On doit pouvoir accéder facilement à la prise afin de pouvoir débrancher facilement la fiche en cas
d’urgence.

•Lors de la première utilisation il faut le nettoyer et laver les parties qui seront en contact avec les
aliments : voir le paragraphe “Nettoyage et Entretien”.
•Placer l’appareil :
- loin des sources de chaleur (fours, cuisinières à gaz, etc), de matériaux inflammables, de
matériaux explosifs (bombes aérosol); vérifier que l'espace libre autour de l'appareil soit d'au
moins 50 cm.
- Sur une surface d’appui horizontale, bien stable, dont la surface n’est pas fragile (par exemple
des meubles laqués, des nappes, etc.), dans une position où il ne pourra pas subir de choc et à
une bonne distance du bord du meuble, pour éviter des chutes.
- loin de récipients remplis de liquide, comme des puits etc. S’ils devaient être accidentellement
mouillés ou plongés dans un liquide, débrancher immédiatement la fiche de la prise, laisser
refroidir l’appareil, bien le sécher et vérifier que les pièces électriques ne soient pas mouillées ;
en cas de doute, consulter un technicien qualifié.
•L'utilisateur ne doit pas laisser l’appareil sans surveillance quand il est branché à l’alimentation

ASSEMBLAGE
Attention : avant d’assembler l’appareil, s’assurer qu’il est débranché de la prise d’alimentation.
•Placer l’unité principale (7) sur une surface d’appui horizontale, bien stable et lavable.
•Insérer la cruche (4) sur l'unité principale, de façon à faire ressortir le bec par le trou prévu à cet
effet.
•Insérer le tamis dans la cruche et enclencher sa base sur le disque muni d'ailettes du moteur.
•Monter le couvercle sur l'unité principale, et s'assurer que les 3 pivots soit placés en
correspondance aux fentes.
•Placer le récipient pour la pulpe (6) dans son siège.
•Placer un verre pour recueillir le jus (non fourni) sous le bec (8).
UTILISATION
Avant toute utilisation, vérifier que l'appareil soit en bon état, que le cordon électrique ne soit pas
endommagé : si le cordon d'alimentation est endommagé, il doit être remplacé par le fabricant ou par
son service d’assistance technique ou par une personne qualifiée pour éviter tout risque.
L’appareil est équipé de :
- Interrupteur 0-I quand l'interrupteur est en pos. “I” l’appareil est allumé, avec le bouton en
position “0” il est éteint (pos.0). Le levier de l'interrupteur marche uniquement si le couvercle
est correctement emboîté dans l'unité principale.
- Presseur pour mettre les aliments à presser
- Récipient ramasse pulpe
•Insérer la fiche dans la prise.
•Porter l'interrupteur en pos. I pour mettre la centrifugeuse en marche.
•S'assurer que le récipient pour la pulpe soit emboîté correctement dans son siège et qu'un verre à
jus soit placé sous le bec.
•Introduire les aliments à travers le trou du couvercle et presser mais pas avec force avec le
presseur fourni. Évitez de mettre trop de nourriture à la fois.
•L'appareil peut marcher sans interruption pendant 2 minutes au maximum, après quoi il nécessite
d'une pause d'au moins 2 minutes avant d'une nouvelle utilisation. Le non-respect de cette règle
d'utilisation peut compromettre le bon fonctionnement de l'appareil. La centrifugeuse est dotée
d'un dispositif thermique de sécurité, qui l'arrête en cas de surchauffe. Pour remettre en marche la
machine, attendre qu'elle ait refroidit. En cas de blocage de l'appareil pendant son utilisation,
éteindre, débrancher l'appareil et démonter tous les accessoires pour les nettoyer.
•Vider le récipient à pulpe quand il est plein.
•Il est conseillé de remplir complètement le verre à jus et, à la fin de l'utilisation de la machine, de
le laisser quelques minutes sous le bec pour recueillir l'égouttement.
•Pendant le fonctionnement, l'appareil doit être surveillé afin de pouvoir intervenir si des actions se
produisaient et mettaient et compromettait la sécurité.
•Une fois l'utilisation terminée, éteindre l'appareil en portant l'interrupteur en pos. 0, puis le
débrancher de la prise de courant.
Pendant le pressage des aliments pauvres en liquide, pour extraire le nectar de la pulpe, il est possible
de mettre un peu d'eau à travers le conduit du couvercle.

Il est possible d'éliminer la plupart des résidus à l'intérieur de la cruche en mettant lentement de l'eau
dans le conduit : s’assurer que le récipient à pulpe et un verre soient vides pour récupérer le liquide
qui sort.
Pendant de longues périodes d’inactivité, retirer la fiche de la prise.
Conseils pratiques
La centrifugeuse est indiquée pour le céleri, les épinards, les carottes, les pommes, les bananes, les
oranges, les citrons, les melons, les tomates, les concombres et toutes sortes de fruits et légumes qui
contiennent du jus mais il ne convient pas pour les fruits et les légumes qui contiennent beaucoup
d'amidon (comme la papaye, l’avocat, les figues et la mangue, etc..).
•Toujours bien laver les fruits et les légumes.
•La peau épaisse ou non comestible des : ananas, grenades, pastèques, melons, mangues, kiwis, etc...
doit être enlevée et les parties ligneuses et/ou dures (graines : d’oranges, de citrons, d’abricots, de
pêches, de cerises, etc. .) doivent être retirées.
•Toujours couper les fruits ou les légumes en petits bouts pour avoir des résultats optimaux ; si les
morceaux de fruits ou de légumes sont trop gros, les couper en plus petits morceaux pour pouvoir
les mettre dans le trou du couvercle. Pour les aliments particulièrement fibreux (céleri, etc. ...)
couper des petits morceaux de 2/3 cm.
•Utiliser des fruits et des légumes frais et mûrs car ils sont plus savoureux et juteux par rapport aux
aliments moins mûrs. Le jus devra être consommé à peine sorti comme son contenu en vitamines et
en sels minéraux est plus grand. Si vous souhaitiez utiliser des fruits congelés, ils devront être
préalablement et complètement décongelés.
•Pour augmenter le goût du jus obtenu des agrumes (citrons, oranges, etc..), retirer aussi la petite
peau blanche sous l’écorce
•Dans le jus de pomme, ajouter une petite quantité de jus de citron pour éviter qu’il noircisse.
•Quand on presse des fruits peu juteux comme les bananes, on peut rencontrer quelques difficultés et
il convient donc d’ajouter et d’alterner avec des fruits et des légumes juteux pour faciliter
l’extraction.
•Nous recommandons d’essayer de mélanger des jus, par exemple : pommes, poires, oranges,

fruits complète la saveur.
•Les carottes, compte tenu de la forte teneur en bêta-carotène, stabilisent les niveaux de sucre dans le
sang.
•Les déchets de pulpe de la centrifugeuse peuvent être utilisés pour des desserts ou des soupes.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
Attention : avant de nettoyer l’appareil, l’éteindre (en position 0) et débrancher la fiche de la prise.
L’appareil et tous ses éléments en contact avec les aliments (couvercle, tamis, cruche, filtre, presseur
etc..) doivent bien être nettoyés et après toute utilisation.
•Tamis: pour le nettoyer plus facilement, laisser tremper dans de l'eau chaude avec du liquide
vaisselle pendant au moins 10 minutes après l'utilisation. Laver le tamis à l'aide d'une brosse en
plastique avec de l'eau tiède et un liquide vaisselle classique, puis rincer abondamment à l'eau et
sécher soigneusement.
•Pour nettoyer la cruche, le couvercle, le presseur, utiliser une éponge souple avec de l'eau tiède et
un liquide vaisselle classique, puis rincer abondamment à l'eau et sécher soigneusement. Ne pas
utiliser de tiges métalliques ou de produits abrasifs. Toutes les pièces en contact avec les aliments
(couvercle, presseur, etc. ...) peuvent être lavées dans le lave-vaisselle.
•L’unité principale peut être nettoyée seulement avec une éponge souple légèrement humectée d’eau
et/ou du liquide vaisselle classique. Elle ne peut pas être lavée dans le lave-vaisselle ni sous un jet
d'eau : si les pièces électriques (y compris le cordon et la fiche) étaient mouillées, les sécher
soigneusement et complètement avant de les utiliser.
•Quand on n’utilise pas l’appareil, le garder dans un endroit sec.
•Si on décide de ne plus utiliser l'appareil, il doit être rendu inopérant en coupant le cordon
d'alimentation (vérifiez d'abord d'avoir enlevé la fiche de la prise), et ces parties qui sont
dangereuses lorsqu'elles sont utilisées comme des jouets par les enfants, tels que les vis de
compression doivent être rendues inoffensives.

•Bevor Sie den Netzstecker des Geräts in die Steckdose stecken, überprüfen Sie, ob die Angaben auf
dem Typenschild (Strom, Spannung, usw.) mit denen Ihrer Stromversorgung übereinstimmen. Im
Allgemeinen wird von der Verwendung von Adaptern, Mehrfachsteckdosen und/oder
Verlängerungen abgeraten. Falls sie benötigt werden, müssen sie den geltenden
Sicherheitsvorschriften entsprechen und die Stromstärke (Ampere) darf die Höchststromstärke des
Geräts nicht unterschreiten.
•Das Gerät darf nicht direkt neben einer Steckdose aufgestellt werden.
•Die Steckdose muss leicht zugänglich sein, um den Netzstecker im Notfall einfach herausziehen zu
können.
•Vor jeder Verwendung prüfen, ob das Gerät in einem guten Zustand ist und ob das Stromkabel
Beschädigungen aufweist. Wenden Sie sich bei Zweifeln an einen Fachmann.
•Es wird empfohlen, das Gerät von der Kante der Arbeitsfläche entfernt und außerhalb der
Reichweite von Kindern aufzustellen.
•Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Netzkabel richtig verlegt ist und nicht mit heißen Teilen oder scharfen
Kanten in Kontakt kommt oder sich um das Gerät wickelt, unter dem Gerät verläuft, nicht verdreht
ist und sich nicht verhakt, um zu vermeiden, dass das Gerät herunterfällt.
•Bei der ersten Verwendung müssen die mit den Lebensmitteln in Berührung kommenden Teile
gesäubert und gewaschen werden. Siehe Abschnitt "Säuberung und Wartung".
•Aufstellen des Geräts:
- Entfernt von Wärmequellen (z.B. andere Öfen, Gasherde, usw.), von brennbarem Material
(Polsterungen, usw.) und explosionsgefährdetem Material (Sprühdosen, usw.). Prüfen, ob um das
Gerät herum ein freier Raum von mindestens 50 cm vorhanden ist.
- Auf einer waagrechten, stabilen Standfläche,entfernt von empfindliche Oberflächen (z.B.
lackierte Möbel, Tischdecken, usw.) und nicht in Positionen, in denen das Gerät angestoßen
werden könnte oder an Kanten von Möbeln, um das Herunterfallen des Geräts zu vermeiden.
- Nicht in der Nähe von Behältern mit Flüssigkeiten, z.B. Waschbecken, usw. aufstellen. Sollte
das Gerät aus Versehen nass oder in eine Flüssigkeit eingetaucht werden, sofort den Stecker aus
der Steckdose ziehen. Ihn dann sorgfältig abtrocknen und prüfen, ob die elektrischen Teile nass
geworden sind. Wenden Sie sich bei Zweifeln bitte an einen Fachmann.
•Der Benutzer darf das Gerät niemals unbeaufsichtigt lassen, solange es am Stromnetz
angeschlossen ist.
•Dieses Gerät ist nicht für den Gebrauch mit einer externen Zeitschaltuhr oder einem
Fernbedienungssystem vorgesehen, damit eine Brandgefahr vermieden wird, wenn das Gerät
abgedeckt oder nicht ordnungsgemäß aufgestellt wurde.
•Bei Störungen oder Funktionsuntüchtigkeit bzw. wenn das Kabel und der Stecker beschädigt sind,
das Gerät ausschalten und es von einem Fachmann überprüfen lassen. Bei nicht von qualifizierten
Personen durchgeführten Reparaturen entsteht eine Gefahr und die Garantie verfällt.
ZUSAMMENBAU
Achtung: Vor dem Zusammenbauen des Geräts ist sicherzustellen, dass der Stecker aus der
Steckdose gezogen wurde.
•Stellen Sie die Haupteinheit (7) auf eine waagerechte, stabile und abwaschbare Oberfläche.
•Den Sammelbehälter (4) auf die Haupteinheit setzen, so dass die Tülle aus der entsprechenden
Öffnung kommt.
•Das Sieb in den Sammelbehälter setzen und sein Unterteil in der Flügelscheibe des Motors
einrasten lassen.
•Den Deckel auf die Haupteinheit setzen. Dafür sorgen, dass die 3 Stifte und die Längsöffnungen
übereinstimmten.
